First time ordering from serenata, I ordered a bunch of spring skies flowers for my mum on her birthday and we were surprised to see what arrived.. shocked! Nothing as advertised online, skinny looking bunch of flowers which to be honest I could of purchased elsewhere for much cheaper! What made it worse is when I contacted customer service, it was just poor and didn’t do nothing about it. Just so you get an idea out of the bunch there was only 1 lily. Yes,1! Definitely a rip off!

The country fields bouquet was ordered and delivered to my friend within 24 hours, so despite the speediness, feel let down as the bouquet size was very tiny. Compared to the photo on the website, nothing like the size delivered. Feel cheated. For £29.99 it wasn’t value for money at all. Won’t use again.

Very Happy with the service as a last minute next day delivery for my daughters birthday, during lockdown. Very easy ordering and tracking system even for me. Unfortunately a couple of the blooms had fallen from the bunch but my daughter said she would press them.

Ordered the Changing Seasons thinking this would be a nice, presentable bouquet for my wife's birthday. Received a bouquet with mostly leaves, very poor quality roses, lilies still in their buds and overall something that was a far cry from what was advertised on their website. Tried to contact them but their contact form kept returning errors. They do not have a contact telephone number.

Ordered the Freya £39.99 for my wife’s birthday. I have just got in from work and can’t believe what’s been sent, I have never been so embarrassed. I thought I was getting flowers not a load of foliage. I will never buy from These people again, I should have read the reviews. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Bill Taylor Lancashire

I ordered the Love and Laughter bouquet for my friend’s 70th birthday and what she received bore no resemblance to the photo on the website. When I complained they replied that they thought it did.

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend from the website. This was my first time ordering flowers online due to current circumstances and was incredibly disappointed with the reality of what she recieved. I understood they would come in bud form but comparing the picture on your website to what she received and only getting 2 of the purple flowers I just think is ridiculous and feel completely scammed. Would not recommend.

This company is breaking the Trade Description Act. The flowers delivered are nothing like those shown in the photographs - a few paltry flowers and a mass of foliage. Do not waste your money.

Dreadful experience. Some brown dead flowers. Not as described online and only one bouquet delivered when it should have been two. But charged for two. Customer service is shocking and totally unhelpful. Avoid

Flowers arrived 4 days too late as meant to arrive for my 40th birthday! The flowers were very poor quality, very dissapointed will not use again or reccomend.

I ordered some flowers online but did not receive the confirmation email to confirm order. I had two lots of flowers turn up for my friends 60th and I was charged for both flowers. The flowers were delivered separately within 1 hour of each other? You would have thought someone could have contacted me and stated there were two orders for the same address. I have tried unsuccessfully to advise Serenta Customer Services but Sarah from Customer Services could not careless. I ordered locally as I live in Great Dunmow but would never support this florist again. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SERENTA FLOWERS.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish ! Embarrassed at the quality and size of flowers ! ( 4 pathetic carnations with a bit of greenery thrown in!) Ordered for a friend that had lost her mum to Covid - upsetting and will never use again

Terrible customer service - ordered flowers for a fiend due to losing a loved one - what I thought I ordered was a vibrant colourful bouquet what we got was a pathetic sparse bunch of green with about 4 flowers - what we wanted was to send a heartfelt bunch of flowers as we can’t be there to give our friend a hug - what she got was some thing that make us look like we scrimped! Disappointed is an understatement!

After reading the positive reviews on their website and on Trust Pilot, I ordered flowers for my sister in law who resides in London for her birthday. The flowers arrived with wilted pink roses and the vase was broken. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed with the product. I have reached out to customer service and have asked them to send a replacement to my sister in law. Customer Service replied and stated they they’re sending a replacement tomorrow. Let’s see how the replacement product will turn out.

This company should not be in business. Please do not waste your money. Send a greeting card instead. Trust me it will be appreciated more. Knowing the sender has wasted good money on such really poor quality flowers leaves you feeling very annoyed.

These flower were ordered by my family in Australia as a sympathy for the death of my partner. They were left on the doorstep after driver rang Bell. I was shocked on opening them. They were half dead. One rose was snapped, there was, a six inch little bit of a tiny daisy and four big bits of greenery which looked horrible. I see from your website that the flowers were called 'scented moonlight' but the ones I received were nothing like the photo there. I think you ought to be ashamed to send out flowers like this. I have informed my son and I hope he will take the matter further and be refunded for such rubbish.

The flowers are nothing like they look like in website. IV never seen flowers so poor looking for 25 pounds in my life. They are pretty the four flowers I received but my poor parents spent this money in these for me. But they are not worth at all the money you charge. I would pay three pounds not 25 pounds. They should at least look a little like your website, and to add to there looks like there should have been a few to bloom but they are dead and withered. Really disappointed . I sent my mum and dad some first also from your company and they where also very poor looking hardly no flowers.

Ordered these for my wife on her return from 6 weeks 300 miles away looking after her Mum suffering Covid and it was also her birthday. The quality was awful and extremely disappointing. I emailed to complain and has what seemed like an automated reply saying they were what I ordered. I replied but got the same email back. I understand that running a business is difficult and sometimes things go wrong but there is a correct way to respond and an incorrect one. Terrible customer service. I won't be using them again.
