“We ordered the mediums, frozen, chopped and they are WONDERFUL!! We also got a delicious no salt recipe from the store for a pasta salad because I mentioned I was on as much of a no salt diet as was possible.”

“This time I ordered three different salsas to try. My order was delivered very fast and was packaged very well. I haven't tried all three yet but the first one I opened was very tasty. I have always had the best experience with Hatch Chile Store. Great products and great folks!”

“I love fire roasted Hatch green chilies but don’t like having to clean them. I love the fact that I can order the heat I like cleans and even diced. It comes nicely in one pound packages so I can freeze some and always fresh. And it arrived quickly . Love, love, love!”

“Ordered the green and red tortillas and they arrived in the mail broken into pieces. Let the Chile Store know and took a picture . Didn't expect anything since it was something out of their control but wanted to make them aware . I got an immediate response and a new order was shipped and arrived ok. Thank you!”

“Our last purchase at the Hatch Chile Store was amazing. We ordered the "Hot" and it was perfect. Not too hot but still very tasty. We also bought the Chile Rellenos for the first time and they were wonderful. I highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store!”
