Someone has set up a Talk Talk account with our address! We are receiving letters and bills from Talk Talk and now debt collectors letter for a person who does not live at our address! Talk Talk have took over our BT line. I have called approx 5 times to explain that we do not have a Talk Talk account and that the person who has set up the account does not live at our address. Still not sorted out! To add insult to injury they are phoning the Talk Talk number which is live at our address to talk to the mystery customer even though I have said they don't live here and to email their customer. Dreadful customer service!

Customer service is totally useless, I was with talktalk for a year and had numerous issues with them and each time I rang customer service they were as much use as a chocolate fireguard.. Suggest that you give this provider a big wide birth

I have contacted customer service on 06/06/2019 at 17:03 hours due to my TalkTalk broadband was down not working. They have advised me to arrange the technician to fix the issue. They also informed me technician will give me a call in few days. On Saturday 08/06/2019 early afternoon one of the technician has arrived and he has fixed the issue and he also explained me what was the reason behind why the broadband not working. On Sunday 09/06/2019 again broadband down, didn’t even last more than a day? I have called customer service again at 20:35 hours. One of the staff advised me to rebook the technician for tomorrow ie Monday 10/06/2019. She advised me technician will call me between 5pm to 7pm. But I told her I am sorry I am not able to answer the call at that time due to my work night shift and I have requested please give me a call between 2pm to 4pm. It really shames poor customer care, didn’t receive a call but they have tried to get hold of me after. However my broadband still down not working at all. Really poor customer care shame on. They have charged me every time I have called them not good at all shocking.

Do not use talk talk. Simple as that. They are appalling. I have become so used to not having any internet that I have decided to just completely live without it. I used it for a t.v viewing only so now I am going to invest in box sets and just read books. I could never watch anything anyway as it was always 'buffering 'or I would receive a message on screen saying my bandwidth was too low. And them one day it just went altogether. And I decided there and then not to waste my time anymore. They are a despicable company. If it was cheap I could understand the terrible service. But it's not. So I wonder..... How long will they get away with this??..... My advice....dump 'em

It really shames you can’t fix my broadband for 9 months !!! Your customer service just cheaters!! I contacted TalkTalk hundreds of times by phone, twitters and compliant but your company has no shame to stolen customers money with zero quality services. Last time I spoke with the 4th customer service manager and she promised that will sort it out asap, I explained to her I can’t trust you because I had a lot of cheating experience with TalkTalk, all promises NOT TRUE. It is really SHAME TalkTalk failed to provide broadband below the minimum guaranteed limit and still charge customers without refund. Your liar customer services promised me ten times but all promises just a cheat !!! It really shames all your customer's staff and all your engineers unable to fix broadband for one customer !! I would recommend you to dissolve your company or do other business because your company unable to provide broadband for 9 months !! and unable to fix my broadband for 9 months !! and still charging full price !!! YOU HAVE NO SHAME TO STOLEN CUSTOMERS MONEY !!!!

If I could give -1 star I would! The service has been shocking.I have been with them for 4 weeks and have had little to no internet in this time. I have called them 5 times a week on average spending 1hr 45mins on the phone each time, calling from my mobile, further incurring costs. I have been passed from department to department, staff member to staff member, I am sure I have spoken to everyone but the CEO. I am disgusted that each time I call, I have to explain the situation again, when if they either record notes from the calls or take a minute to read the notes, time could be saved. I have lived in the same property for 12 years and was with SKY, having no problems, I tried to reduced my household bills and made the dire mistake of moving to TalkTalk. When the internet does work (having done an Internet speed check) I am getting 1.9mb download speed and 3.5mb upload speed, which FAR BELOW the guaranteed 11mb they promise, however the majority of the time I am left with tethering from my mobile phone and buying additional internet bundles to accommodate getting my laptop to internet because TalkTalk fails to do so. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I am now in the process of getting out of my contract because they have made no attempts to resolve the matter nor provide any kinds of customer services after my numerous complaints.

Purchased super fibre in sept 2017 guaranteeing 55MB with 61-80MB upload speed. I made untold complaints during the 18 month contract. They sent a basic router first, super router second both not capable of handling the package that I was paying for or faulty. A talk talk engineer VISITED 3 times noticing slow sync speeds then by open reach came 3 times with the 2nd visit installing a master socket which talk talk engineer should have done on my go live date in sept 2017!!! Monitored speeds via the wire my highest I’ve ever seen is 38MB. They breach there own terms and conditions. Don’t complain over the phone customer service is useless. Complain to the CEOs office via letter and his complaints team take over your case. Currently in the resolution stage for compensation.

One star is too much of a rating, AWFUL company. Talk talk have taken 6 weeks to set up our internet and continuously told us ‘Your internet is now up and running’ we ring up to explain it doesn’t work, they tell us it’s a fault in the line and to wait until *date* (2 weeks later) after this happening multiple times they suggest sending an engineer out to which if the ‘fault’ is our own is a £65 charge. Asked many times each phone call why we were told our internet was working when it wasn’t and their excuse was ‘There’s a fault in the line’ or ‘We are trying to resolve the problem’ STAY WELL AWAY - AWFUL COMPANY AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Talktalk are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I got broadband from them 6 months ago and it was way under the 70-80mb quoted and I was paying for. So if you have talktalk check your speed!!!! I've been promised call backs and never got them. I have spent hours and hours on the phone and the awedul online chat servi e trying to get things resolved. They have finally fixed the issue and o ly offered me a £14 refund for all the months of poor service which I feel is more of a joke and a gesture of good will. I've spent more than that on calls to them alone. Keep Away they suck go with another provider!!!!!

I am a long time customer for TalkTalk. 2 months ago the regular internet service become unreliable. I switched to Fibre and it is no deference. Top of that they are giving the same deal to new customers cheaper. Clearly they are not rewarding loyal customers. Be careful, because your contract is starting when you are placing your order and the delivery time at least 2 weeks, so with a 20 days cooling period, you do not have time to test the system. I was on my holiday when they delivered the new service, so when I started to use it, I was already the end of my cooling period. Very bad customer service and broadband service.

I can honestly say I've never experienced such poor customer service. Why... An existing customer with contract tie in expired, I enquired how much total cost would be to stay on same package. Agreed a price on new 18 month contract, job done....... NO! Email shortly after confirming package, Broadband downgraded from fibre and TV removed, called them back to cancel new package as they'd got it wrong and to revert to old package. Easy, an error made (they happen) 1 telephone call to rectify ....... NO! I have now wasted over 4 hours of my time repeating the issue to a new representative (a Manager on most occasions) each time over a total of approx 8 telephone calls. Imagine how long it would of taken if it was a complicated issue. I moved to Talktalk from BT and to be fair other than the fast forward/rewind sticking on numerous occasions for the TV the overall package has been okay. But I've since read other reviews and can echo all the negative feedback of their customer service, polite, scripted ..... YES Solutions and resolutions ..... NO Needless to say I've now given up and would recommend avoiding Talktalk. There are loads of Broadband providers out there, choose a different one

The connection is shocking! I had the basic £17 per month package which worked fine. Then, all of a sudden it stops working completely to be told I need rewiring work to be done. That gets done and the connection I once had was like dial up from 20 years ago. I spoke to them about what had happened and was told that is what to expect in the basic package and that there were no issues with my connection. Obviously there were as I'm not blind deaf or stupid. I was told I needed to upgrade to a fibre optic package for a decent connection. Stupidly I accepted and I pay £30 more a month for a very slow service, exactly the same as it was with the £17 per month before I needed this 'rewiring'. Only to be slammed with a £50 fee for an engineer to come out which wasn't explained to me at any point at all. Absolutely disgraceful and a big big regret of mine! Avoid talktalk at all costs!! They are a bunch of con artists. The connection is ridiculously poor and the customer service is terrible.
