I had an awful experience with tescos mobile i was messed about so much I went to the durrington tescos branch phone shop on the 14th of November and the guy there ordered a Samsung galaxy s7 in for me as they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock . I asked him when will it be here he responded tomorrow guaranteed tomorrow by 3pm i was chuffed so I went home came back the following day the 15th and guess what there was no phone there, I went to the click'n'collect no phone I went to the phone store they hadn't received it either I asked the guy working there where is my phone he couldn't tell me and was in fact useless I was more annoyed the fact the first guy who ordered the phone in had given me false information it's not very good customer's skills he tells me to go home and wait for an email which I was not told by the first guy. So I do so I recieved an email the following day the 16th so I go in collect my phone from click'n'ollect all good so far. Go to the phone store department for them to put my old number on my new sim so the woman working there Sophie took the number off the box of my new phone and took down my current number put into the computer and said it would take 24hrs. So I waited till 130 the following day (17th 24hrs later) phone not swapped over so I call tescos customers care tell them the situation and my detail and got told that Sophie in durrington tescos store had taken my the phone number down wrong off the box I just think staff should take more care when doing this then there's no incorrect information filled in so any the guy asks me to read the number off the box to him so I did he repeated it back to me I then read it to him a second time so there wouldn't be any incorrect information passed over he then read it back to blame again it was correct I was then told I would have to wait another 24hr by this point I was just so annoying and disappointed with the lack of skills of the staff the guy said he could deducted so much of my next issued bill for the inconvenience then to recieved an email 2mins after finishing that call " please can you call tescos customers care there's been some incorrect information" I thought it was a joke so anyway I called them back again and spoke to Ahamer who was in fact very helpfull and the only member of staff the took the correct information he told me that the previous guy had taken my number down wrong( I didn't think it was possible as he even read it back to apparently he'd taken down a 2 instead of an 8) so I gave him the number again he read it back dreading I was then going to have to wait another 24hrs i was told then again for the inconvenience my sims would be swapped over with the next couple of hours which in fact were within the hour so a phone I should of had working on Tuesday I actually in fact had working Thursday and I'm really not happy with the service I was give prior to this amends and demand some sort of compensation as my bill was not deducted and for stuff to take more care when taking details

Basically, Tesco is rubbish and can't do anything to make their company better and so they should go to the toilet.

Ordered a Tablet, stated it was in stock, paid for it, money taken by Tesco direct, stated it would be at store after 3pm next day and we would get a confirmation e mail. Got no update went to store and no tablet and staff did not know why and could not tell us its status. A little later it showed on site as "order cancelled". A phone call to the call centre revealed that the item was not in stock but that didnt stop Tesco taking our money. No notification to us that the order had been cancelled, tablet was bought for Grandmas 80th tomorrow! What a shambles!!! Were we supposed to guess or perhaps go to a clairvoyants to find out that Tesco Direct had cancelled our order. Never mind Grandma can watch repeats of Bargain Hunt instead of chatting to her friends on Facebook. Tesco Annan staff tried to help but to be honest I wish I had filmed it,

Terrible service. I was expecting delivery and later received email of refund. When i called the customer assistant i was told, i refused the delivery which is not true. No one attempted to deliver any item. Poor service, the customer assistant was not able to do anything about it. TESCO SERVICE IS UNRELIABLE.

Firstly I got everything I wanted , several bargains, saved £3.49 on the Brand Guarantee and had a coupon for £6.00 . The icing on the cake was a lovely lady on the Checkout called Sylvia who couldn't have been more pleasant and helped me with packing my shopping on 28th October at Downham market Norfolk. Your Slogan of " Every little helps " does not only apply to discounts but more importantly to your staff who are kind and helpful in all sorts of ways and make my shopping experience a pleasure. Having ordered my shopping online for delivery I received a txt half he before it was due telling me driver was running half hr late. Nothing wrong with that I thought everyone can run a bit over there time that's fine. But by midnight I still hadn't received delivery and no call,txt,email to say anything about it not coming. Absolutely disgusted that my £85 order hadn't come and to find out it takes up to 3 working days to have money refunded back into my account. GUESS WHO WONT BE USING TESCO AGAIN....this wasn't first time that happened to me

We are a children's charity and each year our main fundraiser event means we need a quantity of bread rolls which are ordered well in advance , for past 2 years we have gone to collect only to be told they cannot fulfill the order, now after reasurances we order again, surprise suprise for the third year running on the day of collection " can't fulfill the order" Even though they accept the order it seems they are not obliged to fulfill it or even give you any notice of non fulfillment, what utter utter incompetence, once again having to run around the county last minute trying to get enough to run the event. Website would not take order, had long wait to get through to customer service. Went to pick up at store after receiving email and text, to be told can't find item. When I finally get it and take it home doesn't work!!! Won't bother ordering from Tesco ever again!!!!!!!

Pre-ordered a game on Tesco direct purely on basis that it promised access codes for beta access (I could have got the game cheaper elsewhere without beta access codes). The codes were not delivered/emailed, despite contacting Tesco chat and making formal complaint. Obviously you are advertising products that you cannot deliver.

I had online delivery at midday. However, as we was rushing out that day for a family birthday celebration. We quickly put the shopping away and ran out the door. When we returned home at 6.30pm we realised tesco had not delivered our baby milk. We needed it that evening as we only had enough for one feed. We rang local stores to try and find it, as it was comfort milk and only selected stores sell it, but nowhere had it in stock. After contacting customer services to explain the situation, they arranged for a driver to deliver it from a store despite the store being closed to the public, as it was a sunday and the store closed at 5pm. So tesco had the baby milk delivered to us at 8.45pm in time for our babies next feed. Excellent service

Bought a watch which was faulty from Tesco Direct. Took it back to Tesco, who said they would not refund or replace as another company had sold the watch through its website. Whilst in store, a staff member tried to ring the company involved, who never answered the phone. Very poor service.

DONT USE TESCO DIRECT ONLINE !!!!! Visa payment gateway are holding two payments ! Tesco don't know any thing about it useless managers! Mynbank has said it's TESCO and visa payments errors but they won't do nothing about this situation £269.99 down and can't buy food shopping now !! Thanks TESCO and visa payemnts! Please advise tesco and allmvisa payment gateways!!

Aggressive security harasses female shoppers rushing them and assaulting them. Still remains hired and loiters on the street intimidating pedestrians despite numerous complaints. Boycott Tesco Metro

I waited on 3 different days for my delivery to arrive, it did not arrive! They kept saying the driver came but no one was home. Definite lie! Customer service was very poor when I spoke to them stating they can't do anything about it but to reschedule for another day. So I spoke to a manager who seemed genuinely nice and even though she did not do anything, she listened to me no understood that the driver made the mistake. This made a huge difference to me as this manager actually listened and apologised for me not receiving items and service that I paid for. 3 days later Tesco charged me from my account twice and They was not happy when I asked for it back. It's my money! Of course I want it back. I had evidence to say it was taken out from my account. yet they still did not want to refund my money. Again the customer service was so bad, you clearly cannot say a word to them without them trying to override you, I waited a week for my money and was told to wait another week for my money to be refunded after that I will have to call again. Never shop in TESCOS!! ASDA IS SOOO MUCH BETTER, THEY NEVER GAVE ME THIS MUCH HASSLE AND THEIR SERVICE IS NOT BAD AS THIS!!

My friend told me about Tesco and its club card points system which made me shop at Tesco and its so good and very beneficial, all thanks to my mate Jake for telling me!
