Very disappointing bunch of flowers paid £20 for a bunch that I could have got from somewhere like Tesco for £5 plus they are delivered by yodel in a box hardly the hand delivered experience that we were looking for. Would not recommend and would certainly not use this company again.

I paid for a bouquet and same day delivery - NEVER DELIVERED. Am now fighting to get my money back as the 'Partner' florist remembers delivering them to the address on my order. Not possible as all my family & friends were present at the address when they claim to have delivered and no answer so left on doorstep. This seems to be a huge CON although some reviews state flowers delivered - I use online florists all year round for work colleagues and this has been my worst experience yet!

Fabulously easy to see all the flowers to order with a smooth purchase and great comms. the recipient was so happy. There is a but - I saw the basket a two days later and it was not like the picture. The flowers were much smaller and not so tall. The small roses were withering as they didn't seem able to take water from the oasis so this rather spoilt the display. It was my first order, this has not put me off using Seranta again but I am disappointed and would perhaps stick with a bunch for a vase not a basket.

I found easy to chose & order flowers on line. I received email to say flowers were on their way. 6 hours later received text informing me they had been delivered. Within 2 days the flowers were going brown. Maybe this was because they had damp paper around the stems & had been on delivery van for 6 hours. Flowers brought at local Sainsbury's on same day as flowers were delivered lasted longer. Very disappointed as these were to congratulate my daughter on her engagement & cost much more than Sainsbury's flowered

Really poor...flowers were small and didn't match the picture shown despite paying extra.roses were already dead and the rest wernt far behind..looked like they had been stolen off of a grave.

""Sadly flowers were not very happy even after trimming and arranging in vase probably down to the fact their stalks were simply wrapped in wet tissue and then left in our boiler room which is heated at all times. Flowers were sent as a surprise and even though email address was changed still received notification on original email address. Spoilt surprise!

Fast delivery. The flowers looked an acceptable quality, not as great as I'd hoped though. I was very disappointed that there was no card in the flowers so my friend had no idea who had sent them and the sentiment behind sending the flowers was lost completely. Not sure I'd use a this company again.

Poor quality flowers contacted them and flowers were resent. 2nd lot even worse quality with brown roses! Good customer service but after using them for 10years I'll be trying a new company

Flowers arrived on time, minimal presentation in a box no ribbon or fuss. Following day roses wilted and lilies still unopened. Complained and told to send photos- could not view photos from IPad, very strange. After 1 day to-ing and fro- ing company agreed to replace flowers. Lillies beautiful, now in full glory. Replacement arrived on time but roses not pristine, seen better in a mini- market.

What a load of crap the flowers we had delivered looked like they had been taken from a grave .they where wilting and had brown petals. The company ran us ragged giving every excuse even saying after some time they couldn't view pictures sent from a smart phone. Says it all really. Never use this lot again

They are an excellent way to send flowers and gifts , on time and for a small price make your order even bigger . Beautiful fresh flowers that last and are the most amazing colour .

I couldn't believe that I could order last thing on a Saturday and have a delivery Sunday morning!! They kept me informed every step of the way.

Let's talk about the good first - flowers arrived on time and look stunning. Unfortunately though there is more bad than good: 1. Card was badly creased and message insinde was on a sticker that was haphazardly stuck in with little or no care. 2. Ordered chocolate with the flowers (they were for our 15th wedding anniversary) and this was never delivered! 3. Struggling to make a complaint as there is no phone number and the customer contact options don't clearly cover this issue 4. Awful communication post order and pre-delivery - I only received the order confirmation 45 minutes prior to the flowers being delivered and never received a dispatch or delivery confirmation. That said, it's a lovely bouquet and my wife was happy (she doesn't know about the missing chocolate) so mission accomplished I suppose.
