“I placed an order of $50 only to realize a hidden fee of $40 , I called my bank but they couldn’t reverse the payment and advised me to contact Temu , however, I managed to reverse $30 but the balance of &60 was withheld as a credit against my will be cautious about Temu transactions, they are tricky and terrible customer care”
“I have bought items from here and they have arrived but my last purchase of $78.00 was shipped to another state they never sent it to the address that was on the purchase. When I spoke to Temu customer service they tell u to reach out to seller and then they tell you if that doesn't work they will try to help. So turns out seller sent it somewhere else and he doesn't want to replace nor reimburse! Temu says they can't help me because it shows like it was delivered even if it was delivered somewhere else. so Conclusion: its a risk to purchase on this site, you might get your stuff you might not and they don't give you your money back if you don't get it nor do they replace nothing so basically they stole my money! THey are thieves! So DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR ORDER BUT THEY SURE DO TAKE UR MONEY!”

I was charged a total of 156.00, for orders that I didn’t authorize.
They refunded $56.00. Nothing more. I used Pay-pal and they are investigating. I’m wondering if I used a fake Temu account… it’s just bazaar!”
“Ordered some clothes from TEMU about 2 weeks' ago. O was quite annoyed to after I had paid, to be asked to pay import duties (other companies include this in the price upfront). But worse still, there is still no delivery. Every time I write to customer service they I certainly won't be using they give me very smarmy letters, about how "they are so very deeply sorry" etc, but still no cigar. The delivery company says my phone number is wrong... but why don't they ring the bell like any normal delivery service? We have EVERYTHING delivered.
I will not use TEMU again, I am sorry I did in the first place and be warned - their delivery system is useless and customer service hopeless.

“On Friday, June 10th after my closet organizer delivery, I contacted Temu thru customer chat. At which time I have provided over 10 pictures of the labels and item as requested. The item I ordered was right but the color sent is wrong. I ordered a. black unit and instead I received a conac color. I spent well over an hour on chat doing and sending everything requested on Friday..chatting, opening the boxes shipped for more pictures, and waiting for a resolution. I was told an exchange which is what I wanted was not possible. Returning it is possible but only if it is picked up which I was told not possible. The order is two large over sized boxes weighing over 100 pounds so I had no way to get it to UPS. I was told a pick up exchange was not possible. I then agreed to a credit adjustment if pick up was not possible but have never received a message back to determine amount. This is a nightmare because I can not proceed with our renovation until resolve. Please advise!!

“They allow scam sellers to operate on their site. Do not buy from any third party sellers on here. Most of them will never send anything. After you have purchased the item the seller will dissappear and the item will be listed as discontinued. Temu are aware of this and continue to allow this practice. You will never see that money again no matter how many times you contact customer services. Additionally, they continue to hire Evri in the UK to deliver their goods that actually make it into the country. The company known for hiring the worst drivers, and having the worst customer service in the history of mankind.”

And now they will not send my product saying that they need to verify me, but they have already taken my money out of my bank account and they will not send me my product asking to have a copy of a bank Statement and a copy of my credit card.
