“I have ordered from Temu every week nearly. I like to give an honest opinion. My last experience was horrific. My chair was never sent, never updated, refused a credit and refunded my money. Trusting them really hurt my business. Now I gotta wait who knows how long for money to return. I was told it was on the way, then it was lost in shipping but another one was on the way, and lastly “oh, that item was discontinued.”
“I placed two orders. One order was for a pair of silver shoes which ran too small. The second order was for two beaded evening bags. One bag had 2 large, noticable, rhinestones, missing. I kept both orders, but will never order again. I don't understand how to return the items.”

“Temu used to be great, but now you have to spend $50 for free shipping, there is no option to spend $20 example and pay your own shipping. Their site has free shipping plastered all over it, contacting customer support is useless over 1 hour trying to sort this, me telling them they can't tell us what we can spend. Havent bought anything for a while now as cant get to $40 and im not going to buy stuff to the amount if I dont need it. Also with their Farmland and Fishland, what a scam that is.. “Temu started out pretty decent but now they play games with shipping. They will tell you it's arriving on one day only for it to be about 2 weeks later than you thought. They will even tell you it's arriving tomorrow by a specific time. Not true it takes about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to get the order. All the while they bombard your email and phone.”
