“I was in New Mexico for a couple of weeks in October and got hooked on green chili. The order I received was perfect. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the price. I made some green chili sauce right away and it was great, plenty of heat and flavor. I put this stuff on top of everything. I’m sure I’ll be buying more. Thanks from West Palm Beach Florida.”

“Sent Monday received Tuesday. Chile rellenos Still really frozen. Had two that night. Really delicious and I’m a Chile relleno fanatic being raised in south Texas. Made my own sauce Which was very good using some hatch chile products. I live in central Texas and will be ordering more!!!”

“This company is so helpful, shipping was fast. I sent the chopped, hot green chile to my daughter for her birthday, since she moved away from NM and can't do without it. She recently used it in a NM-style Stew for a holiday potluck, and everyone went crazy for it. She's super happy.”

They came in 3 days — no shipping fees; still frozen; in convenient 1lb packages; and were delicious and spice hot as hoped!
