“I have purchased many products from the Hatch Chile Store and all of the products, from the tamales, chilies, and other products have always been outstanding. Having a family that comes from New Mexico, I was brought up on Hatch Chiles. Not only do I purchase for my family, I send them as gifts to my sister, who also loves Hatch Chiles. Great products which I would highly recommend.”

“Have made 3 calls sent 2 reviews & still no response. I have a valid concern about my last purchase. Someone please assist with my inability to get someone to respond to my simple request for a callback! Does anyone really read the feedback from customers? I would have expected a call after my last review/feedback! Very disappointed with lack of follow up!!!!! I also included a photo of chili concerns! All I want is resolution!”

I am thrilled that I can still provide, your hatch chili to my family here in NC. I wouldn't choose any other kind of chili, other than yours. The flavor is perfectly, HATCH NM. “I canceled this order within a few minutes of placing it after learning the shipping cost was greater than the item purchased. Within a half hour, I received an email that the order was shipped. I complained about it and "Daniel" emailed back that it was a weekend and orders cannot be canceled on the weekend. So let me get this straight, you can take an order on the weekend but can't cancel it. He also said no return was permitted. Total scam.”

“December 2023 I ordered Pinto Beans which are the best and cleanest ever. Traveling there for Hatch 50th anniversary I was able to bring some home to Seattle. I also ordered Chile Rellenos to my home in Seattle delivered overnight completely frozen and they are as delicious as being back in Hatch.”

“I have already heard from a family member that received a tamale bundle. They had to try some before Christmas. They live in Minnesota and miss their New Mexico food thank you for your great service. I sent several orders out and are so excited that I planned this for our 6 children this year.”

“It was a nightmare of getting two simple orders (both bundles) straightened out re shipping, which I paid extra for, and shipping department ignored, and forgetting half the order. I have bought many of your products which we love, including fresh Big Jim’s and when those fresh chilies arrived spoiled you did replace them. So why these orders got all screwed up I don’t know. Ask Daniel.”
