“This is a revised review. Originally my order (it is our Xmas dinner) was delivered to the wrong address by Fed Ex and never retrieved. Hatch Chili Store looked into it and immediately re-shipped my order out next day air! Not needed but GREATLY appreciated! I know mistakes happen, but Fed Ex was ZERO help but Hatch Chili Store took the lead in this to make it right by me. My order was delivered this eve in perfect condition. Thanks HCS for working with me.”

“These were excellent and the only deficiency was user error in heating them. I used an Instapot and didn’t enter nearly enough time to heat them, so I kept having to add more time. Result being that they lost their crispness. Not a problem, the flavor was there and they were wonderful. Next time I’ll reheat them in the skillet and they will be wonderful. They may be a little expensive, but worth it, even when you don’t heat them correctly. Man it was nice to have real rellinoes and not what my home state tries to pass off.”

“I very much enjoy your products, but it seems to me that when someone is ordering gifts from your company online to be given to a third party, your website should have some place for the customer to fill out notifying who the gift is coming from so that the third party receiver of the gift knows who it is from.”

“This was a gift to my children and they have not let me know how they liked the chile yet. All was okay on my end except your website was not easy to navigate with too many options and you put their address as the billing address instead of mine.”

“Ok well I gave 4 stars only because the first order I received was completely damaged. I will have to say customer service was excellent and as soon as they received my e-mail they sent two more jars out. Received both jars intact and within the week. This has to be the best chopped chili sauce I have ever tasted. I ordered both the green and the red and both are amazing. Not sure I can eat both jars in 7 days like it says on the jars but we will try !! LOL .”

“Amazing product! My Husband and I LOVE our time in New Mexico. We travel to New Mexico yearly - there is so much to see and enjoy. I fell in love with the Sandia Ristras we would often see in the restaurants/stores and displayed on homes. My Husband purchased the 1.5 foot treated sandia ristras for me. It is so beautiful and arrived in perfect condition so we ordered another one plus a wreath!”
