“Do not use StubHub for parking passes. We specifically requested a parking garage near the event and the company that provided the parking pass sent us over 30 mins away. We didn’t realize until my wife arrived at the garage and when I asked StubHub to refund us the $100 we spent on premium parking since my wife and daughter missed the first 30 mins of the show, they refused since the pass was already redeemed. Absolutely horrendous customer service and not reliable at all.”
“Purchased World Cup Tickets for 3 matches and parking for one match from Stubhub. It was a terrible experience. Even with 8 phone calls to customer service I had to figure things out on my own. Their practice of not giving you the mobile tickets until about 3 hours before the events in unnerving, especially after customer service was so poor. We were literally ready to park at the stadium and had to call Stubhub only to have them tell us that the parking pass they had sold us was not good. With one match I had to go to the Stadium’s Ticket Office and finally only 55 minutes before the match they were able to help us get our mobile tickets. Customer service was never able to help me transfer my mobile tickets to the World Cup app. I personally will never use Stubhub again.”

On the day of the event, not only did they send the tickets at the very last minute before the show started (rather than when the doors opened, which is already a disgrace), but after I complained, they sent tickets stating ‘ticket price: 80 euros’.
In other words, the actual value of the tickets was 80 euros and they sold them for 250. If that’s not fraud, I don’t know what is…!!! I complained, but of course they just apologised and that was the end of it.”
“The website glitched and booked the wrong date. I immediately called and provided screen shots of what happened. Even acknowledging that it happens sometimes when the site is busy, they still refused to correct the issue and give me what I was trying to buy. Insisted I must just sell them again and buy new ones. They wouldn’t provide a refund because there were multiple “runnings of this show”. It was a Major League Baseball game and we were in town for one night.
I was with tickets worthless to me by no fault of my own.”
