Disgusting joke of a bouquet, just dumped on my doorstep with the driver quickly driving off. The box was half open with a feeble amount of tape holding it together. Inside was mostly shrubbery foliage covered with white (toxic?) mould, with a couple of roses which were turning brown, and a few smaller flowers wilting fast. In the base of the box, not even put into its envelope was the gift card - all bent up and also damp from just being roughly shoved under the flowers. The bouquet was a gift from an elderly relative, to cheer me up as I've been ill and I didn't want to upset her by telling her how terrible it was. Disgusting company and product.

The flowers I have just received today from my mother who can ill afford to waste such a large sums of money for her on her limited pension are a joke ! Over 60 % of the bouquet is cheap fill greenery which can be toxic as it’s Linus and Lelandia and some other cheap rubbish from a shrub that has seen better days ! Who ever designed this bouquet is no florist ! Cheap nasty material and the 3 roses and broken carnations are better value in any supermarket ! If this bouquet lasts more than 2 days I will be surprised and as for colour matching! Well since when was a mis match pink carnation acceptable in a red bouquet ! It really would be a good idea to make it clear for elderly people EXACTLY a HOW MANY FLOWERS ARE IN A BOUQET for the MONEY !

Ordered a Christmas bouquet. When it arrived it had 3 white carnations, a couple of long stalks with tiny flowers, and 2 twigs sprayed with glitter. Very, very poor quality and nothing like what was in the photo i ordered from. Would have cost abiut £6 to buy the flowers in a store. It cost almost £40 for tatty, meagre bouquet!! Never order from Serenata!

The flowers I received as a gift were incredibly poor. The P&P label had been stuck on the box upside down so the flower heads had been squished against the bottom of the box in transit. On arrival, a large proportion of the flower heads had fallen off and were sitting in the corner of the box. The remaining heads were browning because they had been squished and bent under the bouquet weight. Some of the stems had identification stickers still on them. I did not receive the chocolates that had also been ordered. I took photos and a video and sent them off to the customer service team. The team did come back almost straight away and advised they would resend, including the chocolates. The second box arrived in the same condition as above. The quality was incredibly poor. This time I also had mouldy flower heads within the bunch. It looked as though a spider had nested in them and wrapped the flower heads up in cobweb. But it was in fact just dead mouldy flower heads. I have asked for a refund and would not recommend using Serenata Flowers for a special occasion.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday only to discover she would not be there on the date. I emailed from my home in NZ 2 days before and to re-schedule the order. Not possible appparently - I had asked to change re-schedule the order 2 hours from original order!! TERRIBLE!

Avoid at all cost. Paid over £40, and the pictures are the end product. Ruined my mum and dads anniversary gift that I get them flowers every year

What an absolute disgrace! We ordered flowers and a vase for my 87 year old Morher-in-law’s Birthday. Payment was promptly taken from our account and two days after her birthday the flowers still hadn’t arrived. You are unable to speak to customer service by telephone, it is all via e-mail or live chat which is frustrating. They blamed the courier and said it was a difficult to find address (it isn’t). Then said they would investigate. They offered to resend the order at no additional cost to ourselves!! I suggested as we had been embarrassed, inconvenienced and disappointed a resend and a refund or voucher would be more appropriate but customer service said this wasn’t possible. Eventually, I was offered a refund and the ordered was cancelled. Several hours later, the flowers were delivered - unbelievable! This company doesn’t know what it is doing. It really isn’t acceptable to promise delivery on a certain date and let customers down in this way.

Do not waste your money by giving this rip off merchant your business. First bunch arrived DEAD. Second bunch was thrown together by someone I can only assume was wearing a blindfold. If the thousands of other bad reviews are not enough to put you off, see attached photos. I’ve also included a picture of what they’re supposed to look like, just for a laugh.

Flowers never came in time and when delivered nothing like advertised on website. Will not use this company again very disappointed.

Flowers did not arrive on date they were ordered for, the reply from serenata was you can expect your delivery up to 24 hours after your selected delivery date, I do not think this is good enough in my opinion, when it's for a special celebration what good are they arriving a day later,

The flowers arrived a day late, they did not look like the photograph at all they were not arranged and did not look fresh. certainly did not represent the value I spent on them. This bouquet was for someone having a difficult time it did not reflect the sentiment behind them and looked almost ready for the bin. they were not put together with care and attention. A child could have done better. I now feel embarrassed I sent them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. GOT THAT? There are plenty of other UK flower delivery services, just google another one NOW. You don't need to read on. Same old story. Ordered flowers (for a 40th birthday) AND THEY DID NOT ARRIVE. Their tracking service extends to "it has been ordered and sent to some random florist for whom we have no oversight over", was following it and curiously emailed to see what was going on only to be told that my ordered hadn't been delivered and this was news to them. WHATS THEN EVEN WORSE IS THE COMPENSATION THEY OFFERED FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE was either a refund OR sending the flowers 5 days late. Not both, or any form of compensation beyond to make amends, no attempt to rectify their error other basic "we're sorry email". Accidents of course happen - i can accept that- but the limited and paltry compensation together with their total lack of oversight over their vendors and general incompetence is reason TO AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The flowers arrived but looked like they had been sat in a hot car all day and were wilted and sad. They never revived and had to be thrown out after 2 days. As I was away I didn’t find out about it until after 5 days, at which point the company will not accept any feedback. A very expensive way to upset loved ones when away from home! I’d suggest using alternative providers.

The flowers were NOTHING like the advertisement, I complained directly to the company who fobbed me off. As the flowers were meant to be an enjoyable gift for a new mum, I didnt feel it was right to expect her to count the stems and take photos at various stages of bloom-development, and so I consequently let the complaint lapse. The bouquet cost £44.99 - not an inconsiderable amount, I’d have been better buying flowers from any supermarket. I DO NOT recommend, and will certainly not use this company again

No one gets excited to arrive home to a box of dead flowers on the door step. If no response from the door, then surely an effort to let sender know.

So disappointed with he flowers that were delivered as a gift for a colleague. Not as shown in picture online and the flowers were all wilted. The card that I had paid extra for was also badly damaged. I contacted customer services who responded rapidly to say everything was per the description and they could see nothing wrong with what I had received. I paid £45 for the bouquet and I honestly could have bought a better bunch from Tescos for £15. After several e-mail they agreed to refund me for the card only! I will never use this company again. Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering

Long time user of Serenata Flowers, normally good service and high quality bouquets. I purchased the Cream Tea bouquet and was incredibly disappointed with the low quality bouquet that arrived, looking completely different from the image on the website and disappointing the recipient. I voiced these concerns to the customer service team who told me that the correct number of stems were in the order and so they considered the service and quality acceptable, despite significant difference in the photos - which are attached to this review. Based on the subsequent poor customer service, I have closed my account and will not be using them again.
