“Do not order from this awful untrustworthy company. Dispute ordering days before delivery they failed to deliver in time and refuse to give refund. Dishonest disgraceful people. DO NOT ORDER.”

“Serenata Flowers murdered my cat. My partner ordered a bouquet of flowers for my for Valentine’s day. They arrived mangled and sad and not at all like they were pictured, but worst of all the florist had swapped a flower for a Peruvian Lily, which are known to be fatally toxic to animals, and they did not give notice. The lily was budding not blooming, so we did not recognize it for what it was. Our kitten Binx ate a leaf. He died 9 days later, February 27th, of kidney failure from lily poisoning. Not only is their service and their flowers subpar, but they thoughtlessly killed a beloved member of my family by adding a deadly flower my partner did not order to the bouquet. Serenata Flowers deserves 0 stars, and none of your money. Do Not Order From Them Ever, especially if you have pets. Photos include the product as advertised, and what arrived, the fatal lillies, and my poor Binxy on his last good day.”

“I received flowers from you on Wednesday 24/2 they were terrible so dissatisfied they were supposed to be pinks and white flowers I got something that looks like weeds with 3 orange flowers in the middle of it the person who ordered these for me lives on the other side of the world and I didn’t have the heart to tell her how bad they were”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Not professional. Flowers won’t arrive in time. 3 days after the payed for time. The box was damaged and open! The flower looked old and where very small for a bunch. Avoid using, I would rather grow and pick them my self.”

“SCAMMERS!!!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!! Ordered flowers for my grieving best friend who's dad suddenly passed away. I made a mistake on the order and needed to amend it. I realised my mistake as soon as I'd paid, tried to amend the order and it wouldn't let me, the option was greyed out. Contacted customer support who told me once it has gone through to Floral production they cannot change orders. This was within about 1 minute of the order being placed so quite clearly it would not of been made yet! It was an extremely simple amendment to make! Actually would of been less work for them as I wanted to cancel one of the bouquets which was ordered by mistake. Instead they have been quite happy to take money off a single mum!!!! My emails show I asked it to be amended before I even got my order confirmation so there was no way it had got through to production yet!!! I contacted them via Facebook as well. Spoke to Nigel who was extremely unhelpful and rude. He hasn't even bothered responding to my queries. I will be asking my bank to try and retrieve my money from them. Absolute scam artists!!!”

“My daughter ordered flowers for our Golden Anniversay. They were for dellivery on the 19th February. The box they arrived in was battered and the flowers on their side. They were all but dead! I got in touch with Serenata who asked me to send in some photos which I did. Then I got a text telling me that I hadn't read and followed the 'care' suggestion with the flowers. I replied that no amount of 'care' would resuscitate them as they were DEAD!!! I then got a reply saying they would send a new bunch. The new bunch arrived but not very exciting, only marginally healthier than the first but LOTS OF GREENERY!!! Never again!!!”

“Received some flowers today from my family for my birthday & so disappointed with both the amount of flowers & the quality considering the amount paid. Have seen better bouquets in supermarkets , in fact even on garage forecourts for a lot less money!!!!!.... Would never recommend this company. Unfortunately even though there is an option below to add an image & have tried it's just not showing (no surprise there) as they look half dead already & have only had them a couple of hours! Absolute 'rip off' company!!!!!....”

“Ordered flowers for Valentine's day, showed on website as out for delivery all day but never arrived. Complained and got a standard reply stating as long as they arrived within 48 hours of the promised date that was good enough as far as they were concerned. Delivery dates weren't guaranteed apparently despite the website giving the impression they were and no mention of this on the order confirmation they sent. Lots of similar reviews from disappointed customers' DO NOT USE they couldn't care less.”

“£35 for a dozen red roses delivered in a cardboard box that would fit through a letterbox! How 'special' is that???? I will leave you to make up your own mind as to whether that sounds like money well spent, personally, I feel ripped off! First and last time using Serenata flowers.”

“Absolutely terrible company, please avoid and be wary of any of the recent excellent reviews as I would suspect they are doing them themselves. You will not get what the photos show, trust me. Customer service is there, but currently trying to wriggle out of refunding me. Delivered 1 day late and cost £30. A £5 bunch in your local filling station would look better.”

“Just received half dead flowers! so upset for my boyfriend as he spent alot of money on these - these are clearly days old and the box was damaged - these flowers are nothing like the description. SHAME ON YOU SORRENTO FLOWERS!”

“I would not reccomend this company. despite their punctuality on delivery. They did not deliver what I asked for in colour or quantity of flowers. After a long correspondence showing them my disappointement they were clearly not interested to resolve the matter. The customer service team is completely not apologetic and they were not even able to offer a voucher or a discount code as a gesture of goodwill, at least! When I told them that I will make sure not to use them in the future they only thanked me to let them know. Please be aware that what are you seeing in the picture it's definetely not what you are buying and paying for.”
