“I was sent Green Chili Cheese tamales by mistake and they were the best tamales I have ever had! The masa was the lightest, most flavorful and the filling was delicious. Then I received my corrected order of the Chicken tamales and they were just as delicious. I just wish there was a little more filling in the Chicken tamales. This is my go to place for tamales and roasted whole green chilies.”

“I lived in Colorado and recently moved to Texas and found it difficult to find Hatch‘s chili anywhere. so, I would have friend ship it from Colorado to me but now I found an Hatch Chile Store which delivers right to my door with guaranteed freshness I am so pleased and excited.. I roasted them as soon as I got them and ready to start making green Chile .. with no longer the stress of having to search for or dive a distance to find some version of hatch clhile..”

“I was thrilled to get my beautiful chilies today. They arrived fresh, green and in perfect condition. I roasted and frozen them as soon as they arrived....and enjoyed cheeseburgers with chilies for dinner tonight. Thanks for the bounty from NM to NJ.”

“Chilis were delivered on time, undamaged and fresh. I doubt if I could find them here in South Carolina like this. I can't wait to get em roasted up and start making some decent food. Good chilis and spicy food are rare out here compared to Arizona. I may even think about getting a ristra for my chili colorado.”

“The chiles always arrive in good shape. Look, there is no substitute for a Hatch green chile. Nothing tastes like "home" more than that. It's well worth it to add this incomparable flavor to so many dishes.”

“OMG I love your chile. I'm excited I found your website. My first order was 12 glass jars of chili packed in a very thin plastic liner bag loosely in a box and sadly it leaked & I had lids that were damaged. FedEx is very rough with delivering boxes and there was no "Fragile" sticker on the box. I was surprised I got glass jars delivered without any protection. I called and you guys were very professional and replace my order. My second delivery was great. They used a glass jar foam thingy around every jar and there were no leaks or cracked jars. I appreciate you fixing this delivery packing issue. Thanks again for the excellent chile and excellent customer service. You have a client for life. Thanks again”
