“We compete in chili cook offs as the Ruidoso Red Chili & Company Team and use Hatch chilies as part of our secret ingredients We have recently taken 1st place in the judges category at the Tustin street fair and 1st place in the Peoples Choice category at the ICS Cooks corner event last weekend. “This will be our third year having Hatch Chiles shipped to Hawaii. Husband is from NM. We are so, so happy they ship here and the quality is excellent. One year we had a few damaged from a holiday related shipping delay. They took care of the issue so quickly. Can't wait to have chiles roasting in my kitchen again.”

“I moved to Texas 15 years ago and have had family send me chile products in the past. I was SOOOOO excited to find this website and have ordered multiple items. The products are the next best thing to living in NM...I've given some as gifts, and have shared the web site with Drs, friends, students...anyone who gets excited about NM food!!!”

“We have purchased several items from The Hatch Chili Store….the chilies, salsa, spices and the pizzas several times. Everything has been perfect until recently. Two batches of the pizzas arrived completely thawed and the person that I last spoke to in your store said they would ship the replacement out of the warehouse in California on Monday. Here it is…Thursday … and altho I have been waiting all day, no pizza has arrived. It isn’t that far to California but I fear they will be thawed again. It has to be the packers and/ or the shipping. Perhaps it is like the airlines or even the banking facilities…..staff is scarce. Nothing wrong with your product tho. It is all very good.p”

“Products outstanding. Shipping is the only reason why you get 4 stars instead of 5. I'm too far from your shipping points to have worry free delivery. I wish you would set up a shipping point in the southeast (maybe Nashville ? Atlanta? Birmingham even?) But I love your products. And I'll keep buying them. But for crying out loud: PUT MORE DRY ICE THAN YOU DO AND IMPROVE YOUR SHIPPING CARTON.”

“We've purchased fresh chili's from The Hatch Chili Store for several years. This time we decided to let them do the work and bought them frozen. Amazing!! Still rock hard when they arrived; we got the whole ones and they come in 5 separate packages.Beautiful chiles-- not like when we roast them, lol. We'll always get the frozen ones. Thank you!”
