driver left shopping in the rain then became surly at me requesting he not do this and bring into my food into hallway he asked do i expect to keep the delivery trays i replied no its a bit stupid leaving the food in the rain some items where spoiled also on collecting and re stacking his trays he made a racket throwing one on top of the other and was clearly annoyed but why take the food off the van before the door has been opened this never happens when its dry so why do it when its raining absolutely ludicrous I have used tesco for some years but have found the fresh produce not the quality i expect in my last few shops and after last soggy shop i will not be in the future people where once grateful for work now it seems some resent working and have a dreadful attitude even if they're low paid and unhappy its not the customer at fault we keep the demand for service which creates employment

I cant seem to find a complaints service on Tesco's website however ill just post it here in hope they will see it. I brought a toaster from their store in Bethnal green and when I brought it home to my new apartment its fuse broke. should I call customer service and tell them about my experience or return it to the store ?

Every single time I find some products on my receipt being charged at higher price than displayed the shelf. I don't have time to go back to the store to make things right for myself. And what's the point of club card if I've never ever benefited from it in any way. The only reason I'm still using Tesco is that it seem to be the least popular supermarket so it's never overcrowded like their competitors. You can find better prices in Asda, Aldi & Lidl.

Bought a Tesco branded kettle about 12 months ago and on using the kettle yesterday my hand was scolded whilst pouring the water out. On looking at the water level window the top of the plastic window was cracked. The window is inside the handle on the kettle body and would be very difficult to damage the window in this position. I questioned my wife and she confirmed that the kettle had not been dropped or had a accident that could have caused the damage. Realising that this is a safety issue, I wrote a report on the Tesco product website warning of this issue. This morning I read a email from Tesco saying that they had removed my report as it did not meet there criteria. What is the point of Tesco having customer reviews if customers cannot bring issues to attention of potential buyers and also potential injuries due to this issue? I will never believe or bother reading a Tesco customer review again.

I've been a costumer at tesco in Bulwell for along time but it's really frustrating when people park in the child parking zones with no children I was there a few weeks ago and two young lads parked in a child bay in a van with no children and didn't even go to tesco. As a mum of two young children getting them in and out of car seats is more diffcult in a normal space. I thought tesco was fining people for this but doesn't seem to be in force yet??

I had a working dog with me when i went to shop at your store in December. However I was stopped at the door and was told I could not shop as I had a dog with me. I explained he was a working dog. But was refused entry. I got in touch with tescos a few phone calls followed. Then contact stopped. It's clear from my experience that tescos in my opinion is not disabled friendly. I have not been in a Tesco store since. And will not return for the above reasons.

wish tesco till operators knew about the security tags on the items which they have to remove before handing over the item to the customer. So that the security alarm dose not go off and embarrass the customer every time they pay and leave the store. this has happened to me almost every time iv'e bought clothing from tesco.

My local shop is Tesco Metro in Bishopsgate London E1. Over the past year the store has been systematically downgraded with more and more products disappearing and those remaining, being only the most basic options. what was once a really good range of cheeses has become fundamental, olive oil is down to some basic generic options with all other oils removed, Java Sumatra coffee discontinued, coffee filters discontinued, gluten free products down to a few basics, I could go on for 3 pages about all the products that have been discontinued because they are not popular enough. I have spoken to the staff, written endless emails and receive the kind of packaged institutional rhetoric in reply 'they are sorry to hear of my dissatisfaction blah, blah blah' and of course not action is taken. Clearly Tesco has a false understanding of the demographics of the area, as they wish to stock only cheap options with little interest in quality, range of variety. As I now have to visit the Waitrose at the Barbican as my only other local option for getting everything that Tesco has discounted, I will probably move all of my shopping to them so as not to go shopping twice. Tesco's complete disregard for customer's opinions and their belief that only price and profit counts when running a business, has lost them a customer of 15 years.

I have just returned from Tesco, Exe Vale, Exeter store. It is a store which I use regularly and usually enjoy the experience. Today the store was completely disorganised, many of the shelves were empty and there seemed to be a lack of staff. I was enable to complete my shop as many products missing. This will need to improve for me to ontinie using this store.

I have complained several times to customer services and Minnion managers about Tesco allowing irresponsible adults to be wheeled around the store sitting or standing up in their shopping trolleys. There seems to be no consideration given to the possibility that there may be animal shit, vomit residue or other contaminates on the child's shoes leaving the trolleys in an unhygienic state for the next user. But then I do not think that cleandness and hygiene are trade marks of the British. No matter I have found the more customer caring stores do no allow this practice, so my problem solved.

Bought the mattress from Tesco partner, Comfy Living. DO NOT TRUST DELIVERY TIMES STATED. Waited in all day and nothing arrived, couldnt contact Comfy Living on the weekend as they are closed. Finally called on the monday to cancel, which they agreed to do as told me a refund would be given. Waited a week and no refund. Called again only to be told that the item was delivered at my address with a signature, which was strange when no one was home to accept a delivery!!! When I asked for the proof of signature all of a sudden the delivered item became item lost in transit! Finally got a refund a month later, no compensation eventhough loss of a days wage! Be aware of this company. I will no longer purchase from a Tesco Partner or recommend them to anyone else.

Find it hard to believe... I purchased a laptop bundle online at the beginning of the week, a Tesco "exclusive" but have tonight recieved a tel message telling me it has been oversold and is unavailable. It is however still available online and when I rang them it is still available to buy! After lots of confusion they have decided it is not available? Really! Or is the offer too good to be true! A vey nice tel lady was very apologetic but it sounds like a bit of a con to me.

I ordered and paid for a washing machine from Tesco direct on a Monday and was promised delivery the following Monday. I phoned the supplier on Thursday to confirm delivery only to be told the machine was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. Both Tesco and Hotpoint, who were the supplier, had my phone number and email address yet neglected to inform me of this. I had to contact Tesco on Friday in order to arrange a refund and was told I would have to wait a further seven days for an alternative product. Needless to say on Saturday I went to a competitor who was prepared to take my custom more seriously and not only was I given a 30% discount I was offered free next day delivery. As I sit here on Sunday morning with my washing machine installed and washing it's first load I am still awaiting confirmation from Tesco that my original order has been cancelled. The Moral of my little story is, if you want superior service use Curry's.

Two recent issues but numerous older ones. Ordered a 'grey on grey' (grey velour on grey pvc-type material) inflatable chair but it turned out to be grey on white when I collected it, contacted customer services for a replacement and was assured replacement was described as 'grey on grey' (although guy admitted he could not physically check items as the warehouse is not near him). Again a 'grey on white' item was sent despite the photo on the website still showing a totally grey item, so I got a refund in my local store. A couple of weeks later I get an email to review this item. Surprised at this I recounted my experience and warned others that the item was not as shown, but my review was refused! Have also just bought a side table which turned out to be 3.5 kg, not 14.5 kg, in weight as described on website. I do not mind this as it fits my needs and it was easier to take home witout a car, however I feel it implies the item is a much more substantial table so filled in the form on the website to alert them of the wrong information. It has not been changed and I have tried to inform them again of this but could not access the form again, so I presume there is a mechanism to block more than one comment (or something is wrong with the website maybe). Not impressed with this lack of concern for the customer experience , the failure to act on information and the filtering of reviews. What is on the website should be accurate , from the photos to the written description so customers get what they ordered and do not have to ask for refunds or replacements.
