Poor quality flowers, not like photo, entire day late, poor customer service. I have paid £39.99 for flowers and they did not arrive. No telephone number available to call company. The anniversary party has now past. I was not called, text or emailed to explain. Only when I have logged on to the website I have seen it has failed. We ensured someone was present at all hours 8-8. I provided an additional email with directions to help with driver. I informed you via email and upon order that the flowers should be left at the front door. No efforts were made to inform me that it had failed delivery or the reason. No tracking available. Local florist and courier names not provided until I complained several times. The website says I should contact them to find out why not delivered rather than contact me first. The flowers arrived the day after they should have. In the afternoon and left on the door step. The flowers were half the size of the photo and the roses were already fully opened and starting to curl up at the petals. Overpriced. Poor customer service. Poor delivery service. Poor quality flowers. Never use again!

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. I got an email to say they had been delivered, I rang my mother later that day to wish her happy birthday etc, but she did not receive the flowers. It turns out she was out at the specific time of the delivery email. I contacted Serenta Flowers, they said that their courier had confirmed delivery so I asked for proof, they sent me a pdf with a location on my mothers address (no proof picture of persons name). I do delivery the courier was at the location, but with no-one being in rather left it with a neighbour or outside, but left no notes. My mother still has not received her flowers and Seranta has just said they will speak to the courier, still nothing other then a pin location. Not happy and I feel like I have wasted my money.

Appalling experience. Dead flowers in a box stinking of tobacco/cigarette smoke. Stems represented nothing of the variety and number advertised

Received some flowers yesterday for my 70th birthday and they were unexceptable They were dying. Contacted my friend who sent them who then contacted Serenata with photos and they refused a refund. They told them I should keep them for 5 days to see if they come out. Day 2 even worse.

Received flowers for my birthday . Massive box inside the box most miserable bunch of flowers. Note in there saying take off the discoloured petals from the roses. If l had of done this then l would of been left with stalks. Not even up to the quality of Lidl’s flowers which last about three weeks don’t think these will even make it to a week

My company sent me flowers from here fo my 20th working anniversary. The flowers are cheap and nasty and half broken and dead. They would of got better quality flowers buying from a petrol station. I put them straight in the bin. I DON'T RECOMMEND !!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL : My mum's 80th birthday, i ordered flowers (in good time) to be delivered the day before. Received an email from them saying 'unfortunately delivery failed'. When i contacted them to say that i had video evidence that no one had been to the door, they confessed that the flowers had been damaged in transit. So i am disgusted that they tried to hide their error by making it sound as we were not in, and also disgusted that no effort was made to ensure that the flowers would be delivered in a timely manner on the actual birthday, instead i was told about what the courier needs. Hint for good customer service - if your company has messed up, tell the upset customer what you CAN do for them, not what you cant!

Recipient received half the flowers ordered. Photos below show what i ordered v delivered. An absolute disgrace and so embarrassing. Pathetic bouquet. Could have bought a better bunch at the petrol station for a fiver. These cost £27!! Avoid

Flowers were mostly cheap greenery just 2 wilted roses Original picture showed large white bouquet ...a Rip off Customer services appalling As it was an Internet purchase you are allowed a refund within 14 days Don't used this company

I recently received a letter box delivery of seranata flowers. How throughly was l so disappointed. I have never received such a dead wilted display of flowers. The second order l received was much more disappointing than the first. I certainly cannot recommend at all .

Terrible customer service. If you have an issue you cannot call anyone. I ordered flowers, a vase and chocolates for 2 different friends. One received the flowers but the vase was shattered to pieces and the chocolate wrapper opened! The other never received the order even though I received a confirmation that the order had been delivered. It was obviously given to the wrong person. I am yet to get to the bottom of the problem

Flowers failed to arrive on my daughter’s birthday . No explanation, no apology. No response to query, no phone number supplied. Flowers then arrived next day after refund demanded. Avoid.

Absolutely appalling service, my dearest family member, sent me some flowers for my birthday, they were not even fit for the bin, dead flowers, heads fallen off, the greenery was crisp to touch & crumbled to nothing.Then I had the upsetting job to tell her about them & what her hard earned cash had paid for.

Shocking bouquet for £40 (£51 with delivery and card) m, looked like it was done by a child ,costumer service is disappointing, apparently nothing wrong with that bouquet, even with the missing lilies and funeral style greenery..🤮

Worst “florist” ever Flowers ordered for delivery on a specific date. Didn’t arrive. Recipient was only at the property until the specific date and then away for weeks thereafter. Clowns delivered them at a later date to a neighbouring property, despite me specifically selecting the ‘do not deliver to neighbour’ option. Now they refuse to have the courier collect and return the flowers to them. Recipient is now miles away in another city and cannot retrieve the delivery. I am out of pocket for over £40 for something the recipient will never receive. Whole bunch of excuses from them but refusing to refund. Making a claim through my credit card company. Absolutely DO NOT order from these liars and cheats.

A terrible customer service and packaging!! On delivery the cardboard box was completely broken, both the sides and the top. Items were damaged inside, - the chocolates' seal was opened (an issue as to whether they'd been tampered with) and a birthday card with a personal message from my husband wasn't inside. The items had no protection inside the box and the heavy chocolates would have moved around, breaking some of the flowers. When complaining to Serenata, all we received was a 'goodwill' gesture (emphasised by the company) of reimbursing the money for the missing card! The total order was nearly £50! Although photographs had been sent, there was no mention from customer services of the condition of the box or the items inside on receipt. A terrible response from a company that claims it has a first class service for occasions.

Appalling service. Avoid at all costs. Ordered flowers on a Tuesday, to be delivered in the Saturday but they didn’t arrive. Spoke with customer service and they said I need to allow 48hours after my selected day for delivery.... Still haven’t arrived and it’s now 72 hours. Like many companies, they are blaming the pandemic for a bad service. Avoid.

The vase was smashed, the flowers were dead, there was half the flowers on the advertisement, customer service have been quick and helpful. They were so so so poor - I wish I had read the reviews first
