“Ordered the frozen hot Hatch Chile. Perfect heat level (hot, but not too much ) and absolutely excellent taste! After adding this to our cheeseburgers, life in Texas has suddenly been turned up a couple of notches. Wife and I have now been officially ruined and won’t be going out for burgers again! So good !! Next endeavor… trying to create the perfect Dion’s Pepperoni- Green Chile pizza substitute! Oh yeah…. Life is good! Thanks Hatch Green Chile Store!”

“I have ordered chile on-line from this shop for several years now...both the pre-roasted green chiles and the fresh green chiles. Great service and great products. I am from the southwest (both AZ and NM), but now live in SW Florida. Let me tell you, it is impossible to find good food prepared with green chiles in this part of the country. The Hatch Chile Store is a god-send. Thanks!”

“Purchased a 2’ treated Chile String from Hatch Chile Store. Ordering was easy, shipment was on time. Chiles were as described. The Chile string was minimally packaged so there were some 6 broken Chilies . The treated process was in good condition. The price was on the “High” side for product received. 4 star rating was a result of price and shipment damage.”

“0rdered some Hatch Green Chile Stew (5#), which was a new item . After receiving it about 3 months later I was appalled at the consistency of it and could only describe it as Green Mush as it was not a chunky stew but was more like a mashed paste. I talked to Daniel who said he was the manager about receiving a refund or credit in the Amount of about $82.00 and was told they don't credit food items even after me sending him pictures of the product that he requested. After 30 minutes of pleading my case to Daniel he offered me about $30.00 worth of jarred chile product in exchange. That was totally unacceptable to me but was refused a dollar for dollar exchange. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company as "not as presented or advertised"! I will no longer do business with The Hatch Chile Store.”

“This is my third order of Chile Rellanos from the Hatch Chile Store. These rellanos are wonderful. They vary in heat-spiciness, but they are never too hot. I cook them in my convection oven on 350 for 25 minutes and they come out great!”
