It’s a pity you can not give less than 1 star.... should be a selection for minus 1 for company’s with customer service this poor. Unbelievably poor quality Flowers and terrible customer service. Bought flowers from Morrisons that were better quality than these for a tenth of the price..!!! Box arrived battered and soaking wet The card I paid extra for was soaked, bent, torn, and ink had run Flowers were crushed up inside The bod and we had to reassemble them and tidy them up to look anything like presentable. The petals on most roses show damage - possible weather or insect. Brown and black blotches. The green leaf sprays were covered in a white powder. Other buds were damaged. Sent photos of flowers and card to Serenata. Customer services reply was that they are of the quality expected..!!! Totally ignored issues with ruined card, terrible delivery, etc. Blatant could not care less attitude - we’ve had your money so tough luck..! Save your money.... buy a bouquet from Morrisons- you’ll get better quality and much les hassle than using Serenata.

To Whom it may concern, I will start by saying this is the second time this has now happened with a Serenata delivery! My fiancé had been in her shop (Delivery address as noted) from 9:00am till 8:00pm today and has did not receive her delivery. To top if off we received a delivery confirmation at 7:26pm. This is clearly a complete lie! The courier had either been in completely the wrong place or has just flat out not delivered the item and decided to send out the confirmation regardless of the fact he had not delivered the flowers. I personally went back up to the shop to look around, there had been no card left anywhere and most of the neighbouring shops were still open, the flowers had not been delivered into any of them either as I had been into everyone of them to ask. If you can't deliver on the time frame offered then don't offer it. While I can fully appreciate Valentines day is likely your busiest day of the year you would think there would be systems put in place to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen. I can appreciate on occasion mistakes happen, but this is the second time (I still have the apology email from the last time) As you can appreciate it looks terrible. I just feel like the service is appalling. If the flowers are delayed so be it but to be told they've been delivered when they clearly haven't is just rubbish. At this point I don't even care about a refund I just wanted to let you know how disappointed in the service and appalling customer service. I hope to get some sort of reply in due course Scott Weir

Ordered flowers for next day delivery, did not get to me on time so I asked customer service (through email as they have no phone contact) to change the delivery address for later delivery. They refused to do this and provide any support, now I will have to go through the difficult process of getting a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

What a waist of time . Ordered flowers waited for confirmation email got nothing so only when I contacted them for delivery confirmation I was told They hadn’t been delivered but offered an alternative day why would I want an alternate day when I needed them today .lesson learned never again

I am a regular customer of seranta flowers.. Ordered at least 4 times. The 3rd I got feedback that the quality of the flowers were not fresh. I let it go. The 4th was a total calamity: 1) no email confirmation of order or payment. 2) sameday delivery..delivered by 5pm TO THE WRONG PERSON AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. the driver obviously couldnt read or wasnt a proper employee of the industry. 3) YES they just gave my flowers to someone else WITHOUT CHECKING! IN FACT THEY JUST LEFT THEM AT RECEPTION. 4) This was on a Thurday. The recipient didnt recieve the flowers till Monday morning (after I asked her if shed for them). 5) The whole reason for me sending flowers backfired.on me. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING AND CHARGING ME FOR IT SERENTA. 6) Complaints procedures absolutely primitive. Theu couldn't even fine the order (maybe pocketed as a cash transaction - wheres my payment confirmation??). 7) FLOWERS IS A SENISTIVE GESTURE AT IMPORTANT TIMES..WHY USE A COMPANY THAT CAN'T GET THE BASICS RIGHT..RESULTING IN EMBARRASSING SITUATIONS THAT COST MONEY, BACKFIRE ON YOU LEAVING YOU ****** IN THE WIND. 8) Customer services ignored my replies twice ***COME GUYS WHY EVEN RISK IT*** Many other companies out there..I hope I helped!!

Serenta flowers have charged me for an undelivered bouquet stating I still have to pay as the driver couldn't find the address! I have sent photographs of the street view clearly showing the delivery address but they are still replying with the same nonsense that I'm not eligible for refund. They even have the cheek to wish me a pleasant day. Under the consumer rights act I know this is illegal for them keep my money for goods not received and so I will be reporting them and getting my refund. I urge anyone else to do the same. This business should be closed down.

229839622 Ordered flowers yesterday and got my email to say flowers delivered. Once again , no flowers received. This is the second time this has happened in a few weeks. Contacted customer support who simply said sorry for any inconvenience and you can resend. I ordered the flowers for a special friends birthday , the fact that they did not get the flowers on their birthday is bad enough but they did not even try to compensate for their mistakes . I had to email numerous times before they would even resend my order. Shocking service and think the company needs a new driver who delivers the flowers . The company is going to loose a lot of business as 6 people I know will not use this company ever again .

I wasn’t very impressed by the flowers. There are 5 carnations and a lot of greenery and something in bud. Inside the box some were up one way and some the other way round. It was very dry and I had to get them in water quickly. Delivered by Yodel who shoved them through the door and broke our letterbox! I wouldn’t want to send this bouquet to anyone!

I want a full refund after this disgusting performance, don't ever use this company, they are not fit for purpose. Never got my delivery and still keeping my money, won't contact me professionally, ruined my surprise for my daughter, you can't get that back. E-mails won't open and no one is listening. Don't use them.

the flowers I received today were not as stated in the picture atall!! they were small and half of the flowers were dying. I paid quite a bit for these flowers and I am highly disappointed. the gift card I received had pen on. false advertisement, would not recommend at all!!! get better flowers at a corner shop.

Awful display. Make sure you take photo as soon as you receive otherwise customer service nil. I was not techno minded (pensioner) but no good more or less was told TOUGH get over it. Order at your peril.

Received an email claiming delivery failed even though recipient was at home. No phone number exists for Serenata or for the courrier they use - spoke to Serenata by email and was simply told they’d “keep the flowers in the van and try again tomorrow”. Completely unacceptable service - they refused a refund, refused to reattempt delivery that day and refused to exchange for a fresh bouquet the next day. Will never use this service again and do not recommend to anyone.

Found my birthday flowers on doorstep yesterday, absolutely disgusted with them and upset that my daughter had obviously been ripped off. Still waiting to hear from them but feel it’s highly unlikely I’ll get a response.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Do not buy of this company. The company think it’s ok to dump flowers on some door step in the pouring rain and wind and get ruined. I have complained to the company which has come to no avail, offered no refund. Serenata have requested photos. The flowers were sent to my mother who does have a complex phone and stressed her out when asked her to take a picture. Appalling customer service and flowers.

Don’t waste your money, ordered flowers for the death of a child from the US going to the UK they were left on the porch of the wrong address, no excuse because they had the phone number of the recipient. No response from Serenata Flowers. So upset and disappointed.

Stay well clear. Not worth the hastle, headache, anger or dissappointment. I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I received an email at 1pm to advise they had been successfully delivered. When i checked up with the recipient i was advised that nothing had been delivered. When contacting Seranata, they advised it was delivered and left outside. At the door/garden the box was found where they had been sitting all day on a rainy winters day. The box had a message saying keep upright, the flowers were left the wrong way around. There had been someone in all day yet no one knocked. Had i not checked they wouldve lay there for god knows how many days. When contacting their customer service, i found there was no phone number. Katie in customer service showed no empathy, and quite frankly didnt care. I was offered 20% off a future order. The flowers themself were small, rubbish and didnt appear fresh. They refused to provide me with a complaint reference number despite asking several times, to try to stop further action being taken. Worst customer service.

Ordered Christmas flowers on 17 December for my mother in-law, they never arrived and only response just a sorry email! Very disappointing, tried them again NYE and they arrived late! Needless to say will never use them again! What's more frustrating is we live in Australia and the in-laws are in the UK hence why we sent flowers as we weren't there to celebrate with them.

Unable to complete my delivery in the timeframe set online . “ I am very sorry to advise our partner has informed they are unable to complete your delivery today We would like to resend your order for tomorrow.“ If a select a delivery date I am expecting that day . If I knew I would go with a different flower shop .
