Their support persons are polite. They respect you. But no specific answer is given. They claim the "merchant" will contact us, but never happens. I spent some 400 dollars on an electric bike, but the next time you click it, the battery apparently is not included. Alright. Now at least connect me to the merchant so that I can order the correct battery. It's like a pipe dream after that.

I entered the information on two of my perfectly good credit cards and Temu would not accept them. My credit card company said there’s no reason the cards should not be accepted. Sorry Temu I won’t be shopping with you.

90% of the merchandise I've ordered has been a joke. Recently I was just checking on the site looking fir a gun holster that is no longer available I wake up the next morning my checking account has been wiped out by Temu and they are refusing to refund my money. No merchandise caused overdraft and I had to file Bbb complaint consumer complaint even get assistance from an attorney to help me get my money back. These people are theives. I've even emailed the CEOs office.

Most of their products are horrible, low quality, pure garbage. The product's pictures and descriptions are misleading and most of the time incorrect. I’m deleting their app from my phone.

Your return policy absolutely sucks. People I know have had accounts hacked and when notifying Temu all you say is. We checked and there is nothing wrong. Someone in Hong Kong orders fraudulently for someone in the Midwest and you won't stop the orders or except the return. I am telling everyone I know that you have no security

I spent $50.00 plus and never got my products. They have issued $7.00 and $10.00 into my account to have them take it back. I will not buy from Temu again 1st time buyer, never again, they don’t deliver or credit amount back. BAD company to try to buy from. Don’t ever try buying from them.

Placed order for a total of 8 items. Paid PayPal. Order showing on my account but never received Contacted Temu Support via their website to chase/progress order Spent almost 2 hours exchanging messages during which they just kept repeating the PayPal payment failed and order was therefore not completed, no order on my account etc Checked PayPal account and payments were successful, sent screenshots of orders on my Temu account, proof of shipping address, card details, screenshots of PayPal payment, bank statement etc proving PayPal payment was successful/completed Despite the Chat being upscaled to Supervisors etc they just kept repeating payment failed and there was no order They are simply impossible to deal with Raised claim through PayPal Forget Temu, order with Amazon 😩

Do not buy any large items from this company! If it comes damaged they expect you to pay to ship it back. They give you first time reimbursement for store credit for the shipping. My 1st box which is 129lbs will cost a lot to ship back...and second box has not even arrived yet for this item! I do not want store credit! I want a new one shipped out and they pay to return what is JUNK to me.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM TEMU!!! I have ordered at least 10 items from them, mostly Furniture since July 13. Most of the items went to the wrong city or it was false advertising. I can only view my account for orders made from July 22 through July 25. I am having to file fraud complaints and disputes with my bank so they can help resolve. I have spent no less than 16 hours on chat and phone calls. It is not worth it. Please share this post with all of your friends and public. I do not want anybody else to make the same costly mistake that I did.

Ordered twice and when the order arrived it was a load of rubbish. Poor quality and certainly not worth the money. I ended up getting my money back. I wouldn’t buy off Temu again

Good Day, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service. I placed an order totaling over R300, though I do not recall the exact amount. Like any customer, I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my items. However, I did not receive them. Instead, I received messages from Buffalo International Logistics requesting payment for import taxes. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay the taxes at that time. Despite being informed that I had 45 days to make the payment, my parcel was destroyed well before the 45-day period had elapsed. All the messages indicated that the parcel would be returned to the sender, not destroyed. To add to my frustration, there is no contract number to call for assistance. The only contact provided is a WhatsApp number, which offers only three options and connects to an AI rather than an actual person. This lack of human support is highly disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and seek a resolution to this matter. I request that you look into this issue and provide a satisfactory solution. I received the first message from Buffalo International Logistics to say they have my parcel and requested payment for import taxes on 19 June 2024 and it was discarded on 17 July 2024. I am so DISAPPOINTED with Temu. After leaving so many glowing reviews and l I can believe I have to give 1 star. I had a package go missing/ never received it. There is no Pic of where or if the package was left. I contacted Temu CS and was told "sorry it was delivered and there's nothing we can do". I was stunned. Over $100 package goes missing and sorry but we can't do anything. No refund, no reissue the package. That's NOT ok. I tried contacting another CS rep. Thinking this can't be right but again I was told sorry but nothing we can do. Temu this is NOT ok. I have ordered soooo many orders and have only ever had an issue once when the package was left at the front door. Which is 4-5 feet from the sidewalk on a very busy road. I should say my address specifically has backdoor in the address with special instructions of leave at backdoor. Needless to say I am done ordering from Temu and will be returning the next couple hundred dollars in orders.
