it is so slow and laggy i play fortnite creative on 50 ping we get below avarege download and upload speed cuts out alot and alot of lag spikes not recomended

I have had no internet for 14 days and now waiting for a router for 10 days - and then they tried to charge me £30 For the router that was deemed by their engineer not to work! They have commissioned Yodel to deliver the router - and yodel keep Saying “it’s with driver” for 10 days! Now I have offered to pick the router up from yodel In belshill a mere 10 Miles away - and I can’t do this but the driver can keep leaving it in the depot. Now talk talk purchase these courier service and cannot use anyone else apparently - they have now ordered a 2nd router - put through the same courier - it Defies logic - I would Have been quicker getting another provider -

Don't even consider TAlktalk, bad service, rude customer service, they will increase price within weeks taking on contract so called no mid price increase guarantee.

I have been a member of Blue yonder, Sky, Virgin, BT, No problem. But now I have joined Talk Talk! biggest mistake. I have spoken to many of its support staff as to why cant I sign in to my account? not one has tried to help me as I am now tied in for 18 months. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Sold TalkTalk, Open Reach installed my Broadband, Phone and TV on the 9th July. The following week we had a downpour, out went the Broadband, over 9 hours passed ''we are working on the fault'' the following morning still not fixed, then it's time for the worst experience ever ''phoning customer services, only services should be removed and call it ''no help for customers'' first rep after no idea how long cut me off, I rang them back, time to work through the script again, I had enough ''just get it fixed'' and I hung up this time. I go out this week and buy a TV, time to connect, no this don't work, TalkTalk box not adding channels, rang customer services, first rep cut me off, rang back 3/4 qtrs. of a hour listening to some lady reading the script again, question after question, do this, try this, look I said it is not working arrange for a technician to visit me, I just have to ask you, no, no, no just stop, stop reading your script, tell what time is the visit, I repeated this over and over, what time, at last it registered, tomorrow between 3pm -to- 6pm, great bye. This morning I receive a text, technician absent, looking to arrange another technician to call, I left a message on voice mail at the number given in the message, don't bother calling, I have had enough. Called Virgin and I'm having them install next week. DON'T EVER AGREE TO HAVE TALKTALK, they are useless.

Attempted two phones calls in the cooling off period to cancel. Now going through a complaint process because both times they hung up and didn't leave any notes. Wanted to cancel because their service is slow and patchy (it crashes if there are multiple devices on) but now want to cancel and avoid because of their customer service.

After having a very poor experience trying to sign up with talk talk I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. I have been with them for 6 days and not had internet for 5 of those days. Tech team are utterly useless and have been waiting for 3 days for a manager to call me. If I call in to chase this up both the tech and customer service team refuse to deal with it as they believe it’s not their problem so the only thing I can do now is leave bad reviews in as many places as possible in the hope someone who can deal with both teams will have the decency to contact me.

Trying to take my mother in law of 92 years to court for non payment of bill of £27 after she cancelled her landline with them, right bunch of wasters and BULLIES!!!!!

This is worst telecom company which I never met before in my life, 24 months fix contact very sudden increase the price after 6 months.call customer service and ask them should fellow the contact, the person said some other company did so they can do as well .TalkTalk lost all the trust.I don’t think this will survive in the future.

Customer service is absolutely awful. Will have you connected for a couple weeks at a time but then something always goes wrong and connection stops every half an hour if even. They will then send out an engineer who won't ever fix the problem but will assure you it is fixed. Another 3 or 4 engineers will come out and you will be forever waiting on the problem to be fixed, then for a couple weeks it could be all better and inevitably vicious cycle goes again. DO NOT GO WITH TALK TALK

One of the worst customer service, will trick you and lie to you, always charge you extra and when you need help or want to contact them they transfer you from one department to another, will waste your time

Awful company. Internet constantly down and the customer service is absolutely appalling. Rude employees that ask you pointless questions which doesn’t fix anything. Do not go with this company, they’re a joke.

Just wasted hours on the phone and achieved nothing. Same very stupid trained agents who ask you meaningless questions.I will never in my life return to such horrible services and I do not recommend to anyone. ”Enelle”this agent makes fun of customers she just doesn't respect them.

Not atall impressed with this bunch of muppets. Internet that disconects every 10 mins. A bill almost doubled due to a late payment charge. ( 2 days late ). Tried to contact to discuss and customer services can barely speak english. Wont be long before i switch providers.

Sly, Sly, Sly. I'm on a very low income yet you need the internet to function in this day and age. I signed up for an 18 month contract at £22 per month. Low and behold 3 months into the contract the monthly fee has risen to £24.50. According to Talktalk i was informed via email of the price increase however i genuinely can not remember seeing it but that proves nothing. I also confess that i did not look at the whole terms and conditions and now i can't be bothered to because according to them i am tied in to the end of the contract and should i leave i will be charged approx £10 per month for every month my contract still has to run. When you see a price linked with a term length you expect (or at least poor fool me did) the conditions to remain the same such as a 12 month fixed term with British Gas or E.O.N..... Not with this lot. (just look at their offer on uswitch. it looks decent, at first glance) I will see out my contract or i will be billed over £130 for nothing but when it's up i'm gone, NEVER TO RETURN.

They got the worst service team on Earth 🌎 Waited for 20+ days for a connection...and the engineer didn't came When contacted engineer he doesn't even know about this. When contacted to the customer service,after days and hours of talking and fake promises,they told me to wait for another 14 days. I was planning to fight against this maximum...but now I get to know that they are relaxed and this is a common thing for them. They can only do just reply under this like... Sorry to hear that please tweet us to....#sauck.co..,why should I ? Please guys atleast don't reply.

Absolutely disgusting company. We tried to leave Talk Talk 8 months ago and this is now July 2021 every time we give notice it comes to the cease date and the services we have are not disconnected.we have been with BT since January 2021 and they took us across to them from Talk Talk and still now Talk a talk are saying the line is live with them . So frustrating as all we want to do is leave this appalling company but can’t even though we have had so many apologies saying “oh we can see you wanted to leave us and how it’s an error on their behalf. I got to the point I emailed one of the CEO’s of the company and their PA is look into it and really thought we we’re getting there but no ,I was due a call back on Tuesday 20 th July and nothing . Absolutely at the end of my tether, all we want is to leave this horrendous company

worst customer service ever, spoke to manager and requested my partners name to be added on bill, filled up the form and 10 days later she was only added as a nominated user instead, then they say i will have to fill the form again, spoke to canecellation departmenT and the guy started arguing with me instead of listening to me
