“Avoid !!! I ordered the Vibrant Sorbet bunch for my wife’s birthday. When she opened the box we were both very disappointed. We basically received a £7.99 bunch of petrol station quality flowers which cost us £24.99. I contacted customer services to be given a link to their Terms & Conditions.. So avoid this company and use a local florist or simply go to the petrol station and buy them yourself!! I saw there are loads of reviews on here from people that had the same experience as us..”

“Received no confirmation of my order which was not delivered to the amended address. I had changed the delivery address before the flowers were at the checkout. The company had my phone number and email address so they could have contacted me. Used this company before but disappointed they wanted to charge me again for another delivery and said amended address not received- rubbish. Their records would show I have sent flowers to my niece before. She is a cancer patient so I am so unhappy with their response ;have requested not to be bombarded with future emails.”

“I am utterly humiliated and disgusted at what a lie and cheat Seranata flowers has been. They have humiliated me . I paid 112 pounds for these flowers and none of them matched. I DEMAND a refund and definately do not reccomend this site . CHEATS”

“I received these as a gift. Two little bits of gypsophila, three small heads of alstroemeria and another small unidentifiable pink flower.what I received would cost about £3 in Sainsbury’s . Certainly didn’t resemble anything on serenatas website with minimum cost £25..... I would hate to mention it to my sender but feel he was ripped off.”

“Totally appalled by the quality and quantity of the flowers for the money spent. Was expecting more than just a small bunch, having spent £30. Far better quality and value for money at local supermarkets. Will not be using again and would certainly not recommend.”

“Do not believe any review that you read on Seranata's own website, and do not believe the pictures of the flowers. We spent £38 on a bunch of flowers for my mum's birthday, and she got something delivered that looked like a £5 bunch of flowers from a supermarket. An absolute disgrace. Particularly in times like this where we all need a bit of happiness. Serena, if you cannot deliver to standard during covid times, then either drop your prices or close your service. A disgrace.”

“This is a complete rip off, the flowers do not look anything like the picture and I would not recommend this place. When I made a complaint I was asked to send an image which I did and it clearly showed that it looked nothing like the picture. But they asked for more pictures and asked me to count the flowers which is completely ridiculous. Interflora is the only flower delivery service I have tried where the flowers reflect an accurate picture of what they are selling.”

“I have used this company for a number of years when I needed to send flowers, and introduced my sister to them who ended up sending me a bouquet for my birthday on Monday (12/5). I was absolutely shocked at the very small bunch of flowers I received. 5 sweet William, 5 of some other flower that I don’t know the name of and a bit of gypsophila. Knowing the cost of the flowers from Serenata I contacted my sister and sent a picture. She was outraged and said these were not what she had ordered. To be fair I could have got a bigger and better bunch of flowers from a supermarket for under £10. I was so impressed with this company when I first started using them but I’m afraid they have lost two customers.”

“Terrible company with even worse customer service, if you can even call it that. Delivery drivers that don't even attempt delivery- as per CCTV footage. The company then will say they are doing 'investigations' which will take a number of days and refuse to refund your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!”

“I placed an order for a Birthday, it was placed 72 hrs in advance, they quite happily still promoting next day delivery and taking money for timed delivery, After paid for slot, my order still only shows assigned for production. No sign of it having been prepared and out for delivery at any point in the day required, Covid19 or not, if they cannot provide the service with 3 days notice. State the facts on the website & when orders are placed. Disgusted customer, Avoid. AB”
