“Paid 30 pounds for flowers which when arrived looked like a 5 pound bunch from a supermarket. Customer service rubbish .saying it was what paid for .flowers look nothing like what they advertise. Stay clear of this company .BIG RIP OFF”

“DO NOT order from this company! Their flowers/bouquets are nothing like they advertised, not even half the amount of flowers were in the bouquet I sent to a family member. Their customer service is shocking. AVOID at all costs! Complete and utter waste of money. The picture shows the flowers I ordered (right hand side) and what was delivered (left hand side) Absolute cowboy company!!!!”

“Very disappointing bouquet for wedding anniversary. Not much like the pic on web site. More greenery than flowers. Suggestion- cut out the flowery language, eg ‘chauffeured to our door”, turned out to be DHL!) and improve the product. Tbh pretty much of a rip off”

“If I could leave no stars I would!! Avoid at all costs. I ordered some flowers for my Great Aunt after her brother passed away. Firstly they said they have been delivered when they hadn't. When I contacted them they arranged another delivery. The flowers arrived dead, with no petals or flowers attached. They had been ripped to absolute bits. The driver handed them over knowing the state then ran off!! This is not what you want when you are sending flowers to a bereaved family. The stress and further upset it has caused is unacceptable!!”

“I cannot express my disappointment in the bouquet I ordered. It literally looks nothing like the photo and is so sparse. I raised this with the company showing them a number of photos in comparison to what is advertised on their website and they actually said and I quote they feel ‘the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected, and is to value’. I’m really appalled by their response which I disputed and all they could say was ‘apologies for your dissatisfaction’. Definitely would never order flowers from them again and would never recommend them.”

“Absolutely disgusted with Serenata Flowers. The courier did not deliver the flowers. We were lucky as the neighbour with a house on the other side of the road and quite far down the road from my mother delivered the flowers to her. The flowers had the correct address on there so we don't know why they ended up at the wrong place, our neighbour was out at the time and found them outside her door wilting in the sun. No note from the courier, nothing. Rather than Serenata Flowers moving to sort this out or call me, I had to battle with them on a busy working day to say they hadn't been delivered when they said they had been. Frankly I am appalled by their lack of customer service and can only assume the positive reviews have been from their friends because my experience of dealing with Serenata Flowers was frustrating, hard work for me to type these messages and poor. They completely ruined the surprise for my mother and have offered nothing to me. I never want to deal with Serenata Flowers again and they will never get another ounce of my time in me writing another message to them, only bad reviews.”

“Avoid Avoid Avoid Looked at the site 2 days previous and added a bouquet and truffles to the basket. Went back 2 days later and started a new order. No option to review the basket and I completed the purchase only to find I had been charged for the previous bouquet and truffles. Made the order at 20.54 on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. Emailed at 21.01 on the Tuesday to notify of the error and request refund and was emailed at 7.02am on Wednesday to say flowers were with courier and refund could not be issued. Customer service is appalling. No attempt to rectify the situation. Spend your money elsewhere folks, this company definitely don't deserve your hard earned money!”

“Ordered 8th July for delivery 12th July. Showed as "out for delivery" on 12th July, but didn't arrive. Now today, the day AFTER the flowers should have arrived, I get a twee little despatch confirmation email? Really? Infuriating! Don't waste your time and money with these people, especially if you want your gift to arrive on time and you actually like the person you're sending it to. And no - I haven't contacted their "customer delight team". What are they going to do? Time machine maybe?”

“Totally disappointed and quite embarrassed to have sent a friend who is having a very hard time at the moment, this very poor excuse for a bouquet of flowers. The website examples look quite magnificent, what arrives couldn’t be further from the truth. The ironically named ‘customer delight team’ are anything but! They don’t give two hoots and are not in the least bit interested in your dissatisfaction. My recommendation to you is never ever use them.”

“Avoid them like covid. Despite ordering the flowers 2 days in advance, the flowers were to arrive a day late. There is no contact email, phone number which was quite telling, they’re policy (so they reckon) is that its not important that your flowers/ gift doesn’t arrive on the day you book, there’s no refund. Avoid!”

“The Flowers we received were poor quality for the amount of money spent. It was such a disappointment and i will not choose this florist again. The arrangement does not resemble the one advertised on the website as you can see by the pictures. This was for a bereavement and i was asked to wait 5 days to then take photos of flowers. How ridiculous? when the recipient is grieving. The last thing she would be waiting to do is take photos of her flowers. I am utterly shocked at their response to my comments and of what was delivered. Very poor customer service indeed”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sick mum 2 days ago as this company advertised same day delivery. I ordered online as I live in Australia. Shortly after they received the order they sent an email saying they could not deliver that day and would tomorrow be ok. I said yes. At 1 pm the following day I had heard nothing and contacted them by email as you can’t phone them!!! They responded that they would return to me once they heard from their partner flower deliverer. I contacted them hourly for the next few hours and they had still not received an update. Some partnership! I have awoken this morning to an email saying that the flowers could not be delivered on the second day after ordering them and would the third day after ordering be ok!!!! They also offered a refund which I readily accepted. This company have no integrity and do not follow through with what they advertise on their website. I would look elsewhere for flowers to save the headache and disappointment!”

“Please do not use Serenata flowers UK. I ordered a spray for my mums birthday...terrible! 13 tiny stems. Now here's the thing....their customer service is dreadful...they asked for a photo then came back and said was OK. No apology or anything.no redress. I and all my friends will never use them again. Very short sighted of them I feel because if they loose all their customers they won't have a business. Just look at their reviews and make you're own mind up.”
