DISGUSTED - Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and received an email at 13:30 that day to say they could not deliver that day and would deliver the following day. I have since received an email saying the flowers will now not be delivered at all and they will offer me 40% off your next order!!!! Like I’m going to order from them again total disappointment DO NOT USE - YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED

The delivery was on time, which was the only thing good about the service I received. I have used Serenata Flowers before and had a good service. But this time was much different, I ordered the Floral Ratatouille, which is originally 40 but was on offer for 30. The value of product I received about 10% of what I paid. The bouquet looked nothing like what the picture online looked like, the roses are wilted and the bunch was mainly leaves. Trying to get a response from the customer service team is ridiculous, they are not accepting that anything is wrong when clearly it is. 1000% would not recommend to anyone.

Shocking service. Flowers ordered 2 days ago for Mother’s Day with”guaranteed courier delivery”. Needless to say they did not arrive. Similar to previous reviews on contacting their customer service help desk I was told they would arrive tomorrow which of course is useless. Shambolic service backed up with total lack of common sense. Judging by the previous reviews this is not the first time this has happened! AVOID!!

Deserves 0 star. Ordered on Thursday for Mother’s Day Sunday delivery. Received no order confirmation but money left the account so I left it to run. Mum waiting for delivery all day, I followed the website advise stating delivery could be up to 8pm. I sent an email at 7.30pm to double check the order was coming. Received email response 2 hours later saying delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. Extremely unhappy doesn’t come close to how I feel about this. At no time was I informed that my order was delayed, when I could have made some sort of other arrangements. Very upset Mum, especially as social distancing makes things awkward to see each other at the moment. I have requested my order is cancelled and that I would like a full refund. Currently awaiting response on that one. They will probably give me some garbage about how it’s too late to cancel the order to which I shall strongly disagree. I have ordered flowers to be delivered fresh, not a day or 2 old. I may feel a bit differently had I of been informed my order wasn’t going to be bothered with.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. A business was closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. As soon as this happened I contacted serenata to inform them the business was closed and an alternate address for the flowers to be delivered. It took them 24 hours to reply and when they eventually did I was told they were unable to help as the product was about to be shipped. They refused to contact the driver, and the flowers were taken away with the driver. This is the ONLY company not willing to assist people during this coronavirus pandemic. Other flower companies are offering alternate arrangements or full refunds. Something serenata has refused. I dealt with three members of staff and I can honestly say they are some of the worst customer service reps I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. I have asked all three for their managements information which they have declined to give me. (Shows they are in the wrong). I strongly suggest NOBODY purchases flower arrangements from this company. They also advertise the sell fresh flowers however this is not the case. As soon as they have your money they stop helping!!! I have managed to print all corespondents which trading standards have asked me to do. ANY other customers who have experienced the same issues with the company i strongly suggest you also get in contact with them! Before anybody asks yes we have been to the business address and looked around to see if flowers were left. They were not. Proving staff take home for themselves. Anybody on here that has had the same issue please get into contact with myself! Trading standards can get involved and if we all come together with the issues they can be severely reprimanded. Anybody that has also dealt with Katie from customer service please inform how many times she has refused to give management information so you can complain. We all need to come together now and get something done about all this.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Flowers didn’t arrive so I tracked the order. It said the order had been cancelled. I have no idea why this is the case and I never received an email saying this had happened. They have also taken the money out of my account. It’s very disappointing as my mother in law received nothing and we didn’t have a back up. Wouldn’t recommend.

Looked nothing like the picture, flowers broken, wilting, £30 for 6 flowers and some brown foliage! Total joke. Do not use this website; avoid at all costs. Terrible terrible product and one very disappointed customer. Can I give 0 stars?

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mothers Day. at 6pm I had heard nothing so I used their "Track your order" facility. It came up "order cancelled". No one had contacted me to say that the order had been cancelled or why. I am very disappointed and will not be using Serenata again.

Absolutely disgusting.£24.99 8; flowers 2 broken rest drooping. As you can see they look nothing like the photo. Contacting trading standards tomorrow. My daughter is heartbroken that these are what I received

Ordered two bouquets worth £65 in total. Awful quality. Flowers worth no more then £20. Both mothers disappointed. Disgusting

Absolutely awful. Ordered the pretty in pinks bouquet for Mother’s Day. They arrived and looked absolutely nothing like what was orderd. When I emailed customer services they said they felt the bouquet was adequate. Terrible product and service.

Awful, my Mothers Day has been ruined! I spent a total of nearly £53 and when my mum FaceTimed me to show me the flowers she received they looked worse than a bunch of Tesco’s £9.99 flowers. You are a FRAUDULENT company. Please do not use them. If I could give you negative stars I would rather than the one star I have given.

Since this is an online company who farm out flower supply requests to local providers they will happily take your money without having the common sense to see that their chosen providers can meet said demands. You would be safer going local if you possibly can and therefore having more chance of your money buying something of value rather than disappointment.

Tbis company is actually a fraud and is misleading customers with pictures on thier website. I have ordered 2 bouquets for mothers day and its disgusting what they have sent out. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed at what they have done.

Unacceptable! Mother’s Day flowers ruined, especially as I couldn’t seem my mum today. Completely wrong flowers, already dying and mostly foliage. Completely ripped off and deceived. Nothing like the pictures, avoid at all cost!! 😡

Mums flowers just arrived WE THINK the driver never even knocked to let us know just left them. Disgusting service. Then when I opened the box the SMALL amount of flowers were already in bloom (supposed to be bud to bloom). AND NO WAY WERE THEY WORTH THE £30 we paid. Very very poor in all aspects 🤬🤬🤬and not even any flower food!! The 1st photo was the 1 ordered. Nothing like

I've ordered from Serenata flowers for many years and the quality and packaging has always been great. The flowers I ordered this time were package with no water so we're practically dead on arrival. My mother managed to save a few stems. Why were they not packaged in water like they have been in the past. Unlikely to order from Serenata if this is how you now package flowers! Disappointed long time customer.

Really disappointed, it was basically 25% the size of a bouquet, some of the flowers were dying already and they sent me the wrong ones, they’re not the ones I chose. Thanks for ruining Mother’s Day

Useless, avoid at all costs. Failed to deliver on Mother’s Day and told me on the morning of Mother’s Day. Did not offer refund.
