“For the 2nd year in a row, I ordered and roasted 25 lbs of Sandia (Hot) chiles. This year's were so large I ended up with 13 dozen (as opposed to last year's 16 dozen). Every chile was fresh, smelled wonderful, and roasted beautifully. Looking forward to a year's worth of delicious dishes!”

“Fantastic company. I have only ever eaten the green chili from Hatch. It’s as good or better as when I lived in NM in the 70’s and 80s. What a unique flavor. I cannot wait to make enchiladas with my new batch.”

“I've purchased green chilies from the Hatch Chili store for years, never been disappointed. I pay the extra shipping and that's worth it, these are perishable beautiful chilies', worth paying the extra money. I personally have never used or needed to return any chilies, complain about their chili's they're perfect.”

“Since we moved to Key West, FL from Albuquerque...Hatch Green Chile is ordered every year...to include the roaster. Great customer service...very supportive and we have always had a great product. Always on time...and even when we had to evacuate during Hurricane Irma, they made sure our shipment was delivered to where we evacuated too. I tell all my friends to order from Hatch. And here in Key West I'm known as the tamale man and "ALL" my tamales are made using Hatch Green Chiles. Can't wait to roast this batch I received today! I'm the Southernmost Hatch Green Chile Roaster!”

“I adore this company. From ristras to peppers to products- they have incredible integrity in all the best old world ways. “We order cases and cases of chiles! We roast at home and freeze for use! We’ve had the pizza (please bring it back!) the rellenos and the chimichangas —EVERYTHING has been AMAZING!! We will continue to order!”

“Package arrived on time and chilies were still frozen solid. Well Done. Not for the not so much category, 1. the chilies are NOT as hot as the web page would lead you to believe. Cust Svc says due to the weather last year. Then you should update page so say they may not be as hot as expected. 2. Chilies are mushy. 3. LOTS or "juice" in package. I've done chilies at home and frozen them and never had this much. Overall, may have to question ordering again.”
