“Growing up with NM green chilis then moving away and having to get canned chilis was not the same, then I found Hatch Chile Store!!! I keep a year long supply in my freezer, all my dishes are perfection thanks to Hatch! From pork, eggs, quiche, burritos, tacos, etc., green chilis make it!”

“Hatch Chile this year was very disappointing. The Chile was not "HOT" as advertised! The Chile tasted like Bell Peppers and was hard and sort of crunchy. Chile after roasted should not be hard nor crunchy. Last time we ordered from Hatch the chile was roasted well, soft and was "HOT". This year the Chile did not taste like good quality Hatch Chile. Very disappointed!”

“Rcvd my red chili ristra, looks fresh and yummy. I love Hatch Chili and what you bring to many communities like the beauty and taste. I appreciate you adding the extra $ for in case you rcv a bad shipment or your order gets stolen. My order got stolen last year and Hatch didn't do anything to get it replaced and of course they had a pic that it was delivered. I'm assuming now paying a lil extra your guaranteed to get it redelivered if you have this problem again. I got mine this time and it's great. Thank you Hatch”
