i would not have given you 1 star but had to. i was a recipient of flowers, worst bunch of flowers I've ever received, agree with others that the 5 pound bunch from the supermarket are better value. will not be using your company when I'm sending flowers.

Very disappointed! Ordered flowers for my mum’s 70th birthday looked nothing like description, paid £25, looked like a Cheap £5 bunch from a corner shop, Never use this business again.

First delivery was substandard and plants in the basket were not planted correctly and started dying 3 days after delivery . The replacement delivery was even worse . The basket had been overturned in the box as it was put in opposite to what the box said. I would never ever use this business again.

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered a bouquet for my mum's birthday but was devastated when only a bunch arrived. They looked nothing like the photo. I complained the next day but they refused to do anything. I feel as though I have been completely ripped off and my family have been let down.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY MUMS 65TH BDAY ASWELL AS MY BROTHER PASSING AWAY PUT NOTE SAYING FROM MYSELF AND HIM. TO GET TOLD HALF HOUR BEFORE DELEIVERY HAD FAILED . CONSTANT MESSAGES BEING TOLD BAD WEATHER BUT SOME RAIN AND SUNSHINE HERE OR CLOUDS. THEN 2 DAYA LATER STILL BEING TOLD LIES ALL OF A SUDDEN YODEL HAVE THEM. SO NOTHIG BEEN SENT IN FORST PLACE AND MAYBE GET FLOWERS 4 OR 5 DAYS WHEN TOLD BE DELEIVERED AND TAKEN 45 POUND AND NO REFUND OF HALF PAID BACK FOR THIS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY

Flowers in very poor condition and looked nothing like picture. Had not seen water for some time. Sent picture to customer services who immediately replied they were as expected. Very disappointed. Will not use again.

Delivered to the wrong address twice left them out in the open rain didn’t knock on the door or ring the bell just drop them in the front garden twice,left them upside down when the box was clearly marked this way up. Card was blank no message put inside that I paid for. Do yourself a favour and use a local florist these guys are complete idiots

I ordered yellow roses for my friend who had suffered a traumatic week. The ‘flowers’ delivered were dead white daisies, yellow daises, greenery and a few white carnations. Dreadful. You can only complain if you can send a picture which my friend needed help to send to me. No phone number to speak to anyone. They did then send the yellow roses but I wouldn’t ever use them again.

Terrible service - don't use these people under and circumstances. They completely missed the delivery date I had requested (well in advance) for some very important flowers - and then claimed they had 'no access' to the delivery address (a normal house with parking right outside) when that blatantly wasn't true. Customer service was very poor and I don't like being lied to. Use anyone but this lot - they should deliver when people need the flowers not just when it suits them.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star, ordered a bouquet for friends to say thank you, friend sent me a pic and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Contacted them immediately and they said “From the photograph provided the bouquet looks to contain the correct stems.” Absolute disgrace, I feel so embarrassed that my friend would think I would send such a dreadful bouquet.....I am furious! They are just fobbing me off now.

Don’t waste your money on empty promises these people couldn’t run a bath. Complete let me down at the eleventh hour then asked if I wanted a different delivery date. Serenata Flowers avoid at all costs. Rubbish service along with a total lack of empathy. They would be better suited dealing with poison ivy not flowers.

I'm in the Military and was away for Valentines so I needed some special flowers sent to my amazing wife. The flowers that came were not presented how they looked in the photo online and they all came broken! This is unacceptable and it ruined my wife's Valentines Day!

I'm in the military and needed my wife to receive special flowers on valentine day as I was away. The flower bundle that came didn't look like it's online photo and on top of that they were all broken! completely unacceptable and left me so disappointed.

I chose to send a bouquet called Freya to friends in Bristol. I was so disappointed with the flowers that arrived they were not like the ones I ordered. There was so much greenery and fewer flowers. The bouquet was so disappointing for the price I paid. I will never use Serenata flowers again and could never recommend them to anyone. E. Aspinall

If I could give 0 stars I would! Avoid this company If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately Valentine’s Day is a very sad day for my partners mother as he lost his father last year meaning that this year has been a tough one. I found out I was pregnant so decided a lovely thing to do would be send some flowers to my mother in law from our expected baby to try and cheer her up on this sad day... in the afternoon of Valentine’s Day, I received an email from sereneta flowers saying that due to unforseen circumstances with supplier they use, they are unable to deliver the requested flowers... I understand things happen but it was too late in the day for me to order anywhere else and they did not offer any compensation and are now refusing to reply even after asking to speak to management. I work in customer service environment myself and feel that not only has this been dealt with very badly, but to not offer any good Will gesture for ruining such an important day is unforgivable. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Terrible -my poor hubby spent £25 on a 'bouquet' and could have soend £5 at asda and got better value and quality -Flowers half dead and got about 8 stems - Serenata dont see the issue ! Poor flowers and even worse customer service save your money -DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM SERENATA

It’s a pity you can not give less than 1 star.... should be a selection for minus 1 for company’s with customer service this poor. Unbelievably poor quality Flowers and terrible customer service. Bought flowers from Morrisons that were better quality than these for a tenth of the price..!!! Box arrived battered and soaking wet The card I paid extra for was soaked, bent, torn, and ink had run Flowers were crushed up inside The bod and we had to reassemble them and tidy them up to look anything like presentable. The petals on most roses show damage - possible weather or insect. Brown and black blotches. The green leaf sprays were covered in a white powder. Other buds were damaged. Sent photos of flowers and card to Serenata. Customer services reply was that they are of the quality expected..!!! Totally ignored issues with ruined card, terrible delivery, etc. Blatant could not care less attitude - we’ve had your money so tough luck..! Save your money.... buy a bouquet from Morrisons- you’ll get better quality and much les hassle than using Serenata.

To Whom it may concern, I will start by saying this is the second time this has now happened with a Serenata delivery! My fiancé had been in her shop (Delivery address as noted) from 9:00am till 8:00pm today and has did not receive her delivery. To top if off we received a delivery confirmation at 7:26pm. This is clearly a complete lie! The courier had either been in completely the wrong place or has just flat out not delivered the item and decided to send out the confirmation regardless of the fact he had not delivered the flowers. I personally went back up to the shop to look around, there had been no card left anywhere and most of the neighbouring shops were still open, the flowers had not been delivered into any of them either as I had been into everyone of them to ask. If you can't deliver on the time frame offered then don't offer it. While I can fully appreciate Valentines day is likely your busiest day of the year you would think there would be systems put in place to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen. I can appreciate on occasion mistakes happen, but this is the second time (I still have the apology email from the last time) As you can appreciate it looks terrible. I just feel like the service is appalling. If the flowers are delayed so be it but to be told they've been delivered when they clearly haven't is just rubbish. At this point I don't even care about a refund I just wanted to let you know how disappointed in the service and appalling customer service. I hope to get some sort of reply in due course Scott Weir

Ordered flowers for next day delivery, did not get to me on time so I asked customer service (through email as they have no phone contact) to change the delivery address for later delivery. They refused to do this and provide any support, now I will have to go through the difficult process of getting a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
