“This is the gold standard of hatch chile! I love the matador and big Jim so much I eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon!!! It’s so good to not have to eat the canned stuff that you get from the store! There is no comparison to the product that you get from 575!!! Love it!!!”

“All of there products that I have tried are top shelf. The last order they had run out of Green Chile Mustard and said that it would not be available until January. I called them and had the order put on hold until the Mustard arrived. I did not need anything in the order right away. The order came in on the last day of December.”

“This was a gift for my daughter in San Antonio, TX. The Ristras 1.5 Foot was more beautiful than I anticipated. The fullness was impressive. Shipping was well documented. Since it was Christmas time, it took a few more days than expected, but it was fully disclosed so I was very aware of the delay. I highly recommend The Hatch Chili Store.”

“Great authentic taste and perfect for making all our New Mexico favorites! I buy both the green and red chili in jars. You can choose temperature from mild to hot! I’m always complemented on my enchiladas and Pasole!! A NM native now living in Florida it’s a necessity!”

“My order was damaged so I didn't receive it. It took a very long time for me even to be notified that there was a problem. These were supposed to be Christmas presents, so obviously the recipients never got their presents. Even though I'm supposed to get a new shipment, it's been a long time and I haven't received it yet either. I've been a repeat customer, but I'm very disappointed with this experience. I relaize things can happen during shipment, especially with broken bottles, but that suggests the items were not packed properly. And, the long delay before you notified me has also been disappointing. We'll see if I ever get this replacement shipment as it's already been a long time. I still have never received the replacement shipment.”

“I ordered the hatch green chile the order was well over 80$ the tracking never showed up till after package was delivered. Therefore my perishable supposedly frozen item was outside all day and was defrosted by the time I got it. This was a Christmas gift for my son who is stationed in another state this was highly disappointing as it was a gift and was now not something you could use at your leisure because it was defrosted instead of frozen . I’m highly unsatisfied worth my purchase and will not recommend or order again this is something perishable and that should be able to be tracked immediately so you ca. store it at a proper temperature. Zero stars”
