Worst provider ever had service issue from end of May 2018 up till Sep 2018. Been told today I will not get any refund because I have not made a recent contact. A lot of rubbish. Openreach have made some work outside my property and left new line not connected but been told its my responsibility to contact Openreach due to its not affecting service. I was asking several times for the refund up to today where I have spend 1:50 min to be told that I'm not getting refund due to T&S not been meet with regarding contacting TT. Stay away of this provider I will try to terminate contract.

Always had an exceptional service. If I've had any queries or need help, I always use the Talktalk Community. Takes longer for things to get sorted, but the OCE's are very competent and I've always had issues resolved through there. Would definitely recommend.

Talk talk would not cancell my account I tried 7 times but no one spoke English then a debt collection agency contact me for account I had not used and did not want the customers services is a joke and highly recommend you never use talk talk

Terrible Customer Service!!, we switched from BT to talk talk. Waited a extra 2 weeks for the hub to arrive. When speaking to the call reps they couldn't understand basic English, had to repeat my details (not even exaggerating) about 20 times. They run my phone bill up, they would not transfer me to somebody else for assistance. Now going back to BT.... DON'T RISK IT. POOR SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME.

Zero speed upload and download, they send engineer to us and still unable to fix our broadband , there is no singling in our area . Not recommended TalkTalk and don't trust advertising

What went wrong? Everything. Speeds don't match what was promised. The signal drops often. The router is poor and has a poor range and limited settings. The customer service is appalling and slow and nothing gets sorted. They try to phone back normally at night on a weekend at really anti-social hours. Trying to resolve an account issue and they cant get it sorted. So frustrated and wasted so many hours on trying to fix it. Absolute rubbish. Would go as far to say that its the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I am new to this country and for various reasons Talk Talk was my only option for Broadband. It took me three tries to get an account in which I wasted much time and energy in chat sessions and online to request a service. Finally I was successful and In the week leading up to the installation I received almost daily texts and phone calls about being available when the engineer comes. I was duly in and yet the engineer couldn’t find the house. After a few calls that was worked out and he came. He fiddled around out the front for a bit the put a new cap on the socket. He said it would come on in a few hours. After a few hours there was nothing so I used my mobile hot spot again to chat with them. What a mistake that was. 50 minutes and three consultants later and the outcome was I will receive an email when it is turned on. Later I received the email “Your broadband is on ....you can now jump on and use unlimited broadband”. Great! I try to use it - doesn’t work. Lights not on router. Kept resetting it but still nothing. Wake up in the morning and call. “Your line is still in activation” they say. Why did I receive an email saying it is working of it isn’t? An absolute shambles and bunch of time wasters. How long does it take to flick a switch to activate a line? It’s not a new one previous tenants also had TalkTalk. I have given up on TalkTalk and I haven’t even started. I hope I do get internet one day In this country but it is not looking good at the moment.

Never AGAIN! The customer service reps have the ability to run constant line tests on your line, so if you disagree with or question them, they mess your line up for hours even when it was okay and you called for something unrelated ! Had as much confirmed by the open reach engineer when he arrived today. Connected and for 3 months no phone line and 1 mb connection hard wired. Constant issues. Disgusting customer service. No accountability. Scripts used nearly 100% of the time. Repetitive issue users will attest to this! I only signed Because I moved and they gave the Fastest installation date , which was a lie too! Run as far as you can from these cowboys and they’re agents

I would not give any stars at all if this was an option. Their customer care is 100% appalling. The word "care" is an alien concept to them. I fully intend to terminate my contract with them as soon as I possibly can, based solely on the shocking experiences I have been forced to accept from their Customer Care Dept. Definitely would NOT recommend this provider.

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING! YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH, WHICH IS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE ITS REALLY HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. SECONDLY - THE MAN SHOUTED AT ME DOWN THE PHONE WHEN I SAID I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING. THIRDLY - THEY CANCELLED MY SERVICES FOR NO REASON AND WE HAD TO PAY £39 TO GET IT BACK ON. I WAS ON THE PHONE ABOUT 30 MINUTES... ALL FOR 1 THING. A 5 MINUTE JOB TOOK THEM 30 MINUTES. ABSOLUTLEY USELESS. CANNOT WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END SO I CAN GO WITH SKY. ABSOLUTE JOKE YOU LOT ARE!!!!

If was possibile even give 0 stars...We have a very bad wifi connection. Never working properly.and we been for 20 days with no wifi.Waited for 10 days for a technical and they didn't even want to change the router.

And the landlord cannot even leave the company because of the contract even if the service they give us is horrible. I' m not the owner of the contract but we have to deal with it and it s a shame that we have to pay for your horrible service.

If there was a choice for no stars then I would of choosen that talktalk are nothing but bullying money grabbers that breech there contracts take what ever money they want and the customer service teams and complaints team are the biggest bunch of heartless liars I have ever come across none of my services (tv and broadband) ever worked was sent new boxes they still did not worked was promised I can leave free of charge and receive a refund but then said oh please let us send a technician over at this point I had already had enough billing was never right and already spent hours on the phone so I declined I still wanted to leave regardless of having someone come over because of how I have been treated and just asked to leave and to receive my refund I was then told you can receive god refund but first you need to pay your £250 cancellation fee!!!!!!!! After I had been promised I can leave free of charged, I just cancelled my direct debit and refused to pay and i am going through a 3rd party with my complaints talk talk you are a bullying scam company and I really hope you go out of bussnis and everyone of your cold heartless staff loose there jobs

Been with Talktalk for 8 years and always had a reliable service. If I do have any issues, I use the online forum. Although it is not monitored 24/7, they are much better at helping than phoning customer service. The Live Chat function also is great, and I normally use the in - app messenger. It may take a while for them to get back to you though.

Can't understand their customer service staff. Not just the strong accents, also poor quality line, ironically. Tried to do a home move order and they keep canceling it for reasons known only to themselves. Nothing but chaos, confusion and hours on the phone. Steer well clear. Would have given no stars but couldn't.
