Flowers arrived half dead. Very dry leaves looked as if left out in a frost. Pictures sent and advised could see that poor condition another lot sent to me. Box put through my letter box yet a note on door asking to put at open gate side of house. Flowers brown leaves dropping and fit for bin. More pictures sent. Apology sent to me told can’t send more flowers a refund given to my brother who purchased these. I never got my flowers. Not only was this my birthday present it was a gift as I had tests for cancer. My brother was trying to do a lovely thing for me. This is the first and last time my friends, family and myself will use this company to order flowers from. Spoilt my birthday not only on one delivery but also the following delivery that should have resolved this.

Sadly one star is too generous. I would not recommend Serenata Flowers. We ordered an arrangement on the 17th January, to be delivered on the first available date, which was Wednesday 20th January. After numerous emails from Faith and Neale and also standard replies in the mix, it is now Saturday 23rd January and the flowers, according to delivery tracker, are now at the 'local depot' , where they have been since yesterday. I am not impressed, these flowers were to delivered to a much loved relative who has just undergone major and very intrusive surgery and given the national lockdown, we are unable to visit her in person. So we felt lovely arrangement of flowers from a supposedly reputable online florist was a good option. Yes the flowers are to be delivered to Guernsey and yes Storm Christoph was a hinderance, however, we were promised that the flowers will be delivered. I cannot telephone them as it is online only, I have asked them to call me and this has not happened. We are angry and want a full refund as we are disappointed and not convinced that the fresh flowers will arrive looking fresh or even last long, given they have been in transit since at least TUESDAY, when I received an email to say that they were on their way 'chauffeur driven'.

Put an order in 10 days before I wanted them delivered - they still didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. My friends 60th birthday surprise was completely ruined as I had to keep texting my friend to see if the flowers had been delivered. When she eventually got them the following day - the bouquet didn’t look that great - a supermarket bunch would have been a lot more acceptable! Avoid this company - they are not reliable.

Ordered & paid a premium for same day delivery for my nans 80th birthday which didn’t turn up without any notification. I had to chase them for a refund which I still haven’t received. Do not use.

What a disappointment. Ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday and after paying nearly £30.00 they sent her a bouquet that looked like a £5.00 bouquet from the supermarket. After complaining I was told that there's nothing wrong with the bouquet! Clearly there is ! It's completely different from the one pictured on their website, about half of the size and the flowers look horrible. Never again !

Service was fine haven’t got a problem with that, delivery was on the day. The flowers were not what they should’ve been & then when asking the company to look at the problem as far as they’re concerned the bouquet meets the size, quality & constitutes the bouquet purchased for £39.99 the bouquet is the Peace bouquet. I’ve had better from Asda & Tesco.

Appalling service. A huge waste of time and resulting in no flowers for my mother's 80th birthday. Alone during lockdown on such a special day, flowers ordered to arrive 24 hours early so that she had them on her birthday. Serenata failed to get them there 3 days later we are waiting. They might deliver them tomorrow! I will cancel and ask another company instead. Shocking disorganisation. A great shame for my lovely mum.

Who is giving this company such high marks! I've received my 3 dead/broken/ pack upside-down flowers today! When I finally got through to someone on Messenger I dealt with N who not only sent standard responses he never even acknowledged why this was especially upsetting. What makes it even worse is I recommend this company to mt parents and sadly both times have been more than damaged. My sister who lives no where near me has had exactly the same experience!

I am so disappointed about customer service. Ordered flowers with vase, toy and a card, vase came smashed. Contacted straight away. This is what I got for reply from Ana - ".... I will personally raise this with our floral team to ensure that more care is taken in the future.... I have issued a refund for the price of the vase." Really? Is this business working only first day, they don't know how it should be packed? Is this a good customer service to give me a refund when you ruined my surprise for someone? Shame on you. Will never buy from you again, will never recommend you to anyone.

Absolutely terrible my flowers are now 5 days late and when I tried to cancel and get a refund I was told they couldn’t give a refund for late delivery! I will be just so embarrassed for dead flowers to be presented from me! Don’t bother ordering!

I will never ever buy from this company again, an absolute con & rip off!! I ordered Xmas flowers for an elderly family family too be delivered to a hotel in Cornwall where she was staying for Xmas. Due to Covid her trip was cancelled so I have been trying to get in contact with Serenata & Yodel their delivery company to change the address, which they said they would do!! Flowers never arrived, no refund offered, & then they told me I would have to pay another 50% to do the same delivery!! They are a completely unprofessional & crooked business!! I will be referring the matter to consumer affairs!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friends in Durham, GB, to celebrate their wedding, on the date and specific time guaranteed by the Serenata website. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for it, including the specific delivery window. I never received the notification of delivery made, so I tracked the order and discovered it was still being prepared 5 hours later. That wasn't acceptable, as my friends weren't going to be at that address later. I filled a complaint form on the site and got bombarded with compulsive emails next morning (time zone difference) making apologies and excuses but refusing to cancel the order and refund for the now-useless flowers. They just wouldn't stop with the emails. It got ridiculous when they proudly shoved their TOS at me, explaining their liability and lack thereof, and it became clear that not only they don't know the meaning of the word "guarantee," they also don't k now the meaning of the word "liability" (vs. "refund"). I don't recommend dealing with them at all.

I ordered flowers for my elderly parents. They were due to be delivered on Christmas eve, and I received a delivery confirmation, but nothing arrived. It was their first Christmas alone (due to COVID) and the service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Despite evidence they would not either refund nor redirect order despite giving more than 48 hours notice, were intransigent and repetitive if their response. Would NEVER deal with this company

I believe that this is a company that cynically trades on the fact that the recipient will not complain to the person who sent the flowers because they do not want to hurt their feelings. I received a paltry bunch of cheap looking flowers, some of which had their heads broken off, which bore little resemblance to the photo on the company's website, being only about a third to a half of the size. I felt sick when I saw the price my friend had paid, £29.99, plus extra for a deeply tacky card. An almost identical, but significantly larger and fresher, bouquet can be bought at my local Tesco's for £5. Please do not use this company. You will be wasting your hard earned money, and lining someone else's pockets.

Terrible company with appalling customer service. My mum had bought flowers to be delivered on my birthday. She had placed the other 2 days in advance and was assured by the Serenata Flowers website that there was to be guaranteed delivery on the date of my birthday by DPD. The flowers did not arrive on the date of delivery as confirmed in their confirmation email. The response from customer service was "Due to the ongoing effects of the current pandemic, sadly we can no longer guarantee delivery dates". There was no such warning anywhere on their website nor in their confirmation email. Utterly ridiculous and misrepresenting.

Delivery did not arrive on the agreed date. Serenata blamed Covid. All decent retailers would highlight such an understandable caveat- not this one - when the order was placed, they confirmed the agreed delivery date would be achieved. Only when I raised this was I informed that their T&C say you should allow 3 days after the anticipated date for delivery to take place. No refund- even though the order still hasn't been processed. Misleading and disappointing service. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid this company !

I had ordered an Arrangement in November 2020....I then went to order another in December 2020 to the same exact person and address. When i put in her name all Info popped up from previous address ....well they're computer put a Q in the code instead of a J....said it was my fault and that i could get another Arrangement for 50% off...WHAT?? Why would I pay again for their mistake? As now some stranger is enjoying my very EXPENSIVE fliwers6! Very terrible customer service and they're Arrangements look nothing like the pictures....Do NOT order from this company.....its a rip off!
