The only issue I’ve had - I’m from Slovenia, was with tickets tranfer to Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster doesn’t operate in Slovenia, so a friend from Austria helped me create a Ticketmaster account using his phone.”
“Purchasing tickets was easy for the stray kids concert on June 10th which I had purchased back in April and received two days before the concert the only trouble I had with StubHub was the hassle of going through to transfer my parking pass that I sold to a buyer and I had to contact customer service for it and luckily they got it to the buyer and completed my transfer. I have used StubHub last year for a breaking Benjamin concert and receive my tickets fairly quick”

“The tickets for the baseball game worked. fine. No problems at all and it would rate 5 stars. The advance purchase of parking didn't work at all. At the time of purchase and when we first received the "voucher" for parking, I was able to identify the lot. That was a couple of weeks before the game. We were traveling from the east coast to San Diego two days before the game. When the day of the game arrived, I could no longer identify the lot or find my QR code. Had to ride around and pay for parking on my own. Lost the $25 or whatever I paid. I won't use you for parking again.”
“I was one of many people who purchased tickets for “Good Night and Good Luck through StubHub which were to be delivered by email at 4 pm on the night of the 7 pm performance. The tickets were not downloadable. The management of the theater informed us this was a common occurrence with StubHub and there was no way that they could provide us with seats. It was a very common occurrence. Customer service was of no help and her English was very difficult to understand.

“OMD was a great show and no problems with the theater but presale parking was very confusing. No instructions on garage ticket to take it with you since you need the barcode to get back into the garage. Then you need to scan the ticket in your phone as a second entry to show that you paid for tickets. No instructions on this whole process whatsoever and very disappointing. Used another Garage on a past show at the same theater and had no problems at all.”
