your vacuum pack meat is not fit for human consumption, absolutely disgusting, full of gristle and sinew, I think the leg of lamb I bought must have been the grandfather of them all ( mutton ) completely wasted my money . I phoned the head office to complain and they said they can't do anything about it as i did not keep the packaging ( who does ). They said they were really sorry to hear this, I said why are you apologizing it is not your fault. It's the buyer's, Tesco , Sainsburys , and asda have all done the same thing, it is cheaper to wrap the meat this way.. Do you ever hear any one tescoe's meat is brilliant , the answer is NO , you hear tescoe's meat is rubbish, and that is TRUE,

Tesco in Daventry is so bright and inviting after the recent changes. I enjoy shopping there; everyone is so friendly and helpful and I appreciate the varied choice of products. I especially like the range of good quality organic products, always fresh and the current 3 for 2 offer is great. Thank you.

My daughter bought a 10ft x6ft shed for her father, when it arrived on Saturday we found that it was almost made of card it was that thin. It's actual measurements were 10ft x 5.5ft and the original cost was just over £600 she got it on sale and with a tesco discount for £263 but to be perfectly honest this was still too much. We have had to buy flooring because the OSB was so thin you could not walk in the shed without it flexing, the plastic windows are so thin you can blew in them and they fall out so I now have to purchase glass to go in. So really she should have kept her money and I could have built a much sturdier shed out of pallets at half the price. I am totally disgusted at the poor quality of the product and would advise anyone wanting to purchase a tesco shed TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! This is not worth the reduced price less alone the high original price and think she should be offered her money back.

ABSOUTELY APPALLED! I can safely say, I am thoroughly shocked and disgusted with tesco. On speaking with the complaints team today about an incredibly serious situation, we had a complaints team leader LAUGH, be horribly smug, AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME when I asked for his name and to speak to a manager. Crying on the phone and being so nice, I was thrown aside, ignored, and hung up on. Tesco has now officially lost a customer who spends at least 50 pounds a day with them. I will be going as far with this complaint as I need to, and as far as I possibly can.

Neilsea store. I heard management talking about members of staff in a very rude manner. They were questioning staff and being very rude. I heard them slagging off staff which was out of order. Makes for a very negative and unprofessional store. Wouldn't want to shop here again!

went to order a sofa & armchair to keep on hold till I got back from holiday but I needed to update my card details. as soon as I did this the order went through & the money taken. I cancelled straight away & received an email saying the order had been cancelled & no money would be taken or showing on my bank statement. on viewing my bank statement I noticed that money had been taken (or held) pending transaction. when I phoned to find out what was going on I was told it would be up to 5 days before the money was refunded. will not use direct ever again, worse thing ever was getting rid of the home stores.

Shoes too small for size I will not be ordering from Tesco Direct again - it was my worsed experience dealing with a large company. Firstly refused to collect shoes which I tried to return via courier as this was my method of purchase stating that F & F products could not be returned this way - blatant lie. After which Courier did not turn up first time. The 2nd request for courier I was informed item had already been picked even though I still had item in front of me. Courier eventually turned up 3 hours later to collect then also turned up next day aswell. Very very disappointed with service - I also considering get grocery shop elsewhere as this service had detoriarated in the last 6 weeks

As a personal shopper,I spend a lot of money at your Sheerness store. My gripe is,that each time I shop(daily), I get issued with £20 off when I buy £150 worth of electrical goods. So, to have any use of these vouchers,I would have to buy £1050 worth of electrical items per week. Surely,If Tesco issues gimmicks like clubcard points and vouchers, they have to be realisticly redeemable. Otherwise they are not worth the paper they are printed on. Maybe have an option to exchange vouchers for clubcard points. At least, them I can exchange for petrol etc.
