“I went to the shop in Broadmead Bristol on Friday 29th March, I had a call about 5 minutes after I left, when I rang them back they didn't know who had rang me or what they had rung me for. On the Saturday i realised I had left my second pair of glasses behind so I rang them but they couldn't find them, I popped in on Tuesday and they still couldn't find them. I went in today and a very kind young man by the name of Kevin went looking for them and found them. He went above and beyond to find them for me. Hope he gets to see this. A very big thank you to him.”
“The optition Roberto in Bexhill on sea was very thorough and professional, he has a kindness about him that made my dad feel at ease and totally reassured. My dad has a fear of eyes so has never been to the optition before but now would not go anywhere else because of how Roberto treated him. No stone went unturned.
