Ordered flowers for mums 93rd birthday, they came too late in the day and the vase was broken. Although they have refunded the cost of the vase, no apology and a birthday ruined.

Where do I start.. My partner had been hospitalised with coronavirus. Thought order her some flowers on her return home as a surprise. Ordered 17th April for next day delivery.Tracked the order,driver within half mile.Failed delivery unable to access!Cul de sac straight forward! Same again 19th and 20th this time customer not available.Partner cannot leave the house!Nodelivery card left.No contact number for the company.Awful customer service. Flowers arrive on 21st,flowers just about dead and dried out.

This was my first time purchasing flowers from this company. End of the day it was my fault I should of done my research about this company. I spend £30 on a flower called ‘changing season’. After reading the negative reviews I came across I was very concerned I emailed the company and shared my concerns and they got back to me, saying production team will take care of my flowers and not to worry. I took their word for it. Next morning I told my friend send me a picture of the flowers, the flowers was not the flowers I chosen it was all rotten and black. My friend didn’t say anything as she thought I would be upset. This is such disgusting and awful service you are giving to customers and you are honestly scamming people’s hard working money. I advise people to do your research before you spend your money on any company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Disgusting service! If you have used this company and the flowers were rotting please remember the following! If you paid on your Creditcard ask your bank for a ‘chargeback’ if they refuse a refund. Also If your flowers arrive in a sorrowful state, such as wilting or with browning petals or leaves, they are not of satisfactory quality and you should be entitled to a refund. When you buy flowers online, you enter into a contract with the retailer. Under the Consumer Rights Act,  - which came into being on 1 October 2015 - the retailer is responsible for the condition of the flowers until you take delivery of them. So if your flowers arrive in a poor condition, the retailer is in breach of contract and you should receive a full refund. FULL REFUND!

Don't bother ordering from these charlatans. They may have been good previously, but they've clearly taken the corona virus situation as an excuse to call it in. A week early I ordered some flowers for my mother to commemorate what would have been her 40th wedding anniversary to my recently passed father. Trying to bring a glimmer of joy on a very difficult day. SerenataFlowers messed this up. After a week, my order is still 'being prepared'. You'd think that if there had been a problem in all that time, they could have let me know so I could attempt to organise something else, but due to their immoral incompetence, a very difficult day was made much worse.

Do not use!! The quality of the flowers where far from what was advertised and the majority of them were either dead or dying. I spend £60 and wish I’d have bought some elsewhere for £5 which is just about what they’d be worth

High expectations...... the Yodel driver looked like he had taken his anger out on the boxes! He held them on their ends and dropped two of them! One bouquet and vase was missing. The flowers were going rotten and were half dead! Absolutely shocking! NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use this ‘company, or visit a Wetherspoon, go to Sports Direct or buy anything off that Virgin airplane nonce Branson! Serenata are added to my FU list! 0121, as we say in Brum....... DO ONE! Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT USE SERENATA FLOWERS, I never write reviews but you should avoid this company at all costs, i ordered a flower planter for my friend who got married 2 weeks ago, we couldn’t go because of the virus, the planter never arrived and i had to spoil the surprise by asking my friend whether she received her flowers, nothing from Serenata at all, i contacted them and got an apology but they then advised item was out of stock, why had i not been told this, customer service is shocking, they then offered to send a bouquet instead which i only accepted to get something sent to my friend and i asked for the complaints procedure as i was still not happy with the outcome, they refused and cancelled my order!!! total disgrace of a company and especially during such a terrible time. now 2 weeks on my friend still has no present from me because of this company, now they are refusing to give me the complaints procedure details

Disappointed to the max poor quality look at pics I cried tried to make someone’s day during this difficult time might as well of gone supermarket and got yellow sticker end of line flowers

I received the Strawberry Sundae for my birthday from my friend and what I got looked NOTHING like the photograph! She paid £25 which is a lot of money and the bouquet is probably only about £7 worth! I’ve seen much better in supermarkets at a fraction of the cost. The small white flowers all over the photograph bouquet were one small half dead sprig, contacted customer service who informed me that their florists said the bouquet was correct and to wait another 5 days if still not happy! By then half will be dead and the lillies night just be opening but are the dead sprigs going to suddenly multiply and then it’ll all look like the very misleading photograph ??? I THINK NOT! AVOID AT All COSTS and spend your hard earned cash at your local supermarket for a lovely bouquet at a fraction of the cost! Absolutely shocking company !!

Ordered bouquet with teddy and vase. For my sister who had just come out of hospital. The bouquet was totally a different one to the one i had ordered. And no teddy or vase came with the flowers. Absolutely disgusted by this service. Avoid....

Do not waste your time, avoid purchasing flowers from this site. Purchases supreme flower collection velvet parfait for my sisters birthday priced at £39.99. They use cheap low quality flowers, flowers are half dead and the arrangement of the flowers are nothing like the picture. When I complained I was advised they have protection petals and once they are removed they will look like the picture. Really unsatisfied with the customer service response and advised to resend pics of within 5 days.

Realising reading all these reviews that I’m just adding to the rest of the unhappy customers your company has supplied to. I ordered the ‘blush delight’ flowers for my friend for her birthday and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and lack of resemblance to the product you portray online. They look absolutely nothing like the flowers on your website and are definitely not worth the £25 I paid for them. I would like a refund for the product so I can buy my friend different flowers that actually look like the product being sold because this is complete false advertisement. I’ve also been trying to make a complaint via your website and it’s not allowing me to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you’ll be able to get a higher quality of flowers for the same price elsewhere, absolute con.

flowers took 2 days to deliver arrived wilted, recovered after being in water for a day. Emailed Serenata, response disappointing, wanted me send photographs of the now 4 day old (or longer) flowers before they would take any action. Do not recommend this company,

As my family were unable to be with me for my birthday, they sent flowers to cheer me up. On opening the flowers I couldn’t believe the state of them. I know they were letterbox flowers ( which weren’t put through the letterbox) but surely that doesn’t mean they need to be flattened prior to packaging? I’d love to blame delivery for my squashed, flat flowers but the box was in perfect condition. I haven’t the heart to tell my mum, she’d be devastated.

Don’t even want to give them 1 star!!! They are complete scammers!! Still taking orders during this horrendous time when honest people are purchasing to cheer loved ones up!!! I ordered on Friday and the flowers haven’t even been delivered!! They won’t refund me!! Steer clear people!!!

Birthday flowers delivered on the wrong day, in a broken box and nearly all greenery, not flowers. Replacement bunch sent but of course the birthday had gone by then and they weren’t much better than the first lot. Do not use this company.
