This company should not be in business. Please do not waste your money. Send a greeting card instead. Trust me it will be appreciated more. Knowing the sender has wasted good money on such really poor quality flowers leaves you feeling very annoyed.

These flower were ordered by my family in Australia as a sympathy for the death of my partner. They were left on the doorstep after driver rang Bell. I was shocked on opening them. They were half dead. One rose was snapped, there was, a six inch little bit of a tiny daisy and four big bits of greenery which looked horrible. I see from your website that the flowers were called 'scented moonlight' but the ones I received were nothing like the photo there. I think you ought to be ashamed to send out flowers like this. I have informed my son and I hope he will take the matter further and be refunded for such rubbish.

The flowers are nothing like they look like in website. IV never seen flowers so poor looking for 25 pounds in my life. They are pretty the four flowers I received but my poor parents spent this money in these for me. But they are not worth at all the money you charge. I would pay three pounds not 25 pounds. They should at least look a little like your website, and to add to there looks like there should have been a few to bloom but they are dead and withered. Really disappointed . I sent my mum and dad some first also from your company and they where also very poor looking hardly no flowers.

Ordered these for my wife on her return from 6 weeks 300 miles away looking after her Mum suffering Covid and it was also her birthday. The quality was awful and extremely disappointing. I emailed to complain and has what seemed like an automated reply saying they were what I ordered. I replied but got the same email back. I understand that running a business is difficult and sometimes things go wrong but there is a correct way to respond and an incorrect one. Terrible customer service. I won't be using them again.

Nothing like the picture on the site, roses wilted, small lillies, delivered a day later than arranged and for 29.99 an absolute rip off, I could have bought better from a supermarket. Very disappointing as they were for a baby shower. Will not use Serenata again.

Extremely poor cowboy company. Took my money, failed to deliver, took them three days to answer any support requests. No telephone lines. Scam artists.

I had just completed placing my order when I took a call which necessitated that either cancel or amend the delivery address. I was unable to do either and had a reply from customer care within 13 minutes of my order being placed Suzanne (Serenata Flowers) Dear Clare, Thank you for your recent correspondence. I am sorry we are unable to cancel your order, as once an order is assigned to our production team, we are unable to accept any amendments or cancellations. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards S Customer Support SerenataFlowers.com

Please never buy anything from this company, for £30 the bouquet size is ridiculous, other bouquets for the same price elsewhere are more than double the size, I also made the mistake of buying a birthday cake for £7 , it turned up and I thought it was a joke it was smaller than the palm of my hand. £37 wasted, I feel as though I have been conned out of my money.

Would never use again, flowers were ok but arrived in a flat cardboard box instead of open, and weren't even delivered to the door, ( left in the lobby 1 floor down in our block of flats ) nothing like a delivery in person... just don't use them, steer well clear.

I’m not sure I have enough space here to write all that went wrong! I wish I had read these reviews earlier! Please do not order from this company! There is no phone number and the only communication is email where they are short and to the point and do not properly answer any queries. I’ve been left frustrated and out of pocket. To cut a long story short My order was never received they couldn’t find the house and no one bothered to call to confirm the address (The flowers were for a friend isolating on her birthday) And I’m apparently not entitled to a refund. Absolute scheming thieving bastards!

DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER DELIVERY I ordered my mum some flowers for Mother’s Day. When they arrived they were the most pathetic bunch of flowers I’ve ever seen. They didn’t look like the ones I chose and looked half dead on delivery. I complained to customer service and sent them a picture but all I got was “treat the flowers as advised“, Which my mum did. I would of been better off buying a bunch from a petrol station. I will never buy from here again. DISGUSTING

Ordered flowers for mums 93rd birthday, they came too late in the day and the vase was broken. Although they have refunded the cost of the vase, no apology and a birthday ruined.

This was my first time purchasing flowers from this company. End of the day it was my fault I should of done my research about this company. I spend £30 on a flower called ‘changing season’. After reading the negative reviews I came across I was very concerned I emailed the company and shared my concerns and they got back to me, saying production team will take care of my flowers and not to worry. I took their word for it. Next morning I told my friend send me a picture of the flowers, the flowers was not the flowers I chosen it was all rotten and black. My friend didn’t say anything as she thought I would be upset. This is such disgusting and awful service you are giving to customers and you are honestly scamming people’s hard working money. I advise people to do your research before you spend your money on any company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Disgusting service! If you have used this company and the flowers were rotting please remember the following! If you paid on your Creditcard ask your bank for a ‘chargeback’ if they refuse a refund. Also If your flowers arrive in a sorrowful state, such as wilting or with browning petals or leaves, they are not of satisfactory quality and you should be entitled to a refund. When you buy flowers online, you enter into a contract with the retailer. Under the Consumer Rights Act,  - which came into being on 1 October 2015 - the retailer is responsible for the condition of the flowers until you take delivery of them. So if your flowers arrive in a poor condition, the retailer is in breach of contract and you should receive a full refund. FULL REFUND!

Don't bother ordering from these charlatans. They may have been good previously, but they've clearly taken the corona virus situation as an excuse to call it in. A week early I ordered some flowers for my mother to commemorate what would have been her 40th wedding anniversary to my recently passed father. Trying to bring a glimmer of joy on a very difficult day. SerenataFlowers messed this up. After a week, my order is still 'being prepared'. You'd think that if there had been a problem in all that time, they could have let me know so I could attempt to organise something else, but due to their immoral incompetence, a very difficult day was made much worse.

Do not use!! The quality of the flowers where far from what was advertised and the majority of them were either dead or dying. I spend £60 and wish I’d have bought some elsewhere for £5 which is just about what they’d be worth

High expectations...... the Yodel driver looked like he had taken his anger out on the boxes! He held them on their ends and dropped two of them! One bouquet and vase was missing. The flowers were going rotten and were half dead! Absolutely shocking! NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use this ‘company, or visit a Wetherspoon, go to Sports Direct or buy anything off that Virgin airplane nonce Branson! Serenata are added to my FU list! 0121, as we say in Brum....... DO ONE! Avoid at all costs!
