I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered to my wife for her birthday on Tuesday. The website said delivery would be between 8am and 8pm on the required delivery day. The flowers eventually arrived at 4pm on Wednesday, I told the courier to take them back as delivery was so late. Serenata Flowers think this is fine and have refused me a refund.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. I have received over 11 bouquets from a friend. I have complained twice as the ratio of flowers to greenery is shocking. They are unhelpful and said that the bouquet is correctly made up . I separated the flowers from greenery and it’s a measly amount of flowers. I have had to tell the sender which I felt embarrassed about . I don’t recommend AND despite answering the email timely, there is no offer of a replacement to compensate. The flowers do not match the description. I’m trying to find the bouquet in the website that I received. I can’t see anything that resembles it . DISAPPOINTING

The name of company should be Scamenata flowers, as they take peoples money, then obviously nothing is getting delivered, they draw on the computer map where they sort of been tracking driver and it shows that driver was at your property, but failed to deliver flowers, then you write them by asking wtf? And they say because of theyre policy you are not eligible for refund, as they have sent you drawing that driver was at your property. Afterwards they promise to reschedule deliver to next day, when you already don't need any flowers and the same thing is happening. Theyre actions are illegal.

Flowers and Chocolates haven't been delivered to my Son and Family in Guildford. Now 12 days since ordering, (13th October 2021) Have contacted them twice, got automated replies asking for new delivery dates. Gave them the 18th October. Now the 25th October 2021. Still not delivered. I want a refund but can find no Telephone Number, which should have alerted me. Elaine New Zealand.

Shocking Company. Avoid at All Costs. What you see advertised id definitely NOT what you receive. Complaints procedure is just as bad. I Will Never Use this excuse of a company EVER again.

Flowers delivered were not the ones I ordered, just wonder if the previous 2 orders were the wrong flowers too. I have no faith in this firm and will never use them again, I would give them zero stars.

I was really looking forward to my birthday flowers sent by my sister. Didn’t get delivered till the day after, the box was bartered and taped back up. No food with them which wouldn’t of made any difference as they were dead on arrival. Well to be fair a couple we’re just clinging onto life. What a let down. A full refund was given but will not be ordering from serenata in the future, too much of a let down.

There is just 1 rose amongst 11 flowers, no gip just weed like stems. The rose petals are falling off and to be honest the bunch resembles the last of your garden summer flowers. The truffles...had 1 and had to spit it out, solid. Out of date! The sender is oblivious as not many would complain about a gift that's why this company is getting away with it. Believe me, all you husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends, daughters etc. Go and get a proper bunch that will cost half the price and truffles that melt in the mouth not ones that are rock solid and out of date. Taking advantage knowing people will not express their disappointment to the gifted. SHAME ON SERENATA

"Delivering Happiness" - but not necessarily on the right day. I chose Serenata (first) time as they had a 'local' supplier/partner in the delivery area for my mum's birthday, and also they were offering a 'next day' delivery. Got my order confirmation - date (and '8am - 8pm window') but they were not "dispatched" until the morning AFTER the booked date, and did not arrive until midday on. Raised a complaint with them for refund/compensation, but besides offering me their "heartfelt apologies", they offered nothing more than an excuse for why they miss the odd ("3%" apparently) delivery commitment. So, even though they offer a next day/specifc date delivery, buried in their T&Cs it says 'you should allow 24 hours after the intended delivery for the flowers to be delivered'. So that's good then. Not sure what the 'new normal' looks like, but personally I'm looking forward to companies no longer using 'the Covid excuse' for poor service.

Terrible customer service. Flowers delivered 48 hours late, in damaged packaging which had been taped back together with brown tape. No food included, not that it mattered as most flowers already dead.

My daughter ordered flowers as a surprise for me after we had a traumatic time when her son was in intensive care. They did not arrive next day as they said they would, they arrived the day after. They were not the same flowers as ordered, there was more foliage than flowers and a totally different colour. Less than half the value of the original order. Offered a 50% discount on the flowers or another bouquet. I told her to take the discount as they were not reliable enough to want to have any more from them. Wish I could have uploaded the photos to show you how poor the bouquet was. Look at the difference in the attached pics from what was ordered and what was sent.

Sorry state of the flowers & terrible customer service especially from "Katie" could not care less attitude! Do not waste your money as if you are disappointed you will just be fobbed off! I have sent countless emails of complaint!

I ordered some flowers for my sister on behalf of our mother that passed away. The flowers were supposed to arrive yesterday and state with the courier and didnt show up. They were very expensive and I’ve basically been told they’ll arrive when they arrive so when the half dead flowers show up from our deceased mum I’m sure they’re bound to make a difficult situation worse - zero help from customer service. I’ve basically been told to ‘do one’ after being thanked for my ‘continued correspondence’ which wreaks of sarcasm. Ruined my day, wouldn’t order again - used a different cheaper site for my flowers to my sister and they arrived first thing yesterday ! Will go there everytime now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sent flowers to a funeral that we could not attend due to Covid. What arrived was a tiny bunch in cellophane compared to the stunning arrangement that we selected based on the photographs on their website. Customer service didn’t even acknowledge or respond to my complaint, clearly they got their money and couldn’t care less. Subsequently ordered from eflorist for another occasion, similar price bracket and they were AMAZING. Don’t waste your money on Serenata!

This has to be the weariness bunch of flowers I have seen for a while. I could have bought a bouquet of better quality for a third of the price from my local petrol station...

I ordered a £50 bouquet for a family member who sent me a pic of what had arrived. She allowed 4 days for flowers to open but the bouquet was so poor, looked like one they advertise for £30. No luxury at all which I would expect for £50. I complained to Website and was told the bouquet was what they would expect and asked me to send more pics from someone who has just come out of hospital. Poor poor service. Do not use this company. See picture attached. Is this worth £50!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Last Saturday evening, we ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in Scotland for her birthday. We gave the correct address , plain as, as we have done with several other deliveries to the same address. Within hours, on Sunday, we received an email stating the Chauffeur had delivered the flowers and an accompanying photo of the home to prove delivery. Finding it very strange to have such a delivery on a Sunday, with the Scottish city being under Covid Closure on a Sunday coupled with a photograph of a strange dwelling not even resembling my sisters home, we immediately became suspicious. Emails began between us and this flowers company, 12 in total. They claimed the address to be wrong. We supplied the correct address again and again and so on and on, wrong address. Eventually they said the address was wrong as it had no Post Code attached. We responded that the address was correct and blind freddie could understand it. Sorry they said, no correct delivery address, delivery failed and order void. They invited us to reorder with full amount to be paid. We have since discovered their head office to be in MALTA and since then have found this site where we are "encouraged" that many others have experience same or similar experience. Needless to say we will not be touching this company again and encourage everyone to do the same. Trouble is few read this BEFORE ordering. I think British expression is "NOT HAPPY JAN !!" G

So angry with this company.... Ordered my step mum some flowers on the anniversary of my step brothers death and was told they would be delivered the next day. I then emailed on the day to make sure and I got a reply saying yes they will be delivered today... it got to 6pm and still no delivery .... I then emailed to say are they being delivered and I got a half arsed apology and my flowers weren’t being delivered!!! Said I wasn’t happy and wanted to make a complaint.... then got another half arsed email and £5 refund.... not happy and definitely been fobbed off!!! Won’t be ordering from here again as it’s the 2nd time it’s happened!!! Awful company ..... false advertising and should be reported!!!!!!
