“Our 2 beautiful 30” decorative ristras arrived in perfect condition and look great hanging on our front porch. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my credit card was charged when the ristras were ordered (6-1/2 weeks before they were shipped) instead of, as is more proper and in accordances with accepted accounting principles, when the ristras were shipped.”

“I ordered frozen roasted green chili as well as powdered red chili. The green chili came quickly and here two weeks later I have already enjoyed two pounds of it. The red chili I have yet to receive which is extremely disappointing because I ordered it days in advance of the cut off for Thanksgiving and it hasn’t been shipped so I don’t have it for turkey day. What’s the most disappointing is that I called the day before Thanksgiving and I was told that they unexpectedly ran out of the powder chili so they could not ship for a few weeks….yet I was never updated about this and had I never called I would have just waited and waited. The least you guys could do is inform your client that the chili that was ordered according to your stated cut off for Thanksgiving wasn’t going ti make in time after all.”

“I'd fallen in love with Hatch Chilis when I was in New Mexico last month, and I purchased a jar of Chilis (not sauce). They were shipped almost overnight, and I had them on roasted chicken tonight. OMG they were Fine, flavorful and not too hot (I ordered "Medium"). I can't wait for my Hatch Chili cheeseburger tomorrow night‼️ Russell- Calpine CA”

Hi Barbara, Thanks for reaching out! I'm so sorry about the way your order arrived. Typically orders for frozen products arrive cold with a small amount of dry ice left in the box. As long as they are still cold to the touch, then they are safe to refreeze and consume. We never recommend our customers consume a product if it arrives warm and spoiled. “Hatch Chile store has the good stuff you have a very hard time trying to find anywhere else. This year the frozen chopped green chile is excellent! Excellently processed. And medium is medium hot. I just made green chile chicken enchiladas , hmmmm great. The red chile pork tamales are very good as well this year, great masa and very good red Chile pork.”

“I've always been leery of buying food online, but The Hatch Chile Store came highly recommended. I've ordered several times now, and I have been very pleased each time. So far I have eaten the Chile Relenos and some of the whole green chiles (in a big pot of Chili), and they have been delicious. I haven't tried the salsas/sauces yet - saving them for company. I have to say that the food products are really outstanding, and the packaging/shipping - especially for frozen foods - has been exceptional.
