“I had online delivery at midday. However, as we was rushing out that day for a family birthday celebration. We quickly put the shopping away and ran out the door. When we returned home at 6.30pm we realised tesco had not delivered our baby milk. We needed it that evening as we only had enough for one feed. We rang local stores to try and find it, as it was comfort milk and only selected stores sell it, but nowhere had it in stock. After contacting customer services to explain the situation, they arranged for a driver to deliver it from a store despite the store being closed to the public, as it was a sunday and the store closed at 5pm. So tesco had the baby milk delivered to us at 8.45pm in time for our babies next feed. Excellent service”

“Bought a watch which was faulty from Tesco Direct. Took it back to Tesco, who said they would not refund or replace as another company had sold the watch through its website. Whilst in store, a staff member tried to ring the company involved, who never answered the phone. Very poor service.”

“DONT USE TESCO DIRECT ONLINE !!!!! Visa payment gateway are holding two payments ! Tesco don't know any thing about it useless managers! Mynbank has said it's TESCO and visa payments errors but they won't do nothing about this situation £269.99 down and can't buy food shopping now !! Thanks TESCO and visa payemnts! Please advise tesco and allmvisa payment gateways!!”

“Aggressive security harasses female shoppers rushing them and assaulting them. Still remains hired and loiters on the street intimidating pedestrians despite numerous complaints. Boycott Tesco Metro”

“I waited on 3 different days for my delivery to arrive, it did not arrive! They kept saying the driver came but no one was home. Definite lie! Customer service was very poor when I spoke to them stating they can't do anything about it but to reschedule for another day. So I spoke to a manager who seemed genuinely nice and even though she did not do anything, she listened to me no understood that the driver made the mistake. This made a huge difference to me as this manager actually listened and apologised for me not receiving items and service that I paid for. 3 days later Tesco charged me from my account twice and They was not happy when I asked for it back. It's my money! Of course I want it back. I had evidence to say it was taken out from my account. yet they still did not want to refund my money. Again the customer service was so bad, you clearly cannot say a word to them without them trying to override you, I waited a week for my money and was told to wait another week for my money to be refunded after that I will have to call again. Never shop in TESCOS!! ASDA IS SOOO MUCH BETTER, THEY NEVER GAVE ME THIS MUCH HASSLE AND THEIR SERVICE IS NOT BAD AS THIS!!”

“I have recently had surgery and am unable to get my hair wet, when I was leaving the Maidstone store it started raining heavly so my partner went back into store to purchase an umbrella unfortunately there were none in store, however thr staff were amazing and lent me a large Tesco store one, what great staff, thanks so much.”

“your vacuum pack meat is not fit for human consumption, absolutely disgusting, full of gristle and sinew, I think the leg of lamb I bought must have been the grandfather of them all ( mutton ) completely wasted my money . I phoned the head office to complain and they said they can't do anything about it as i did not keep the packaging ( who does ). They said they were really sorry to hear this, I said why are you apologizing it is not your fault. It's the buyer's, Tesco , Sainsburys , and asda have all done the same thing, it is cheaper to wrap the meat this way.. Do you ever hear any one tescoe's meat is brilliant , the answer is NO , you hear tescoe's meat is rubbish, and that is TRUE,”

“Tesco in Daventry is so bright and inviting after the recent changes. I enjoy shopping there; everyone is so friendly and helpful and I appreciate the varied choice of products. I especially like the range of good quality organic products, always fresh and the current 3 for 2 offer is great. Thank you.”

“My daughter bought a 10ft x6ft shed for her father, when it arrived on Saturday we found that it was almost made of card it was that thin. It's actual measurements were 10ft x 5.5ft and the original cost was just over £600 she got it on sale and with a tesco discount for £263 but to be perfectly honest this was still too much. We have had to buy flooring because the OSB was so thin you could not walk in the shed without it flexing, the plastic windows are so thin you can blew in them and they fall out so I now have to purchase glass to go in. So really she should have kept her money and I could have built a much sturdier shed out of pallets at half the price. I am totally disgusted at the poor quality of the product and would advise anyone wanting to purchase a tesco shed TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! This is not worth the reduced price less alone the high original price and think she should be offered her money back.”

“ABSOUTELY APPALLED! I can safely say, I am thoroughly shocked and disgusted with tesco. On speaking with the complaints team today about an incredibly serious situation, we had a complaints team leader LAUGH, be horribly smug, AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME when I asked for his name and to speak to a manager. Crying on the phone and being so nice, I was thrown aside, ignored, and hung up on. Tesco has now officially lost a customer who spends at least 50 pounds a day with them. I will be going as far with this complaint as I need to, and as far as I possibly can.”
