“I ordered Hot, but unfortunately they just weren’t. Very disappointed in the heat, flavor was decent however. I wasn’t allowed to return or get hot chiles as a replacement. Won’t order again.”

Hi Allison, Since the product ordered was a perishable food product, it is company policy not to accept returns. I'm so sorry you were not happy with the heat level of your chile. The heat level is subjective and varies greatly from person to person. It does look like we offered you 50% off a box of the X-Hot if you would like to try it. I'll make an exception, and if you would like to try the X-Hot, all you would need to do is pay for the shipping costs. If you would like to take us up on the offer, please reply to this email. “Very pleased with our order! We ordered 50# of hot, and the flavor is delicious! We can’t find “hot” items in Iowa, so this is definitely a treat. Our home smells lovely after roasting chilis all week. We will definitely be ordering again.”

“I got a 5 pound box of hot chiles. They arrived in great shape. I was pleased they were so meaty. Roasted them that day, vacuum froze them 6 chiles at a time and made some of your recipes. The enchiladas are especially good. Thanks”

“They were fantastic to work with! Excellent ordering, the delivery to our PO Box was super fast, as it the only way we can get mail where we live in Hawaii. Only 1 pepper was bad in the whole shipment, just squished.”

“We received the chile in a timely manner, and in good shape. We always anticipate the great flavor that no other chile has. We did order 25 pounds of the Hot, and it roasted really well, however, after peeling, there was not much bite. Did some mild get mixed in? How is the best way to counter this?”
