“I opened the box and half the petals fell out over my desk. My son paid 25 pounds to send these to me for Australian Mothers' Day. I could have got a better bunch of flowers for 2 pounds 50 at my local petrol station! Serenata pleaded "unprecedented times" Ha! They also said they were happy, from a photograph I sent, that this was their Cranberry Sorbet bouquet and it was supposed to look like that. I.e. absolutely nothing like the picture on their website! Would never order from them again.”

“Didn't deliver as booked on my birthday. So no cake no flowers no candles! Emailed and told would deliver the following day and I could not cancel or get a refund! Happy birthday in lockdown to me. Its all covid fault. Well then they should be up front on the web site.”

“Flowers ordered for my friends wedding anniversary, they arrived in a letter box, box which was not even asked for and the flowers were, dead, dried up and leaking fluid. Will definitely not be using this company again. Refund was given but no good will gesture was made. Very disappointed. Avoid using if you want to impress someone or just want to cheer someone up. My friend was devastated.”

“I ordered 2 bunches of flowers on 1st May at a combined cost of £78 they were for my mothers 80th Birthday on 9th May - she is in a care home in Aberdeenshire. I checked with the care home on Saturday 9th mid afternoon to be told nothing had arrived. When I checked the order status all it said was order received. I contacted Serenata and they said they had emailed me during the week to advise the flowers would not arrive on 9th May due to the Bank Holiday Travel restrictions? Anyhow, they hadn't sent me an email as they said and they said the flowers couldnt be delivered till the 13th which was ridiculous. Basically, as the status was still at order received, I would suspect that they hadnt even been processed. I asked for a refund and will see if I get it as promised. I wont order from Serenata again.”

“We placed out order 2 and a 1/2 months before our delivery date to our extremely ill mother, we were informed on the day of delivery that delivery date would not be met, (which was Mother’s Day) having such a huge lead time I would have thought we would have been notified that they were unable to meet their Delivery obligation. We had planned to visit from Australia but due to Covid-19 were unable. As stated in our email to Serenata flowers we cannot express our profound dissatisfaction and disappointment, as our mother felt forgotten, if we had of been contacted we would have opted for early delivery. Will never use nor recommend them to anyone, happy to take our money, but not happy to keep us informed! Devastated is all we can say sadly.”

“Arrived early evening. Bouquet full of foliage and poor quality flowers. Ordered a birthday cake box was empty. Having used this awful company I am now being plagued with their adverts on all my media sites. Their magnanimous offer for this ruined order a refund for the missing cake. Never again.”

“I received the Bella bouquet and it was nothing like the picture and there was just lots of horrible foliage to make the bouquet look bigger. They look like supermarket quality flowers. Avoid at all costs.”

“If you want flowers delivered in a timely manner skip this company. I sent Anniversay flowers for my brother to be delivered last Monday, they never arrived and today's Friday. They blame me for incorrect postcode, a fact they knew on Monday and which they amended, but still no delivery. Won't be using this company again.”

“My daughter sent some flowers mostly Rose's filled out with large quantities of leaves for my 60th birthday on 1st May. The flowers we read by the next day. Worst flowers I have ever had.”

“Despite the order being placed 7 days in advance, the order wasn't received on the requested day. There is no telephone number to discuss any issues and when I messaged them late on the afternoon, they told a lie and said they were out for delivery.”

“I expected the delivery of a lovely bouquet of flowers in wrapped cellophane however was in a box that my girlfriend had to put in a vase and arrange. Definitely poor service and not worth the money would nor recommend!”

“Beautiful Bouquet of flowers ordered to be delivered too my partner.. That was about as good as it got. Flowers were delivered and some of them withered. Not only this but the Foliage looked like it had been eaten by something. Customer service was contacted and photos of the shambolic bouquet were sent. They apologised and refunded me a measly £6.45 from the order that cost me £40. Terrible Flowers and other than the fast response with emails, terrible customer service.”

“Spent £29.99 on bouquet of changing seasons, which looked lovely online. I was absolutely mortified and embarrassed when flowers arrived for a sick friend. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. Bitterly disappointed and would never use again.”

“My husband ordered “springtime” for our anniversary. They arrived at 7pm which in my opinion is too late , the issue was a) they were around £30 and we were so shocked to open the box to see a cheap bunch of what look like service station flowers. The bunch was small ( thin) and mostly cheap grave flowers. They were wilted and dry and bashed about after being with the courier all day. The box was left on my door upside down . I can honestly say it’s the worst bunch of flowers I’ve ever recieved . I’ve cut them and put them into a vase to try to make good but honestly I feel so upset to look at them. Her eras are dead ( the 3 you get) you literally pay £30 for 3 gerbera I lily stem the rest are cheap daisy type flowers. They were gunge on the stems because they are old which is why the buck looks so sparse . Unable to contact serenata tried email and insta no numbers to call. Avoid this company at all cost. I feel mostly sad for my husband . The shock of what he thought was a beautiful surprise was a huge disappointment.”

“Terrible all the greenery was old and drooping down wouldn't even stand upright in the vase. Nothing like the picture I ordered. I sent an email only to be told to wait 48 hrs that the flowers would pick up!! Which they didn't. Definately won't be ordering from there again.”

“I usually buy my wife flowers from the supermarket but with the current situation I have not been able to so I purchased a 29.99 bouquet. The service was first class unlike the delivered flowers which I can only describe as positively underwhelming. I did look at the reviews on their website before I placed my order and they were all good but the true reviews are on this site”
