“Outsumny patio set isn’t what I thought it was. The cushions do not maintain their shape after 1 week of occasional use. Contacted Temu and was offered an I’m sorry you aren’t happy with it.
The couch suits a 4’5” person weighing about 50 lbs just fjne. Maybe the cushions wouldn’t crush and the back would be supportive. The couch is very short as well as the backs. We are 5’7 to 6’2 and it’s uncomfortable. Something should be stated in the details that it isn’t suited for taller people and the cushions are very thin. This set will not last for more than 1 season if that. Will not buy another large item from them”
“I ordered on 18 May. My order was divided in 2 packages. I paid taxes for both on 22May. I uploaded proof of payment on app,sent proof via mail and whatsapp and still no updates for my order. My one package was delivered with no issue.My 2nd package still show taxes needs to be paid. After many emails,whatsapps and calls i still sit today 1st of June with no feedback and no service. I had ordered a birthday gift for a family member, and this parcel went missing. My experience with customer service was an absolute nightmare. They kept repeating the same things over and over, and seemed incapable of resolving the issue.
However, I must mention that they excel at making you frustrated. I requested to speak to a supervisor nearly half a dozen times, but my requests were ignored. The online chat continued for nearly an hour before I finally got to chat with someone else. The behaviour of their customer service representatives made me want to swear.
Additionally, last year my orders had no minimum order requirement. Since a few months ago, I must now place a minimum order of $40. It seems that the more you order, the higher the minimum order limit becomes. This company does not reward loyal customers for supporting their business; instead, they punish you by raising the minimum order limit.”
