“Store sent stuff quickly, so that's good. The Chiles Rellenos were not great. The peppers were so fibrous they could barely be cut. Too much coating and too little cheese.”

“I recently ordered and received a 3 ft long ristra from The Hatch Chile Store. Their website was easy to navigate and plainly explained everything so ordering was easy. The price was very competitive and reasonable. The ristra was packed very well and was delivered on time. I am very happy with the ristra and would highly recommend this company.”

“We love the rellenos and the chopped chile, it just took too long for the delivery. Not your issue, but it took 4 days and then FedEx delivered to wrong address. Next time, I will order in winter months!”

“Having lived in New Mexico for 7 years, my wife and I need our yearly delivery of Sandia hots sent to North Carolina. This year the heat level was not hot or even warm.
