“Products outstanding. Shipping is the only reason why you get 4 stars instead of 5. I'm too far from your shipping points to have worry free delivery. I wish you would set up a shipping point in the southeast (maybe Nashville ? Atlanta? Birmingham even?) But I love your products. And I'll keep buying them. But for crying out loud: PUT MORE DRY ICE THAN YOU DO AND IMPROVE YOUR SHIPPING CARTON.”

“We've purchased fresh chili's from The Hatch Chili Store for several years. This time we decided to let them do the work and bought them frozen. Amazing!! Still rock hard when they arrived; we got the whole ones and they come in 5 separate packages.Beautiful chiles-- not like when we roast them, lol. We'll always get the frozen ones. Thank you!”

“I was born in New Mexico and grew up in Colorado. We always had Hatch chile year round. 50 years later I still eat Hatch chile every day! I have to have it delivered to Baton Rouge now but Hatch Chile.com gives me the best value and service! I LOVE this site! It's like living back in New Mexico again! I won't buy from anyone else!”

“I really enjoy the Store’s chopped and roasted medium Hatch Green Chiles. They are frozen, arrive 5 each 1 pound bags to a box. So I take a bag out of the freezer in the morning. Thaws a bit, I spoon out a little into the pan for omelettes or a small batch of pork green Chile to smother breakfast. Re-seal the bag and back in the freezer. I’m satisfied. Also love the dried red chiles in my kitchen. Pluck one, chop it up, in the pan it goes. I have their products shipped all over, wherever I’m traveling, so I can take it home to the Caribbean. Chiles from Hatch make life worth living, and the Hatch Chile Store is my dealer of choice at the source.”

“I'm very pleased with my experience purchasing from Hatch Green Chile.com. I've tried a selection of dried products as well as nuts and green chile tortillas. Everything is very tasty and authentic. I grew up in NM and now live out of state, so I'm always looking for ways to enjoy Hatch chile at home. The Hatch Chile store has come through and supplied me with the food I miss so much. Thank you! PS. The green chile tortillas are fantastic, and the nuts are delicious and have A LOT of green chile seasoning.”

“Moved from Colorado to Florida 19 years ago. I get my Hatch hots about 3 times a year for pork green chili. They arrive totally frozen on dry ice in the 90* heat and are always on time and perfect. I love you guys!!!”

Hi Fred, Sorry to hear the chile's heat level wasn't to your satisfaction. Dryer, hotter years lead to hotter chiles and last year in the valley was a relatively wet, and mild year. The chiles unfortunately reflect that. Our team has reached out to you via email to try and do what we can to rectify the situation.
