Someone please assist with my inability to get someone to respond to my simple request for a callback! Does anyone really read the feedback from customers? “I canceled this order within a few minutes of placing it after learning the shipping cost was greater than the item purchased. Within a half hour, I received an email that the order was shipped. I complained about it and "Daniel" emailed back that it was a weekend and orders cannot be canceled on the weekend. So let me get this straight, you can take an order on the weekend but can't cancel it. He also said no return was permitted. Total scam.”
