I order 2 bunches only needed one couldn't cancel 1 bunch after 15minutes of ordering! To late the order had gone to the production team!! Then one bunch was send to the correct address the second to another address in the same village!! Not happy with this service or company feel like I've been robbed.. Then to my horror I was shown the second bunch!! So dissapointed I could have got a nicer bunch from tescos for £10. Please don't use this company you'll only be ripped off. Also the email replies were ultimated and no telephone to speak to anyone

My husband ordered “springtime” for our anniversary. They arrived at 7pm which in my opinion is too late , the issue was a) they were around £30 and we were so shocked to open the box to see a cheap bunch of what look like service station flowers. The bunch was small ( thin) and mostly cheap grave flowers. They were wilted and dry and bashed about after being with the courier all day. The box was left on my door upside down . I can honestly say it’s the worst bunch of flowers I’ve ever recieved . I’ve cut them and put them into a vase to try to make good but honestly I feel so upset to look at them. Her eras are dead ( the 3 you get) you literally pay £30 for 3 gerbera I lily stem the rest are cheap daisy type flowers. They were gunge on the stems because they are old which is why the buck looks so sparse . Unable to contact serenata tried email and insta no numbers to call. Avoid this company at all cost. I feel mostly sad for my husband . The shock of what he thought was a beautiful surprise was a huge disappointment.

Would have give 0 if I could Hubby sent flowers my 60th birthday absolutely disgusting. They were no more than a cheap garage bunch at £29.99 Daughter paid £7 at Tesco for a beautiful bunch Will add pics

Terrible all the greenery was old and drooping down wouldn't even stand upright in the vase. Nothing like the picture I ordered. I sent an email only to be told to wait 48 hrs that the flowers would pick up!! Which they didn't. Definately won't be ordering from there again.

I usually buy my wife flowers from the supermarket but with the current situation I have not been able to so I purchased a 29.99 bouquet. The service was first class unlike the delivered flowers which I can only describe as positively underwhelming. I did look at the reviews on their website before I placed my order and they were all good but the true reviews are on this site

Sparse limp flowers which did not bloom and died after 6 days.i bought these for my mums birthday. When the flowers arrived they looked nothing like the picture, not the right amount of buds so sent a picture to customer service, who just kept asking for more pictures. On the 6th day majority of the flowers had died. Asked for a replacement or refund, with pictures they refused. Please avoid.

Absolutely shocking service. Flowers delivered 2 days late for my auntie birthday and they were dead and squashed and nothing like the picture I ordered. 29.99 for dead, late, squashed flowers is appalling.

I got a bunch for my mothers 50th and they were nothing like the bouquet I ordered in size as I get when you order a smaller bunch but this was a 1 size and it was pathetic and nothing like what was shown I voiced my disappointment to be told in simple terms well prove it. When provided a photo it's not a good enough photo! So I will not be getting them from here anymore as I'm co completely disappointed with how product and the service!. Would most definitely not recommend unless you want to pay over for what you get. My kids could of picked a better bunch of flowers.

Received 2 sets of flowers from Serenata following the passing of my Mum. 1 was in bud and good condition (flat box of flowers which look good now out) The other - Spring Skies arrangement was predominantly brown, black spotted holey greenery with wilted half dead, broken flowers and roses with brown centres. I was upset an disgusted. They replaced the arrangement (quick response) but 2nd send no better. Already thrown half out and only 2 days old Waste of my lovely thoughtful friends money.

Had a Bella bouquet delivered on Saturday for my birthday.If I could give less than 1 star then I would.Nothing like the photo! Consisted of 80% greenery ,squashed & wilting flowers & mouldy oasis.Had to tell our Grandson as I cried when he asked me if they were lovely.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I was highly delighted with the large spray that was ordered on my behalf for my husband's coffin. The blooms were colourful, fresh and of exceptional quality. The variety was exceptional. Highly delighted.

Absolutely awful company. I purchased the “spring time” bouquet. £29.99 and they look stunning in the picture so I went for it fully expecting a huge bouquet to arrive. That’s as far as the positives go. What my mum received was atrocious and I could have got a better bouquet for £2.99 at a garage. Bearing in mind we are in a pandemic and we haven’t been able to see loved ones for a considerable amount of time. For me it’s been almost 12 weeks since I’ve seen my mum. I’m missing her like mad and it so happens to be her 65th birthday. I wanted to surprise her with a beautiful bouquet and they really look like they’ve been dragged from a ditch somewhere. Gutted.

Partner ordered flowers for my birthday costing £30 and he would have been better going to the local supermarket and get me a better bunch for a tenner. 12 flowers. Totally disappointed

GUYS, i am telling you now as a student who bought flowers for her mother for £29.99 trying to make her day special amongst the hectic situation and received nothing compared to what the picture had suggested. The box of the packaging was completely different to what had been listed on the website and also the flowers. MY GOSH!!! plz ppl do not order from this company, you'll just get scammed and it is a NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. don't be afraid to state the laws that support you as a customer and even legal action if required. Wish I had read the reviews.

Awful doesn't even come close in describing this company. The flowers arrived crammed into a little long slim box that looked like someone had sat on. Even excusing the fact most were wilted beyond resurrection, the stems I did manage to salvage were mostly leaves and twigs. Shamefully misrepresented on their website, what you see is most definitely not what you get. Steer clear and save yourself the embarrassment of disappointing a loved one with substandard flowers.

Delivered in time but that’s where the positives end. £10 bunch and £20 delivery. Is what you’re actually paying for. Scraggy bunch that you might pick up at reduced price from a supermarket. “Spring Time” it certainly was not! Will not be using again.

Don't believe their promise of next day delivery is doesn't happen. This Company still "sucks in" customers with a promise of next day delivery but can't achieve it. It's only after your money has been taken that you gain access to their "Covid 19 cop out" statement that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be considered for late delivery. Daughter's milestone Birthday has now been missed thanks to Serenata and it's probably easier to contact the Queen than it is to contact this Company. The reviews on the quality of the flowers aren't good either, so I'm not expecting much there either, I'll review further if/when they arrive. Why are these Companies allowed to continue trading when their Trading Standards are so diabolical and false.

Poor quality flowers and to much foliage. Can get better quality flowers from the supermarket at quarter of the price.
