“I enjoy the recipes they send out. I have ordered 3 years in a row, I bought 75 pounds this year, I was concerned about how they would stay fresh while I worked to get them all done, to my happy suprise the 3rd box looked as good as the 1st, I only lost 3 to spoil..I am so happy”

“Every year I place my order. Usually 50 to 75lbs. I live in Arizona, and even tho, some of the stores sell chile, and it shows Hatch. I don't believe them. Every time I have purchased in AZ the Chile is Horrible. So I started ordering it. Its Fast, and its very Hot in AZ so when I get my boxes, I usually start the next day roasting it. and I only thow away maybe 3-5 chiles. The Hatch Chile Store never lets me down. Highly recommended. I will forever use them.”

“My only complaint was the fact that it took 3 weeks to ship. I get stuff from China faster. I understand the heat issue...but someone could have informed me much sooner than they did as this was a gift.”

“I have ordered from Hatch Chile Store before during difficult times. They have always provided updates and I always received my Chile. The last couple of years were not great Chile harvests, but the Chile I received this year was exactly what I wanted, (extra hot) and it arrived in great condition. This is a great store to order from and I will continue to be a repeat customer.”
