“Despite delivery delay....NOT Hatch Chili Store responsibility...received my order. Chilis were full and flavorful. I make my own hot sauce, and these were excellent. Will order again.”

“Passing through Hatch the past two summers I stopped to get some green chiles. Oh man, they were good, the best I have ever had. This summer I had the opportunity to buy Pinto beans. I'm vegetarian, most of the time, have been making refried beans for decades. These pinto's were excellent, so much better than anything I've made. We are talking making refried beans for almost 50 years. Fresh beans made a big difference.”

“Order process was easy and delivery was timely. Had a hectic day at work so had for dinner that night and tremedously enjoyed by all. Had an avocado that needed used today so used frozen hatch to make guacamole this evening. We do our best to support small business and will be repeat customers over and over again!”

“Our green chili arrived frozen and intact. Cooked some right away with pork, made some fresh salsa and made some chicken enchiladas. Everybody loved the flavor and the heat was just right. Product and service was exceptional. Will order from this chili store again!”

“Prior to moving to New Mexico I always thought chilli was Tex-Mex and jalapeño hot. I discovered that not all green chillies tasted alike. Then I relocated to Las Cruces and made the real discovery that not all chillies were Hatch. I can’t tolerate the heat as much as I used to but Hatch is the best in flavor while not burning my mouth. I just purchased the Hatch Chili Relenos. I now live in SW Colorado and seek out Hatch Chilies. Glad I found you.”

“I've had your products in the past and enjoyed them. This order was just for a container of green chile seasoning and the shipping was $10, the same price as the product. I guess you need to order larger quantities to make it work.”

From the packaging to the carrier fees, shipping perishable items on dry ice is expensive. We use distribution centers nationwide to offer free shipping on all perishable products. We also do all the roasting, peeling, and packaging of your authentic Hatch Green Chile and the other dishes we make with them. We hope this helps you understand that our price is not unnecessarily inflated and that it is necessary for a small business like ours to be able to offer high-quality, perishable products.

“I ordered some of the hatch 575 and put it in for a 2 day delivery and didn’t receive it for over a week then when I called customer service nobody answered and nobody called back they only responded by email and keep saying there’s nothing we can do. As a business there’s always something you can do it’s only if you are willing to do anything. Love the product didn’t like the company probably will never order again.”

“Love it, I put it on just about everything, Hot dogs hamburger All Mexican food ameletes like how it's not watery,I first ordered two jars but was only half way through the first I ordered 3 more so I wouldn't run out , hot green an red mixed is the best 👍fast delivery couple days 😄 customer for life”
