Don’t waste your money, ordered flowers for the death of a child from the US going to the UK they were left on the porch of the wrong address, no excuse because they had the phone number of the recipient. No response from Serenata Flowers. So upset and disappointed.

Stay well clear. Not worth the hastle, headache, anger or dissappointment. I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I received an email at 1pm to advise they had been successfully delivered. When i checked up with the recipient i was advised that nothing had been delivered. When contacting Seranata, they advised it was delivered and left outside. At the door/garden the box was found where they had been sitting all day on a rainy winters day. The box had a message saying keep upright, the flowers were left the wrong way around. There had been someone in all day yet no one knocked. Had i not checked they wouldve lay there for god knows how many days. When contacting their customer service, i found there was no phone number. Katie in customer service showed no empathy, and quite frankly didnt care. I was offered 20% off a future order. The flowers themself were small, rubbish and didnt appear fresh. They refused to provide me with a complaint reference number despite asking several times, to try to stop further action being taken. Worst customer service.

Ordered Christmas flowers on 17 December for my mother in-law, they never arrived and only response just a sorry email! Very disappointing, tried them again NYE and they arrived late! Needless to say will never use them again! What's more frustrating is we live in Australia and the in-laws are in the UK hence why we sent flowers as we weren't there to celebrate with them.

Unable to complete my delivery in the timeframe set online . “ I am very sorry to advise our partner has informed they are unable to complete your delivery today We would like to resend your order for tomorrow.“ If a select a delivery date I am expecting that day . If I knew I would go with a different flower shop .

order 2 large bunches on dec 21st for 24th both arrived both half dead after a few email told not good enoungh sent 2 more bunches out for me should have turned up on 29th in all day no arrival then told would be next day yes turned up monday today is only wed 2 days later and they have all gone over very poor when ordering close on £70 worth

Ordered flowers for 99 year old great grandmothers birthday. Two failed deliveries, flowers arrived 3 days late. Half bouquet was dead, there was no gift card message. Fighting for a refund, they’ve requested photos, what a massive disappointment and truly upsetting experience.

I ordered flowers for my dying father in law!! The status of the flower were failed deliver when I looked on the tracking! So when I contacted them I was told that the address was wrong! They won’t be delivering and I won’t be getting a refund! Disgraceful!! And if address was wrong why was I not contacted apparently I’d left the house number out!!!

Hi have just received my flowers via post, very disappointed, broken and drooping stems expected at least to be able display them. In the bin waste of money, photo taken.

Impressed with ease of ordering and delivery updates but thats where it stops. This was gift for an elderly lady. When I asked if she liked them she was embarrassed to tell me. The leaves fell off with in days and the roses withered and died. When I wrote to the company the generic automated response was once again efficient and quick but basically did not accept any responsibility for sub standard goods. No human investigation or concern. I will never recommend or use again Dreadful

Very disappointing floral arrangement . Looked cheap and skimpy . Did not look like their advertised picture and certainly not worth the price . Customer service insisted the delivered flowers were the same as advertised photo Judge for yourself from the 2 pictures attached .

Everything about Serenata is dreadful. “Letterbox flowers” were pushed under a back gate instead of being posted. By the time I got home, the box was soaking wet from rain and had started to freeze as temperatures fell. Have emailed numerous times and they repeatedly ask for the same information. The link I had to use (why can’t I talk to someone?) would not allow me to upload multiple images - it kept coming up with an error message. Eventually when they did receive a single image, THEY were satisfied with the quality of the flowers; this despite the fact that the open flowers were shedding petals within 24hours, the rose is all but dead; a large proportion of the flowers are red painted foliage that does not even appear in the on-line images. I have give Serenata 1 star - only because I am unable to leave zero stars Overall... Flower quality - VERY POOR; Customer Service - ABYSMAL Do not waste your time and money with Serenata.

EVERYTHING about Serenata has been wrong. The ‘Letterbox’ flowers were shoved under a back gate instead of being posted. By the time I had got home, the box had been rained on for a number of hours, so was soaking wet and as the temperature had fallen, the box started to freeze. I contacted Serenata by the only method available, email, - why can’t I speak to anybody?? The link that you have to use would not allow multiple images to be sent; repeated “Error” message would come up. Eventually after numerous attempts, one image was received by Serenata - THEY were satisfied with the flower quality, despite the fact that only 24 hours later, petals are falling off those flowers that were already open; the rose is all but dead. I have given Serenata 1 star - only because I am unable to leave a zero star rating. Overall, Flowers - poor, Customer Service - Abysmal. I would not advise anyone to use their service.

Paid £60.00 for birthday flowers for my mother in the USA. They were delivered on the wrong day and my mother had left town for thanksgiving. I have been emailing their customer service for two weeks and get standard replies or they parrot what I have already told them. Still fighting for a refund . Terrible service stay away from this online company

What a joke of a company -complete robbery - what is advertised ( see my pictures) to what you get is shocking- false advertisement , which they accept no responsibility for!!! No way worth the £25 I paid - please avoid!!!

Delivery was prompt and I was kept updated throughout, however the quality of the flowers that arrived were shocking all the petals had fallen off, they looked like a £5 bunch of flowers I was so embarrassed

Flowers delivered 24 hours late for daughter's 40th birthday. Raised a number of emails to the Customer Service Department - what a waste! Customer service is of such a low level it would suffer vertigo in a sewer. All I received was an unhelpful, unsympathetic, uncaring, could not care less, take it or leave it attitude. My advice to anyone contemplating using this company is very simple. DON'T! In my 67 years I have raised maybe one or two complaints about rotten service, however, in this instance I simply want potential customers to be aware and steer clear to avoid the disappointment and distress you will undoubtedly endure with this NO SERVICE COMPANY.

I learned not to trust their “next day delivery” nor their email confirmation. I ordered flowers on 11/22 for delivery on 11/23. I received an email confirmation showing delivery date of 11/23. I monitored their on line tracker all day 11/23 that showed the flowers were in process of delivery. The flowers did not arrive on 11/23. I requested the order to be cancelled because the order was for an event on 11/23. They refused to cancel the order. The flowers were delivered the afternoon of 11/25. Flower delivery have two expectations - one is fresh, healthy flowers and secondly delivery as promised. Serenata Flowers failed!

Plant arrangement for my Mother's 89th Birthday arrived as a heap of soil and plants at the bottom of a box. I want a refund but they wont give me one as they want photographic evidence. My Mother is 89 and doesn't have a digital camera and I live 100s of miles away. They have offered me another arrangement but I don't want it. I don't want another heap of soil and plants arriving at my Mother's door. The chauffeur service they talk about in their bumph is in fact Yodel.
