“The Hatch, Chile Store itself is an opportunity to support local farmers now that I am a New Mexico resident. I like that. I ordered six jars of mild green chili sauce, and it is truly tasteful and delightful. In my opinion, the ordering form is confusing and could be significantly improved.”

“This chili is good , I'm not sure if it's made to be a salsa or an additve. I used it and added salt and lime and greatly enhanced the flavor for salsa. This product is natural and would buy it again. A lot of possibilities here”

Hello Mike, We appreciate the feedback! You ordered our Red & Green Chile Blend. These are jars of pure chile. While straight-up chile is great on its own, I would say that using it in a recipe is how you get the most out of it. You should try one of the many recipes we have on our website. “We tried the chili rellenos and they are awesome. We owned a Mexican restaurant and are “rellenos snobs.” The Hatch Chile Store rellenos are the best my wife and I have had. Keep up the good work. By the way, customer service is excellent. We had a problem with a delivery and the Store took care of it quickly!”

“Hatch Chile is the best, however I am very disappointed that the 10 lbs of Green Chile “Medium” I received on this order has no heat at all. I am making this statement after eating about 2/3 of them since roasting and freezing them in October 2023.”

“Ordered some dried chiles and UPS bungled the delivery time, BUT Hatch Chile Store employees responded quickly and politely to my emails, and they touched base when UPS finally found my doorstep. The chiles are in great condition, smell perfect, and I'm ready to start cooking! Thank you!”
