Neilsea store. I heard management talking about members of staff in a very rude manner. They were questioning staff and being very rude. I heard them slagging off staff which was out of order. Makes for a very negative and unprofessional store. Wouldn't want to shop here again!

went to order a sofa & armchair to keep on hold till I got back from holiday but I needed to update my card details. as soon as I did this the order went through & the money taken. I cancelled straight away & received an email saying the order had been cancelled & no money would be taken or showing on my bank statement. on viewing my bank statement I noticed that money had been taken (or held) pending transaction. when I phoned to find out what was going on I was told it would be up to 5 days before the money was refunded. will not use direct ever again, worse thing ever was getting rid of the home stores.

My shopping did not turn up so I rang tesco and was told the money did not clear in my bank although the money is in my bank. So was told there's nothing they can do. Brilliant service tesco thankyou I've got a shattered foot so can't drive and need milk for my daughter. What a let down can't even try again take the payment and bring shopping later in the day.

Shoes too small for size I will not be ordering from Tesco Direct again - it was my worsed experience dealing with a large company. Firstly refused to collect shoes which I tried to return via courier as this was my method of purchase stating that F & F products could not be returned this way - blatant lie. After which Courier did not turn up first time. The 2nd request for courier I was informed item had already been picked even though I still had item in front of me. Courier eventually turned up 3 hours later to collect then also turned up next day aswell. Very very disappointed with service - I also considering get grocery shop elsewhere as this service had detoriarated in the last 6 weeks

As a personal shopper,I spend a lot of money at your Sheerness store. My gripe is,that each time I shop(daily), I get issued with £20 off when I buy £150 worth of electrical goods. So, to have any use of these vouchers,I would have to buy £1050 worth of electrical items per week. Surely,If Tesco issues gimmicks like clubcard points and vouchers, they have to be realisticly redeemable. Otherwise they are not worth the paper they are printed on. Maybe have an option to exchange vouchers for clubcard points. At least, them I can exchange for petrol etc.

Went to pre-order a game at hensford and was told they could do it so had to heathhays. When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk so we waited 5 minuites to be served. When pre-ordering we where told it would be delivered the next day so I had to take the day off work to wait as we were told we needed to sign for it. The next day we phoned up the help office and was told that it isn't though the company that needed a signature and that it will arrive in 5 days even though we had to pay delivery. They did however refund £5 but that only took £2 off the game as the rest was delivery. After using them for the first time I am very disappointed and would recommend going somewhere better then this.

The tesco in Church Street, Paddington, London is filled with rude employees who clearly hate their job. On more than one occasion I have been standing and waiting for the teller to stop talking to a colleague and when I asked if he was actually open, I was met with a rolling eye face of 'your an inconvenience '. I was then served with no politeness, no thank you, not even a hello or goodbye. Excuse me, I am a customer, do the job that you are paid for! It seems the employees are there to get paid but don't really want to do the job and customers are an inconvenience to their chatting to colleagues. I am a regular customer, I use this tesco everyday for the last 2 years and it just keeps getting worse!

I had the misfortune 21 Aug around midday to shop at Tesco metro Tooting Broadway. Service poor on till open long queue. Finally a morose man (called Kaazim or similar - couldn't be the manager surely) approached relief till. He should be reminded to at least say "hello" or "sorry for the wait" and after the purchase "thank you". . Cut up my clubcard and and Sainsburies from now on.

I'd like to thank Tesco for being very helpful with my home delivery. I had an issue with my little boy who is on a special diet, meaning having special milk. I had previously bought some of his milk in a different supermarket to tie us over for the evening until my delivery had arrived, on opening the milk it had gone off inside the carton, meaning a grumpy tired baby wanting some milk to go to bed, Tesco was fantastic when I rang them in a panic asking if they knew what time my delivery would be here by. They went above and beyond to bring my delivery earlier to cater for my little boy getting to me in 15 minutes from my phone call, the delivery driver was very helpful, happy and also checked my little boy was ok. I have a delivery every week with tesco and it's always fantastic, with dates and products and drivers are always happy, polite and come within the time slot!

I ordered and paid for a washing machine from Tesco direct on a Monday and was promised delivery the following Monday. I phoned the supplier on Thursday to confirm delivery only to be told the machine was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. Both Tesco and Hotpoint, who were the supplier, had my phone number and email address yet neglected to inform me of this. I had to contact Tesco on Friday in order to arrange a refund and was told I would have to wait a further seven days for an alternative product. Needless to say on Saturday I went to a competitor who was prepared to take my custom more seriously and not only was I given a 30% discount I was offered free next day delivery. As I sit here on Sunday morning with my washing machine installed and washing it's first load I am still awaiting confirmation from Tesco that my original order has been cancelled. The Moral of my little story is, if you want superior service use Curry's.

Ordered a game on a wednesday and the email said it would be in stores to pick up on the thursday (1 day for me to wait). So i went to pick up the game on the right day and time and im waiting ages for somebody to help. Eventually a women came running round the corner and checked twice to see my order but it hadnt arrived yet. The women then said it "might come tommorow" Dont make promises to customers if you cant keep them. Waste of a trip.

I ordered some bodium coffee mugs which were clearly shown as copenhagen type 0.35l mugs. Picked them up from my local express store only to get home and find they have sent the wrong ones. Now I have to drive to the nearest superstore as they cannot exchange them at my local one. Very sloppy service. very doubtful if I would use them again. Think i'll stick to amazon

So, it being so close to my daughters birthday i decided to get my shopping in early. I decided to use Click & Collect at my local store is Kidderminster. So here i go to Tesco, i ask the customer service lady i have an order through click & collect. She goes to check & comes back saying there is no order & that i should check my email. I checked my email only to find out my order is infact at CRADLEY HEATH!!. So on the www.Tesco.com website it asked where i would like to collect my shopping, obviously i clicked 'home' (kidderminster tesco store as i use this for my online shop delivery EVERY time). There was another option to select a new address which i didn't need to do, & if i did it would empty my whole basket. WHY i had to collect it from Cradley Heath i will never know. So i arrive at this tesco that was stated on my email. Only to be told my shopping was infact at Dudley Tesco. ALL this traveling JUST to get my shopping. You're thinking, why didn't i just cancel it & wait for my refund to shop it again. It can take up to 14 days+ for it to arrive in my bank. I don't have time or money to do this. My 4 year old's birthday is Saturday, i have guests coming all weekend. I also have party food to buy for 20+ children & all the parents. Every store i went to didn't even think to compensate me. So not only did i have to pay for my shopping of £60, i also had to pay for fuel for my kind friend who helped me in this messed up situation.

Order never turned up, no email sent to say it was on its way as stated when ordered. Rang customer service who told me it should be with me in 20mins 1 hour and 20 mins later still no order rang again said I had returned the order and a refund was taking place no one. Tesco called me back to say the first line of my address was missing said it does this sometimes when they pass the information on to the delivery company. Said I could order again but could not be sure it would not happen again. Guess what I said. Gave me £10 good will gesture said they would email me still waiting never use Tesco direct again.
