“Horrible customer service when you have an issue!! Never received my shoe boxes although online it says it was delivered and has a picture of the porch
FedEx delivered to. Well of course the picture was not of my porch. Reached out to FedEx who says the tracking number I provided (which is on my account) is incorrect and does not match my name. I have sent 3 online messages to the manufacturer (suggested by Temu) and have yet to receive a response. I've been trying for days to get this settled to no avail!!! Guess I can kiss that money good bye! This was my first and last time ordering anything from Temu!”
“They bait and switch you by promising free items and then you have to order more items in order to get the free items and then you get the merchandise and it's all really cheap shoddy garbage.”
“It’s not with the products but for the games I’ve been playing for a while for two free items. I find it amazing how they shut down certain parts of the games when you’re close enough to get the free items. Most of the times they want you to buy something to get the g’s you need to advance. I’m at the point where I can get 1000g but surprisingly the game will end by the same time it becomes unlocked. I don’t why I even play there fixed games.”

I made an order for CHF 71 on July 14, which they claim was delivered on July 22. The shipping company they used is unprofessional, which explains the low cost of this site. They mentioned that the order was delivered, but it wasn't. No one contacted us or knocked on the door, and it is not possible to leave such a large package in the mailbox.
When I contacted Temu, they said they couldn't refund or reship the order until their investigation was complete. Three days passed, and I contacted them daily. They assured me my request was a high priority and that I had to wait a maximum of 24 hours, but this was extended several times. They eventually sent an email stating the order was delivered and they couldn't refund or reship it, suggesting I check if the package was left in an unexpected place. What?!
When I contacted them again, their responses were copy-pasted and showed a lack of care. This company is very dangerous and not recommended at all. They lure you into buying, fail to deliver, send you copy-paste messages, and in the end, you make a donation without receiving anything.”
“This company are thieves and bad business. they took my money and stayed with the returned items now im in a dispute with my credit card and UPS> UPS Delivered was successful at their DOCK and now TEMU STATES THEY DONT HAVE MY RETURN. BAD BAD COMPANY DONT BUY HERE. PLus I did research and their clothe is made from recycles old garments and clothe. VERY DANGEROUS. you will never see your money even if you have proof of delivery. “The worst products! Wrong colours, wrong sizes ( sizes are small no matter what you order ) awful polyester materials on everything, very poor craftsmanship and broken on arrival. Sent me doubles on some small items I didn't order, and left other I did, out. I will never order anything from this terrible cheap site again. Find better products in your local doller stores.”

Cheap photo generated print on poor quality acrylic. Fit was true to size but styling was not as depicted. You definitely get what you pay for, with 2 week delivery. On its way to Value Village now, would never wear these.”
