Two recent issues but numerous older ones. Ordered a 'grey on grey' (grey velour on grey pvc-type material) inflatable chair but it turned out to be grey on white when I collected it, contacted customer services for a replacement and was assured replacement was described as 'grey on grey' (although guy admitted he could not physically check items as the warehouse is not near him). Again a 'grey on white' item was sent despite the photo on the website still showing a totally grey item, so I got a refund in my local store. A couple of weeks later I get an email to review this item. Surprised at this I recounted my experience and warned others that the item was not as shown, but my review was refused! Have also just bought a side table which turned out to be 3.5 kg, not 14.5 kg, in weight as described on website. I do not mind this as it fits my needs and it was easier to take home witout a car, however I feel it implies the item is a much more substantial table so filled in the form on the website to alert them of the wrong information. It has not been changed and I have tried to inform them again of this but could not access the form again, so I presume there is a mechanism to block more than one comment (or something is wrong with the website maybe). Not impressed with this lack of concern for the customer experience , the failure to act on information and the filtering of reviews. What is on the website should be accurate , from the photos to the written description so customers get what they ordered and do not have to ask for refunds or replacements.

Tesco mobile changed my phone package to sim only on the 4th April it came with a gift card still not received this card very dispointed with the service

I am seriously under impressed with your online ordering service. I have just spent 30 mins trying to order a spade and wire rake; all I have had are additional charges and restrictions on delivery method

Thank you Tesco for the wonderful gift of £45 worth of vouchers that came by post this week. Unfortunately I, and most pensioners will never be able to use them, you have to spend £70 a week on grocery's to redeem 1 voucher (1@£10 & 5@£7). You have just alienated a section of customers who are loyal to the shops they use.

We ordered a American Style Fridge Freezer from Tesco. This came with Free Delivery, Connection and Taking away the old appliance. When the Fridge Freezer arrived the delivery men said they wouldnt even take it out of the box never mind help us in with it. They also said that they wouldnt take the old one away. We refused to accept delivery. Tesco were very quick in refunding our money. But this caused us alot of inconvenience.

I bought a vacuum 6 months ago, it is now discontinued and its stock on bags they will be limited! ''Hurry while the stock last'' in particular. What should I do after the stock is out? Through 35 quid out of the window? As for the pricing of the bags, 1 pound per bag for a paper bag? Ridiculous. As ridiculous is the new policy charging £2 for click and collect bellow £30. I'll never buy again Tesco branded products or use click and collect.

Bought a hot point washing machine. It said it would b delivered within 7 days but I got it delivered well over a week. I paid for connection and free take away old one. The driver said my connection valve was busted when he checked it there fore he couldn't make connection. Aftr so many silly quotes from plumbers I finally got it connected. I was told nothing wrong with my connections. The drivers could have also Unpacked the new machine and removed the bolts behind it which is quite a tough job in my opinion (female) and am left with an old washing machine outside my kitchen. I only choose Tesco being a reputable company also I use my points card and the idea of free recycle the old one. Very desapointed with hot point delivery team.

No free speech at Tescodirect This is the honest review of my experience posted on the Tescodirect website. Tesco will not publish it as it does not meet their requirements, or in their words Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! Fantastic value Really sturdy cross trainer and at £65 better than most at 3 or 4 times that price. I don't know what people are doing that takes them 4 to 5 hours to put together, I used my own socket set and put it together myself in about 2 hrs. That being said, as people have mentioned some common sense is needed when putting what bolt where as the instructions could be a little clearer. The only downside I experienced was delivery. It did not arrive on the specified date, (handy when I took a day off work). Called customer service, credited me £10 for inconvenience and they would call me back to let me know what happened. They didn't call me back so I called again and was told tomorrow. Recieved an email the next day to say it would be in 5 days. Called customer service again to be told it would not be 5 days but only another day late. So delivery 2 days late and I had to insist on speaking to a manager before I was given the correct delivery date. That said the product is great, the service not so, hence only 4 stars.

Ordered a dell inspiron 14" laptop online. It was faulty -the wifi did not work. Re-ordered it and went to collect it, I was told that it had been wrongly delivered to the Falkirk Redding store (instead of Retail Park, Falkirk). I asked to see the manager. I had to wait 20 minutes before she appeared. She said that it was the driver's fault - this had happened before she added- and it had been re-ordered. I told her that it was a management problem and that she had ruined my daughter;s birthday. No response or apology. What a store!

I was asked for my feedback on a product I had purchased from Tesco Direct. This I duly did, assuming - incorrectly as it transpired- that they wanted an honest opinion! Because I had put in a negative point and despite the fact that I gave the item 4 stars, they told me my review broke their rules and would not be published! A waste of my time and I shall not be leaving any future reviews. Also, I would not trust product reviews if negative comments are unacceptable.

I live in Northern Ireland (about 30 mins from the delivery depot!) - this is the 2nd time i have had trouble with my deliveries from Tesco Direct - i choose paid for 'select a day' delivery both times but both times a rude local delivery firm rang to say they wouldn't be delivering on that date as 'they hadn't a van in the area' and TOLD ME what date they would be delivering it. I have had to make numerous phone calls about this and eventually learn from Tesco that it basically doesnt matter in Northern Ireland what date you pick as this delivery firm will just do as they wish and deliver when they decide or have a van in the area!!! - Think we are going back to the dark ages - Tesco please change your delivery firm in Northern Ireland.

Tesco has been robbing people for years yet just because a man and woman were caught taking food from a skip they decided to prosecute them they were trying to feed their family. Tesco should be ashamed! What a shambles .

I bought a Lego set for my grandson, paid for agreed delivery date. It arrived late and a little scuffed. Tesco refunded the express shipping cost. I then got an email from Tesco asking for feedback, which I gave, essentially what I have said here. I then got an email from Tesco saying their moderators had decided not to post my review. I came to the conclusion that they were distorting their feedback statistics by no posting any critical reviews. I decided not to trust any reviews on Tesco's website again. I then got another email from Tesco, asking for feedback on the same transaction again! now that is just incompetent. So I tried again, I posted the circumstances in more or less the same terms as before, with an additional paragraph detailing the "moderation" of my review, not surprisingly they sent a similar reply to the first one:- It cannot be published to the website, but.. — <start of Tesco's email> (deleted username) Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! Submit something new Thanks again, The team at Tesco.com Slow delivery, scruffy package I bought this as a gift for my grandson, and paid extra to make sure it got there in time. It was not delivered on the day agreed, but the day after that, Tesco refunded the express delivery charge. The package was a bit scuffed, not badly enough to send it back, but it was not perfect. Tesco asked me for my feedback, and I complied, giving the text prior to this sentence. I then got a message from Tesco saying they had decided not to post my feedback, without any explanation, I assume because it was critical of their service and they were trying to protect their feedback scores. Tesco then asked me again to provide feedback, so here it is ... Contact Customer Service with questions or concerns. <end of Tesco email> Conclusion:- Don't trust feedback statistics on Tesco's website.
