“I wish I could review this no stars. Absolutely abysmal. Mother’s Day ruined, flowers arrived to my mother 200 miles away from me. I would’ve been better off going to the nearest supermarket and sending the flowers in the post. Would have looked a lot better than what my mum received from this place. £35 for a couple of opened flowers and the rest completely closed up - just green twigs. This would be fine if it was said in description that flowers wouldn’t be sent as opened full buds.... Super upset. Want my money back. Will happily return the flowers in the post if nescessary.”

“My flowers never turned up. (They were meant to be delivered 5 days ago.) I’ve been lied to by customer service and now they are refusing to refund my money! Shocking. Will be lodging a complaint with my card company.”

“Recipient said flowers were lovely ........... however she was at home all day , the door bell wasn't rung and the flowers left outside the enclosed porch despite our instructions of " be patient" , as the recipient is in her 80's”

“I set up two orders on Monday for Mothers day. I sent the flowers for the next day as it can get very busy around this time. My mother in law was delighted with them. My mum's mother's day hamper arrived on Friday as requested and she was delighted with it too.”

“The delivery was after 5pm, although I was emailed the chauffeur left at 10am. No one gave us ring before the courier was supposed to arrive. The box was left out next to rubbish been hidden from plain sight but no note was left in the mailbox advising where the flowers were put - until I called my wife and suggested she looks around everywhere. And finally, the bouquet looks quite pathetic, nothing like the view on the advert picture. Sorry guys, but I am never going to use your service again. Vadim”

“The flowers were great, the card, balloon and chocolates, same, were great. Only thing I didn’t like is that they were left on my mother’s doorstep. Other than that, absolutely great service.”
