“When the restaurant chain that served our favorite chile Rellenos removed them from their menu we were devastated. When I found your website and ordered Rellenos from you we loved them and ordered a second batch when the first one was running out. We recently took a break from eating them because of some health issues, but I assure you we will continue to order them from you.”

“Green chiles from The Hatch Chile Store are my favorite! My sister lives in Santa Fe, but I live in Florida so I can easily order online when I'm running low so I always have a good stash in the freezer. I use these chiles on everything: to spice up and add flavor to cauliflower rice, on a pizza, on a sandwich. I've even put them in an apple cheddar chile pie! Customer service is prompt and courteous and delivery was right on time with the product still completely frozen, so I highly recommend The Hatch Chile Store for all of your chile needs!”

“I ordered the hatch green chili pepperoni pizza. For a frozen pizza these are delicious. I was surprised they were that good. Just enough chilis to add a “bite” to the pizzas.”

“I’ve ordered from you all before in the last two years and was very pleased with all of my products. This last order however I was not happy that my tamales were wrapped basically in some sort of paper rather than cornhusks, the flavor was good but not the same as with the corn husks. I don’t know why you guys decided to change other than maybe it’s too time-consuming to wrap them in the corn. Everything else in my order was very very good.”

Hi Bray, I'm so sorry the tamales were not to your liking. Using corn husks as the wrapper versus a paper wrapper should not affect the flavor of the tamales. Corn husks are traditionally used as they were readily available. Unfortunately, during Covid-19, the supply chain interruptions made it near impossible for us to source high-quality corn husks. Rather than stop making our tamales, we had to adapt. Thanks, The Hatch Chile Store
