“First time to order chilies from Hatch. My first order did not have the flavor we were looking for. So, I sent a message and they were great in sending us a hotter batch. Now I know what to order the next time. Thanks for working with us in Oklahoma.”

“Excellent customer service, and deliciously fresh products. Hatch Chile Store stands behind the products they sell and always provide the best chile, whether it is fresh or dried. I ordered two 16 ounce bags of hot dried red chile peppers. The peppers are freshly dried, not leftovers from last year. They will make excellent batches red chile sauce to freeze for this next year. Thank you for your excellent customer service and providing delicious New Mexican products for all of us chile lovers!!!”

“I was disappointed in the first batch of chili they sent I live in North Carolina and hatch chili is like gold to me. They sent me a new box and all I payed was shipping. I really appreciate the customer service I received…. Can t wait to shop with them next year…… Thank u Daniel for all yourhelp”

“Received Chile in two days which was great, but some Chile was very small two to four inches in length and some of the Chile was not as meaty as a medium should be, with a lot of broken pieces, only got 46 bags of Chile with 8 Chiles to a bag. In years past Chile has been great.”

“Chiles arrived in Philadelphia on time and were in perfect condition. Made green Chile chicken enchiladas for Eagles opening game! Almost as good as being in New Mexico.”

“Loving this year’s batch of green chile!! Had a roasting party a week ago with good reviews from all my friends. This year they are a nice hot heat and flavorful. We are all sharing recipes and new ideas to use our chiles. Such a fun harvest 🌶️😋🌶️😋🌶️”

“We Love the green chili seasoning but were very disappointed with the green chili. We normally get a full bushel from a different farm for slightly less than we paid for the small box we got b from the hatch store. Additionally the chilis that are not big Jim's were much smaller and harder to peel.”

“Very easy to order your green chili! They advise you to do the one day shipping so there is no spoilage. I paid the extra and it is worth every penny! I rec’d my chilies and they were fresh, in great shape, not one chili was bad and had them roasted and in the freezer by the next day! I will continue to do business with this company as they have great service and great product! I gave my neighbors their contact as they came over and saw my chili. They have a box on the way!”

“I live in SC and had my order shipped overnight. I ordered two boxes of Xhot Chile and only received one the next day due to UPS shipping. I did get the second box a day late but the Chile was in excellent condition and it all tastes great!”

“I could not be more pleased with the quality and freshness of my Chiles.The delivery was super fast just as promised, and arrived the day after I got shipment notification. I lived in New Mexico for many years and didn’t get back there this year so this worked out perfectly. I live in Las Vegas Nevada and it’s still hot here so I was a little worried but the chiles were perfect! Good job Hatch Chile Store!👍”
