“Very, very disappointed with Seranata flowers bought as a Christmas gift from my sister in law. Firstly the box was badly damaged (the delivery man even apologised and told me to get in touch with you.) on opening up several flower heads had fallen off and most of the leaves had shrivelled. None of the flowers looked fresh and had to go straight in the bin. Would not recommend at all. Wish I had taken a photo to send you so you could see for yourself.”

“Can someone please get back to me!!?? I have chased my delivery twice now and also reached out on Instagram but still no response!! I paid for delivery to happen yesterday but still nothing!!! Shocking service... Wish I read the reviews prior to ordering!!!”

“I ordered flowers for a romantic occasion and they were never delivered, I ordered on a Sunday with expected delivery on a Wednesday. I emailed on Thursday after no delivery and was told I need to wait 24 hours. Emailed on Friday after seeing that their internal tracking said the delivery failed. Response was that the driver could not find the address… I assume he hasn’t heard of google. My only options were wait another 8 days for them to deliver again or get a refund, even though they offer a guaranteed next day delivery fee. Not much of a choice when the flowers are for an anniversary.”

“They are an awful company, I paid for flowers to be delivered to a close friend who’s mother had just died, They didn’t turn up, then when I emailed to ask what happened to them they abused me and called me a liar. Would never use them again. I wish I had checked out their awful reviews on trustpilot (which they have now turned off) before I bought them, I got some from Bloom & Wild in the end, they are much better.”

“Zero stars. Paid for delivery on Xmas Eve for my parents who have just moved house. No delivery, no note of explanation and no way to talk to anybody. Daylight robbery, do not use. I am livid.”

“Flowers never arrived. Robbery! So disappointed! Ordered flowers, received delivery notification on Christmas eve, but last night 29th December i found out flowers wasn't delivered! They responded so unprofessional this morning and kept my money £45.03. I was a regular customer for last 6 years, but never again! Absolutely robbery!”

“Very disappointed with this company, bouquet ordered bears little resemblance to what was delivered to my friend for her 60th birthday. Not good quality and definitely not good value for money. Contacted customer services to be told that in their opinion what was sent was an acceptable replacement of what was ordered. I’m absolutely disgusted as this was not a cheap bouquet, I would have been able to buy nicer flowers from the local supermarket for half the price !! Avoid this company !”

“Ordered flowers to arrive on the 23rd Dec paid premium guarantee delivery and didn't turn up, so they delivered them the dollowing day and the state of the flowers was terrible. So I contacted the company straight away. They said they was extremely sorry and would like to offer a replacement but could not deliver till the 29th Dec well today my mother got the flower in worse condition than the first lot. Both occasions the flowers were falling apart all heads falling off. And on the replacement box the box was all smashed up and dented with half the flowers missing. You really would of thought after paying a lot of money and premium delivery if they got ot wrong the first time, they would go above and beyond the 2nd time not twice as bad. I can honestly say this is the worst company I've ever used and i will never use again. This company should be ashamed of what they have done to a customer over the Christmas period”

“Terrible, ordered them 3 weeks in advance for xmas, for the 24th - came today!! 5 days later. didn’t get the right colours either, requested purple and white, received white flowers only but they were mostly dead and squashed. for almost £30!! disgusting. they have now lost a customer!”

“Delivery was good but that's where a good review ends. The Poincettia growing plant ordered looked ok on arrival but after a few days leaves began to drop. We are familiar with keeping poincettia plants well so it was not due to poor care. On day seven I complained to Serenata who requested photos dated withing FIVE days of receipt. I had photographed it with leaves off and black patches on existing leaves after SEVEN daysso they point blank refused to consider the complaint. Appalling customer service.”

“Extremely disappointed with what used to be an excellent company. It is my opinion that they have grown too big. I ordered a Christmas Sparkle bouquet for my daughter in law. It looked nothing like the advertised picture, cost £30 and was worth about £5. I was told to wait for a few days but as the few flowers were already in bloom they looked no better. Serenata need to up their game if they are to compete with the very many other on line florists. I will not be using them again.”

“Received flowers Christmas Eve as a present, the bouquet consisted of 3half dead carnations, 2sprigs of white “ September flowers “ 1sprig of a woody green foliage and 1sprig of a woody foliage sprayed silver. Absolutely awful don’t order off this sight.Disgraceful. If there was no stars that would have been appropriate. 😡😡”

“If I could give no stars I would. Flowers came and it’s more than less than half the size of the stock photo and half of the flowers are already wilting. Very disappointed - will not be ordering again or recommending to any friends or family.”

“Please, do not waste your time and money with this company. The flower bouquet was a joke, like buying flowers from a market and put them in water at home. I’m attaching photos of what I ordered and what was delivered. First of all, I got a message that said Delivery Failed, when I contacted them to let them know that there was no calling card left, as they are supposed to do, I was told that the product was damaged in transit, they resent them free of charge. It was delivered 2 days later. When I complained that the bouquet was not of acceptable quality, I was told that they could not refund my money because it contained the right number of flowers. I guess Serenata Flowers doesn’t know what good quality nor what a satisfied customer mean.”

“Unfortunately I have been forced to review with 1 star as there is no option to review with no stars they do not even deserve the 1 star. Bought a bouquet of Snowflake Sparkle for my sister who had been ill in hospital. The flowers arrived almost dead and absolutely nothing like the photo! Was told to follow the care instructions and give time to bloom. They will be in the bin before a week passes. Was offered a meagre 10% discount on the £30 bouquet of flowers which is an absolute insult. Added a get well card to the order which was not with the flowers just the stick it was meant to be attached to! I really wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money on diabolical, revolting, wilted, useless flowers. I could have bought a better bouquet from the supermarket! Save your money do not buy from Serenata because I wish I didn't!”
